I purchased a $20 product and on the same day they took $49.90 from my savings account with no email explaining why. I rang my bank and am hoping to have this transaction reversed as it is still pending. I have since found out they take this money out, claiming it is some sort of member fee. This is not made clear at all, when you are completing your order. You don't sign up to anything, create an account with a password or any of those things that occur when you sign up to something, they just quietly sneak your money out of your account and don't follow up with an email to say why they took it out. They also haven't responded to my emails for an explanation. Please avoid this company.
After seeing a FB advert I made a purchase which I have been charge for along with a membership fee, For a $129.90 membership and $29.98 item fee I have revived 0 from them, email address dose not work, tried using contact us no response.

I made a retail purchase to the value of $20 from My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) after seeing a FB advert. Purchase made, order confirmation received.
One week later I see a $49.90 charge on my credit card from the same company - My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) - which immediately made me think - I've been scammed!
I contacted My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) and they said by ordering through them and accepting the default T&Cs of shipping, I am automatically signed up to their membership scam of $49.90 per month.
I went back and checked my order confirmation and all emails from them.
Nowhere in any email did My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) say "You have been subscribed to our membership program" - the only thing My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) said was "As a member of My Private Sale you get exclusive access to deals" - The same generic message you get on every order you place with any retailer who automatically sign you up to their member list.
Nowhere in any email did I receive a sign-up confirmation email for the membership program.
Nowhere was I asked to confirm acceptance of the membership terms and conditions
Nowhere in any email did they provide an option to unsubscribe from the membership program.
The only way I found out was by monitoring my credit card statement and seeing an additional charge.
My Private Sale (my-privatesale.com) is a SCAM.
I have not received my original order yet either - I can only assume that there is no such product and the whole enterprise is a scam...
