If you want a great service then this is the store for you. What I like most about it is the easy process of ordering what you want. The website is very easy to use and pretty much anyone can be able to navigate it. There was also a significant difference in the price of what I bought from them compared to other places.
I ordered a cell phone part and they sent me personal emails about my order in every step of the way. They also reponded to my questions within one-two hours and not after days like some other sites i ordered in the past. Shipping time 18 days, fair by my opinion.
I needed to get a replacement battery for my laptop and I managed to get one from here at a very affordable price. This did not have any impact on the quliaty because the battery that I got was legit and it has bee serving me well for the last 3 months. I can surely rely on this store when it comes to batteries.
I know a good store when I see one and this is one of those stores. I just looked at the website the first time and just like that I knew that I could get what I wanted. I ordered a new battery and it was delivered on time. All the specs matched and I have not had any issues with it all this time.
Great Customer Support. Bought a smartphone, then memory card and case. I first ordered a 16 GB microSD and they email me to tell me that i can take the 32 GB and skip the 16 GB because the prices are very close. I had not seen the 32 GB till then and i would of bought the 16 GB but i now have a better memory card with double capacity.
