Terrible. Will never order again from My Picture. Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: "we will send you an email". An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it's not true? It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service. If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.

Will never order again from My Picture.
Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: "we will send you an email".

An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it's not true?

It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service.

If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.

I'm impressed with the speed of processing my order BUT I made a mistake and clicked on the wrong size. I completed my order after which I realised my mistake. I immediately tried to cancel my order but was told that this wasn't possible. It was my mistake I accept but within 30 minutes I tried to rectify that mistake but want allowed to..

Never shop from here. I placed an order for 2 large canvas a pillow and 2 small canvas.

When arrived a large canvas was missing and the pillow was terrible quality it was dark and grainy and pixelated. I contacted and the response time from there was shocking the large canvas was a gift so they offered to remake but wouldn't make it quicker than a week but I needed it sooner as was a gift. They refused to refund me said I had to let them resend it but I said if it's going to take a week I will no longer need as it's to long and would passed my friends birthday
We went back and forth for days and days then refusing to refund me for their mistake! Thank fully I had paid with PayPal and opened a claim with them. Soon as I did I actually started getting fast responses and they agreed to refund for the missing canvas but would reprint the pillow I advised I didn't want that as the service been horrendous and just wanted refunding they again started taking ages to reply asking for photos of it being chucked away which I sent. Back and forth and eventually they have refunded me today as PayPal made them! Will never shop from

I regret to say that I cannot recommend My Picture at all based on my recent experience. I placed an order for Christmas in November 2023, and it turned into a nightmare. Despite assurances from their customer service team, my order was mishandled repeatedly.

The order was split, with the second part never arriving despite multiple contacts with customer service. Their communication was inconsistent, and promises made were never fulfilled. Even after reordering as instructed, I still haven't received what I paid for.

It's clear that there are significant issues with their systems and processes. As a result, I've wasted time and money without anything to show for it. I had hoped for better service from a company I once trusted.

In summary, I strongly advise against using My Picture. The poor service and lack of accountability have left me extremely dissatisfied.

Exceptionally challenging firm to deal with. I have persistently failed to receive orders allegedly sent. Different personnel in customer services advise totally different things when issues are raised. For example, was advised after first order was not received a replacement would be sent by tracked mail. When I followed the process they had set out by email and requested track mail, they said customer services had incorrectly advised the replacement would be sent by tracked mail and the second set of prints have not arrived despite allegedly having been sent on 14 December 2023! Customer services also fail to read and address complaints. Their price is very competitive but one can have no confidence in receiving the items ordered or to have anyone competent in customer services to address issues. I would rather pay more for future photo orders elsewhere than deal wit this lot.

First: The printing was terrible. My picture is in a black background, but the canvas shows a lot of white spots and in large areas, making it extra obvious.

Second: The corners of the printing do not align with the wooden frame underneath the canvas, showing a lot of white edges on the sides, which again makes it looks exceptionally obvious with a photo with black background.

I got 2 orders from them. And the second one just got in today. Same problems apply. I will DEFINITELY NOT recommend or use them EVER AGAIN

I ordered some Mothers Day gifts which have still not arrived. They refuse to accept any liability and won't issue a refund. Their excuses are becoming increasingly ridiculous. Horrible company to deal with.

Just dont.

Terrible service. Do not use! I have been waiting for over 2 months now (ordered mid December 2020) for my purchase to be delivered before Xmas. I've now had 3 failed attempts to deliver and each time the delivery has gotten stuck with their delivery provider and never made it to my address. I have asked repeatedly for a refund as this has been going on so long (email exchange with this company is up to 35 emails now) but keep being fobbed off that it is still coming with no actual real update on anything. If it can't be delivered, they should at least own the issue and refund me. Would never use again.

Possibly the worst customer service I've come across. Firstly the order took 2 weeks to be delivered when it said 4-6 days delivery, they had the nerve to charge £6 for delivery and not even delivery anywhere near the timescales. Secondly the photos turned up damaged, as they were a gift and due to urgency I had to get more printed elsewhere and now these guys are refusing a refund. They clearly need to read the consumer act in detail. Service is always important in a company and the customer service from this one is very bad. Update, since posting this they have replied to this review to show readers they have acknowledged it but they have completely ignored my request and continued to be very bad service.

