Purchased 2 packs of The Glenlivet for the price of 1 on Wednesday, 16 January 2019. Received email on 17th saying that it had been shipped. Courier company notified a delay of a couple Received bottles on Sunday 19 January 2019. Great service, great value.

Extremely disappointed with service. Ordered over $300 worth of products to take advantage of express shipping. Tell me, what's the point of express shipping if it takes 17 days to process the order? Pathetic.
No staff respond to emails, tried calling the phone number, and only one out of 6 attempts did someone answer. Person I spoke to gave bad advice and claimed 'your order will be processed in the next day or two'. It took a further 6 days after this phone call to receive an email update that my order was finally being processed. Don't even ask about Live Chat, no one was ever online! And yes I tried during business hours.
Finally, a mysterious 'paypal charge' of $6.81 magically appeared on the final check-out screen, and I'm still trying to find out more information about this. Did you just charge me additional funds to purchase from your website?

Placed order and amazingly did eventually get a delivery but of course not all items were available so they cancelled and emailed through a credit memo. Problem is they have never paid the refund. Cant contact them via email, phone and if by chance you get the live chat they are useless and rude

Ordered wine, and no delivery. Communicated with them vie email, chat, phone, and received promises of delivery then refund. None were forthcoming, despite hounding them. I no longer get any replies, nor my money back. Was about $80 worth, Pathetic effort. Stay clear of this mob. Terrible.
Do not shop here, you will lose your money and your time. It has been over two months and I am still waiting for the refund I was promised. I have been in contact multiple times over the website and received countless assurances that the issue would be resolved, but to no avail. Also tried the phone line, but it is always disconnected or unavailable. Steve Rider, you are a disgrace.
I ordered two items, one arrived reasonably quickly, the other I still haven't received after a week. There has been no communication about this second item. Every time I try to chat online, it says support is currently unavailable online. I sent an email to them asking about the second item, and they didn't reply. They didn't even acknowledge that I sent an email. So I tried ringing the numbers listed on the website. They didn't answer, it went to their voicemail for both numbers, and there was a message saying their voice box was full. Really crappy communication. I fear I have been ripped off. I will never order through them again - especially as Amazon was much cheaper with free delivery for the same item.

No refund for the goods never received and no way of contacting them to chase a refund.
They do not reply to messages, e-mail, nor do they answer their phone!

I have a miniature bottle collection, (some 200 unopened) that they could sell on consignment. I supplied in emails photos of the whole collection for appraisal followed up by numerous phone calls over the past 12 months and every time promised that I would get return answer... Well guess what, empty promises suggesting that the shop could be full of empty bottles as they are alcohol connoisseurs... its a pity their own site is full of glowing testimonials even posting on their facebook page is screened... they definitely don't like to admit their downfalls in customer service.
I ordered 18 bottles of wine on 17/8 and no delivery or communication to date yet.
Sent several emails but no action. Also called customer enquiry number many times but never get answered. Had to call the head office (numerous times but only got through twice)and was told the winery had not responded to their order.

We're not a consumer but rather a supplier and these morons do not understand basic business. If you think I'm exaggerating have a read of their google reviews, they abuse and bully their customers. These guys do not pay their invoices and lie through their teeth. They somehow think a six month lead time is acceptable... as long as the customer somehow ends up with something. Lol.

I recently did a circa $1000 order for my bar out of desperation for stock and then waited over six weeks for products to be delivered with many email enquiries going unanswered. I phone numerous tomes to be told to email my enquiries.

This business seems to be the online liquor equivalent of a Chinese drop-shipper: they take your order and your money and then try to locate the goods to send you. My most recent order (which will be my last) is more than two months overdue. A week ago I requested a substitute for the item on endless backorder and received no reply. A reminder email two days ago also got no response. I've opened a PayPal dispute to get a refund.
We had dealings with * from My Bottle Shop - the man is a disgrace. He robs the people he deals with blind. I would avoid dealing with these jokers at all costs.

