Quality of product was OK but they shortchanged on the order, would not return emails. I called them 5 times and each time they promised to send out the rest of the order immediately, but they never did. Incompetent.
The worst experience I have ever had- purchased two racks- the rail on one was so much bigger it did not fit! After showing photo evidence and measurements and videos- they have told me that this is "the design" it's clearly two different rails- they do not respond to emails and no one answers the phone- I have lost my money- after loosing my shop in the floods- to then have these people rip me off trying to purchase racks. DO NOT PURCHASE.
Extremely unhappy. I placed my order, paid for it, and 2 months later still have not received it! NONE of my contact has been answered. I requested a refund given they did not deliver and that hasn't happened either.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY unless you like giving donations!
Ordered coathangers, I live in Sydney so thought i would get them in a few days. I never received them for 3 weeks, I keep ringing and they keep telling me that I will get them the next week. That man on the phone said I am frustrating him and he hung up. They never answered. DON'T BUY COATHANGERS FROM THESE PEOPLE
Do not order from this company - they sent me the wrong product 3 months ago and have still not given me a refund or sent me the right product they are completely unreliable.
