Purchased 2 packs of The Glenlivet for the price of 1 on Wednesday, 16 January 2019. Received email on 17th saying that it had been shipped. Courier company notified a delay of a couple Received bottles on Sunday 19 January 2019. Great service, great value.
Don't waste time ordering from this site. I placed an order on 8/10/18 still waiting for it... can't get hold of them via email, chat or phone. Can't believe these clowns are still in business. Best thing to do if you are in the same position as myself is contact your bank and put in a dispute.
Be very careful buying from mybottleshop. I cancelled a backorder. Still waiting for refund 5 weeks later. Phone calls led to empty promises, if the phone got answered at all. Chargeback via bank initiated. Ive heard of many similar complaints by others.
I bought 2 bottles of Olmeca Altos Tequila from Mybottleshop.com.au after I found they were the only company who supplied what I was looking for. After seeing reviews I was skeptical but in the end very pleasantly surprised.
Their customer service was fast and friendly, their products arrived promptly, well packed and in general, the experience was very decent.
I'm unsure if they've had some restructuring in the past few months to increase their service but I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered a bottle of longbranch, penfolds, and kahlua for Christmas presents in November they still haven't arrived! Went into the online chat to be told they were waiting for them to be dispatched from warehouse. 5 weeks waiting so far, not like i ordered anything rare. Not happy! Maybe they'll arrive in time for christmas 2019... hopeless
Stay away from this business, it takes over 4 weeks to get a bottle sent over to Perth. They use a delivery service (Fastway) who has a similar rating 1.3 stars as these clowns. MyBS told me all couriers have low scores but a quick google shows Toll at 4.8 reviews. They aren't bothered about customer service once you have paid your money, leaving me to chase the delivery company. Fastway explained that it was collected from MyBS on the 14th and could take 7-10 business days to get to Perth. This would be ok but if it misses their truck then have to wait a further 7 days for the next collection as the truck only gets here on a Monday. As secretary of a local Gin Society all our 54 members have been told to stay away from both MyBS and Fastway.
I ordered online. After a week of no delivery I contacted them and I continued to contact them every week for four weeks with no reply emails. Finally got in contact with someone and my items weren't even sent. After complaining and asking for a refund they agreed. One week later and still no refund. So pretty much they take your money and don't deliver and then don't refund. Go to Dan Murphys, they are cheaper and deliver
I wish I read all these, before I places an order. I ordered a bottle that was a preorder with an estimated delivery of the 19th of February. I spoke to the company on the phone and he said he is waiting for the supplier to get back to him. Since then I have had no return call, I can't call them as it's constantly engaged. The email address *******@mybottleshop.com.au is apparently not monitored, why would you have it on the invoice to contact you by email and the live chat on the website they just don't bother responding and it says your in a queue. What a joke of a company, don't buy anything from them
I wanted to buy a case of applewine - but on the website there was only a full price for a case not saying how many bottles were iin one case.
I tried to call the service number 10 times - no answer. I sent 2 Emails - no answer.
The chatbot on the website - not working.
Now I gave it up.

I placed 2 orders with this so called business nearly 3 weeks ago and absolutely nothing has been done, the so called hot line number just rings out or is hung up, I've eventually found an email address to ask for a refund, my advice is the same as everyone elses STAY AWAY FROM HERE, they're ignorant but quick to take your money but dont want ro give you what you've paid for, i will be contacting the accc
Most easily the worst company I have purchased from. Basically ordered and paid mid July, product was on backorder, kept getting told it'll be in on Fridays, after a month asked for a refund, before giving me an excuse to keep waiting they reluctantly started the refund process. Received the money a month later after more lies that accounts are onto it and are working through an "excel" spreadsheet. Eight weeks just to throw money about and waste time is a poor ordeal. I don't blame the Paul, Rebecca and Gabby that work there, they only tell you what they could say, which are often lies to brush you off. The CEO (Steve) should account for his company and the negative reviews. 4 years into the market and all these reviews, must be giving you nightmares. Please don't come back telling me you don't recall me as a customer as you have done in the past, I have spoken no lie in this spiel. Unfortunately there is no options for zero stars; will never recommend your company to anyone, if anything, to tell them to steer clear.
Order sent from Aus to UK, So badly packaged it was smashed, they would not refund the damaged bottle despite claiming the money back from their courier insurance i found out, and me paying for shipping insurance. They offered to replace the bottle, but it wasnt in stock. Waited 12 weeks only to be told they now couldnt get it. So they still wouldnt give me my money back and said they would only do a credit note. Had to order a bottle of something i didnt even want just to use my credit note up. Beware if ordering international they also charge you "up front" export taxes and duty for your country, but you still get taxed and duty when it enters your country. The tax and duty they charge isnt even accurate and they clearly pocket this to themselves. I spent a week trying to sort out the smashed bottle myself, they dont answer the phone, and only rarely reply on live chat if at all.