I received an order (3 bottles of whiskey) which came very poorly packaged in a wine box. When I opened the box, one of the bottles had a broken seal and was leaking. I took photos and sent them via email, no reply. Contacted them via their website's live chat, no reply. Emailed again, got a very smug reply saying I could post the LEAKING bottle back to them for a refund, or get a $10 store credit… which obviously, I would never use as I would never again buy from them. Loooking at their reviews, it's pretty clear this is commonplace for them, as well as not paying their suppliers. Boycott this joke of a business. Just go to Dan Murphy's.
We're a small distillery and have had MyBottleshop.com.au decide not to pay us. We have gone above and beyond to help them out after their recent "restructuring" and changes, including taking some product back and applying a credit.
It's not a large sum that is owed, but the fact that they now refuse to return calls or emails and won't pay a 12+ month outstanding invoice is disgusting.
I ordered online and confirmed on the phone. After 2 weeks and still no delivery I called again (after sending multiple emails that they didn't reply to). Another week passed and still nothing so I called again and the didn't send my order to the supplier, until 2 days after I called them 2 weeks later! So then my estimated delivery was over a month after order, so I had to cancel because I needed it before then. Its not been over a week and still no refund money! Judging by the comments, not on thinking I'll never get my money back! Do not order from this company. Absolute SCAM.

COMPLETE SCAM. Any positive reviews must be from the shop itself trying to balance the bad reviews. I ordered 2 bottles of Patron Silver, paid for them immediately (of course), and no delivery ever came. They picked up the phone twice out of 20 calls, and both times I was filled with lies. "We shipped that already, should be to you any day" (but offered no tracking number and then hung up the phone). "Your product is out of stock" (this was after the call they told me the order was already shipped). Finally, they just stopped picking up the phone totally once enough time had expired for me to contest the payment on my visa card. Mybottleshop is NOT A COMPANY! It is a total con artist website which I can't believe the government has not shut down yet. Clearly a sign of how poor internet oversight is.
Ordered Christmas gifts on 27/11/20, Black Friday. Promised free delivery and a one week turnaround. Its now Christmas eve, with no delivery and no one answering the phone or responding to emails.

They took over 5 weeks to arrange a refund for me and ignored every e-mail I sent. I only got a response after I threatened to report them to ACCC on google reviews. The owner is a rude and thin-skinned individual who cannot take any constructive criticism about the poor customer service of his business. He responds sarcastically or defensively to every criticism on google reviews and is delusional enough to believe that it's only 'cranky' customers who leave poor reviews. Funny how that doesn't seem to happen to other decent businesses hey - hmmmmmmmm?!
I ordered product to be sent to the US, after 4 weeks I was informed that they can't ship to the US but they charged my credit card. I asked 4 times for a refund and was told that the matter has been taken care of. I finally had to get my credit card company to intercede on my behalf and finally got my refund. Ignorant thieves
I ordered 2 bottles of bourbon to collect in Marrickville. When I turned up they didn't answer the doorbell. They don't answer the phone (tried probably 50 times). The live chat feature isn't live on the website. There is no email address to contact. The emails I receive from them are sent from non returnable email addresses.
Total chancers. Avoid.
I had a problem after problem with an order I put through this website. Days after my order was made I had to contact them to get my order processed and was told that they were waiting for stock to come in and it would be a few days. This was a lie as it was a "Ships directly from supplier" product and after I hung up they were obviously able to sent an email as I soon received notification that my order was on its way. Their website is out of date and I did not receive the product I was expecting. The process became a long drawn out saga and the accounts manager (Marcus) was so rude and insensitive by the end I was forced to bypass Marcus and deal with the supplier directly. The supplier was very understanding and accommodating in stark contrast to Mybottleshop.com staff. Not to mention they use Fastway for freight... no further comment needed there.