Save your money and heart ache

Would never recommend this company. Supposedly guaranteeing xmas delivery. Ordered 10.12.23 and still waiting for my order on the 29th. Totally ruined xmas for an 84 year old who only wanted a picture of her great grandchildren. Had numerous assurances my order would be delivered by customer service which is appalling. I even received an email on the 27th that they were hopeful of getting my picture delivered by xmas! Customer service is shocking. As far as I'm concerned they have broken the terms of contract and I want my £50 back. Just keep getting fobbed off. Trading standards next. For anyone thinking it's a British company it's not. Orders are made in Europe.

Ordered 3 canvases for a birthday prezzie, picked this site as it looked really professional and promised delivery in 48 hrs. Still waiting 9 days later! As in previous reviews, was given a false tracking number and the telephone number on confirmation email is constantly engaged.
How I wished I'd looked at this review site before I ordered anything off here. I ordered same prints off of Argos and they came within 2 days and fully finished no DIY job where you've got to frame and stretch canvas yourself!
So if you are thinking of ordering off of here - DONT!
I'm just hoping that my prints will turn up eventually.

I have just purchased 8 different size canvases.and wow. They are fantastic! They make my newly decorated wall a masterpiece. N the comments from family and friends makes me so proud to show the beauty of them!

Product quality rocks! The biggest surprise was the price which appeared on the screen when I had chosen specific size and format. Recommend to everyone trying additional image effects for unusual outcome

If I had not put a review on SiteJabber I would have been ignored by this company. They now want me to remove my review. Well I'm sorry My-picture, the review stays. Yes they did eventually send me another canvass and it was slightly better than the first, but still not great. For that reason I have given them one more star, so you decide.

I have ordered canvas prints from my-picture.co.uk before, and this time decided to try photo on aluminium. In a few words - simply stunning. Looks like a gallery wall to me. I definitely would recommend it to everyone. Big thanks, my-picture!

Ordered a 36" x 20" for £27.00 last Monday & it turned up today. The quality is excellent & the frame was easy to put together. I'm no expert in canvas stretching but it looks great! The frame also has little pegs that you tap when the canvas stretches over time. The only thing I didn't like was the hanging kit which I could have made myself but never mind!

I just received the canvas I ordered last night. Took only 7 days from when i ordered it. I don't know what everyone else is going on about. I could see clearly that the canvas came rolled up in a box and I had to assemble the frame myself. I did this for the first time ever in under 10 minutes for a 24" x 36" print. I will definately use this company again.
It's like everything in life. Don't get drawn in by the bright lights. Read what is in front of you and you shall have no reason to complain. Thank you for a great service my-picture.co.uk.

Okay so I made an order about 4 days ago and after reading the reviews i'm only really scared of my order not being delivered for weeks. As for having to assemble them yourself i have 2 comments on that.
1) I can understand that would be really inconvenient for customers who have printed photo's of family and friends to put on their wall. I, however, think it'll be pretty neat having to make my own canvas of my photography work. It'll make it seem a bit more personal to me.
2) For the price they're offering how can you really complain anyway?

I'm definitely not rating this site very highly and as i said i'm very concerned with the delivery time and hope this isn't a problem for me as it was for others.

After reading reviews on this site I was concerned that I'd made a mistake ordering a canvas from this company, however, it arrived this morning (10 days after I placed the order). I had read the website properly so I knew that it needed to be assembled but this only took about ten minutes and the end result is easily as good as examples I've seen in shops which cost three times as much. Hope this helps. Rob.

£20 for the smallest jigsaw, colours dull and lacking brilliance.
Came minus a box. The idea is it is on a board. So no reference when building jigsaw, or means of storing it!
When it arrived all the pieces were just sitting in a jiffy bag.
Absolute garbage.
Other companies I have ordered jigsaws from have much better presentation.
When I contacted them to complain they offered me 50% off my next purchase with them - excluding delivery or special offers or discounts - but considering everything on their website is heavily marked up then discounted - it was a less than worthless gesture.
Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