Marcus is fairly easy to deal with and was a good help, but as a company i would NEVER EVER EVER EVER deal with them again especially for international orders as its just all about how much $$ they can fleece you for on shipping and taxes.
Avoid like the plague.
Ordered Christmas gift online. Charged me credit card immediately, then no delivery. Repeated calls assured me the package was on the way and shipped. No package. No refund. Complete scam.
2 orders not supplied, customer service emails not monitored... worst and most pathetic online store going around... they won't last long...

Seriously the worst online experience I've ever had.
I will Never, Ever deal with this company again. I hope by reading this review you'll never make an order, and hence never go through what I've been through
1/ Their online ordering system will allow you to order items they don't have in stock, without indicating they're on backorder until you've made payment.
2/ When you query anything via their 'Support - Leave a message' website popup, you won't receive a response for over a week.
3/ If your order can only be partially fullfilled, and you complain about the inventory system allowing you to order items that aren't in stock, which is then delaying the rest of your order, they'll offer to send a partial delivery.
4/ At no point will they make correct, detailed notes against your account, and when you talk to another person about the delays, you have to start from the beginning again because they have no history of any previous communication you've had with them
5/ They'll send you a partial order - and later claim they sent you the full order because, again, their online systems just can't cope with ebusiness.
6/ You'll argue backwards and forwards with the staff there about your order for weeks, and weeks, and weeks before they just give up arguing and send you what you've already paid for anyway.
7/ They'll send you a dirty, loose glass as a consolation prize for actually receiving your order finally because you've become an irate, impatient, frustrated customer and they're clinging onto some feeble hope you'll want to repeat the whole horrible experience again at some stage. Not likely I say!
Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this company until they can get some help with actually running a business.
This company is an absolute joke. I will NEVER shop with them again and if you value quality purchases and service I would suggest you don't either.
I ordered many items 5 weeks before an event, all of which showed availability online and gave no indication of out of stock or on backorder. After waiting two weeks without delivery I attempted to contact the company several times. After two unanswered emails and another week passing by I finally - after many attempts - managed to get through to them on the phone. I was advised only at this time that many of the items I had ordered were out of stock and currently not available and that the items in stock would not be shipped until the entire order could be filled.
As I was told that this could be weeks away I requested a refund of items not in stock and for the remaining available items to be shipped immediately. Thankfully this was done but even then one of the mini spirit bottles was clearly a 'home made' and the spelling of the distillery was incorrect on the label. Instead of 'Botanic Australis' this Mt Uncle gin was labeled 'Bontanic Australis.
I gave Mybottleshop.com.au a chance to rectify this customer service fail by contacting them requesting a refund for these items and a reply paid post label to return them.
I heard absolutely NOTHING in return from them.
They are dodgey and could care less about customer service. I'm not even completely sure that the item I've purchased is what is says (or incorrectly says!) it is. After all, if they can't even spell it correctly who knows what they've put in it.
If you value quality purchases and service stay away from this company.
Mybottleshop would have to rate as the worst online business I have ever shopped with. I placed an order on 7th July. I had checked that all the items I wanted were 'in stock'. After two weeks I checked online to see how my order was progressing... it was still 'processing'. Every effort I made over the next few days to contact the company went unanswered. Finally, a week later, a message saying 'will follow up with warehouse'. This was followed a week later after another message from me, saying an item was unavailable and this was the cause of the late delivery. Finally I got an email telling me that my order had been dispatched. YAY! Two weeks later it was still 'in transit' between Sydney and Sydney. More calls and messages. Finally spoke to Angelo who apologised and said the courier was the problem. He did call me back later that day and confirm that the order was on its way. On 12th August I got an email telling me my order had been delivered! It hadn't been delivered... at least not to me. Another call... another apology... but curiously my parcel was in Perth. It arrived later that day... but the unavailable item, although invoiced, was still missing. From 13th August to today, 20th September, I have made countless unanswered calls, sent numerous unanswered emails. On 13th September I got another ' your order has been packed' email. This too has now been 'in transit' between Sydney and Sydney for over a week!
The poor people that have to defend the unscrupulous methods of this business are not to blame - Rebekah, Angelo. This scurrilous behaviour obviously comes from the top.
If I were able to award zero stars - and even zero is more than you deserve - I would, but sadly can't. I will most definitely NEVER recommend your business to anyone. In fact I have lost count of the people I have told of this awful business. You should hang your head in SHAME!
