Great simple to use website. I have ordered 4 canvases from there now. Only misleading part is huge discount that is offered in emails and never transpires on the site.

The canvas prints are very poor quality! The price is tempting but please don't even try, u will only be disappointed. I'm gutted myself and I shall not use this company ever again.

Easy speedy ordering process resulting in very quick delivery. We received a top quality sturdy framed photo canvas no complaints at all and at an excellent price.

Fantastic service. Our photos have come out great on canvas. If anyone has any doubt I can show you a phone of them. Arrived in 4 days so no worries about it being in Germany

Dreadful quality print, so saturated in black in that my daughters blond hair was printed in jet black. When I complained to the company they responded with a load of factually incorrect and completely irrelevant comments about the DPI of the print. They made any excuse they could - even if totally untrue but at no point would discuss or address the real issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM - THEY ONLY GET 1 STAR BECAUSE I CAN NOT GIVE ZERO!

I've bought some canvas prints to sell at craft fairs, so I needed high quality prints. Have had a sample of four every one of which exceeded expectations and I shall order more very soon.

Delivery spot on. Can track your order all the way via UPS, absolutely over the moon with the three canvases i ordered, 2 of which were 48x32 inch, with gold frames, look fantastic for the £80 each i spent on them, great quality and spot on with the colour! One of me scubba diving in egypt, the colour is fantastic just like the high resolution photo i emailed them, no quality lost whatsoever! Would not recommend using this company.
I placed an order and realised a typing error had occurred so I instantly got in the touch to be told they could not do anything to help me, even though the order had not even processed yet. I feel like this is a scam and must happen all the time, where many customers end up in the same situation as this.
Not only that but the customer service and communication is absolutely appalling, there is no one to speak to be phone and very difficult to get in touch with, being the only method is to send an email to enquiries. When they got back in touch with me they informed they could do nothing to change or cancel the order and provided no help for me at all to resolve this issue.
So i have now ended up paying for a product with the incorrect information which is totally useless.
Advice for anyone looking to find a nice personalised gift for your loved one, do not use this website, or if you do be 100% sure there are no possible errors because once you click that is it and they wont let you change anything even if you contact them instantly.

Awful company and totally lacking in customer service skills.
Picture not delivered 10 days after it was supposed to have been despatched although they state delivery within 3-5 working days. Said I had to wait another 4 days when it will either be delivered or returned to them. Refuse to refund. Ordered as a present for a birthday last week so, if it ever does arrive it will be well after the birthday.
Advertise as a UK company with a UK website but they are a German company.
I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGE POLE.

I was very pleased with my order photos were well printed frames nicely constructed and delivered in good packaging on time nothing bad to say about my experience also a very good price.

Just ordered my first canvas; can’t wait to see the result. Ordering process was so easy (even for blonde like me, ha ha). I hope my canvas will look good on my wall. I’ll keep you guys posted.

Appalling customer service -They have ignored emails and messages and now blocked me on Instagram! AVOID THIS COMPANY PEOPLE! Ruined three Christmas presents for family & almost three weeks since I contacted via email and have had zero response except automated messages.

I ordered 2 canvases and was delighted with the quality of 1 but the other turned out a wee bit dark this could have been due to the quality of original pic tho, will def use again.

Easy to order from the website, prompt delivery, well packed, good product, very pleased with our photo on canvas and it looks really good in the newly decorated bedroom. Good value too.

As a professional photographer I order allot of canvasses and I use "my picture" for some of these. They are fast, accurate and reasonably priced. All my customers have been very happy
