I've gotten motivated to get toned up. I understanding now that the body needs to be taking cared of as well as the spirit. It has helped so much for me to fight my anxiety as well.
The home page is bombarded with gifs. I couldn't even scroll down for a minute because it was loading so many god forsaken images.
