Ask any Coca-Cola representative that has any say on the new My Coke Rewards program why they changed to the new rewards system, and they'll all say "it's what the customers wanted"... But ask any Coca-Cola fans that loved the older rewards program, and you won't find one single customer that even asked for such a decline! If you have an issue or complaint and try to take it up with any Coca-Cola representative, rather than listen to the feedback on the new rewards system, they keep trying to bend over backwards to convince everyone "it's what everyone was wanting, and we hope you enjoy the new rewards system", thus completely forcing themselves to be oblivious to any and all complaints or valuable feedback from Coca-Cola fans. This new rewards program sucks, it's all about contests nobody is going to ever win, donations to give your points away to charity (which I don't even believe it's of any help either... after all, they lie to the customers about how "wonderful" this new rewards system is, they can easily lie and say that your coke points are going toward donations for your local schools.) I used to save up every Coca-Cola code I got to apply toward Amazon credit. Now I couldn't care less! Coca-Cola does not listen to any feedback whatsoever, they have automated and inaccurate responses whenever you voice your concerns on their Facebook page, and furthermore, they certainly don't care what you think about the new rewards system, so why should we care to continue supporting them? Do yourself a favor and don't clutter your living space with useless Coke points. You're not going to get any reward out of them anymore.

The one star review is correct - it doesn't get any worse than this! I saved all my old codes that I didn't use before and kept saving more - what for? There are no rewards I want - oh wait, let me rephrase that - there are no rewards period - they are all contests! Like I'll ever win. What the hell is this? I even called them twice to complain - well apparently I was the only one each time. Even though I did it once before... so how can I be the only one? Anyway, once in a while, if you catch it right, you can put in codes for a $5 Amazon code or a movie ticket. Big whoop. What happened to the hundreds of actual rewards to choose from? Now it's 99% contests or give to charity. There is no reason to continue to specifically drink Coke anymore.

First, before the new program rolled out, we were told that our codes would no longer be valid, so once I used my max amount, I threw the rest away, only to find out when the new program came out that I could still use the codes... I probably threw out 20 codes. Now, with the new program, all I"m offered are sweeptstakes I won't win and a very occasional Shutterfly or AMC product. With the old program, I would regularly get Shutterfly books and prints and AMC tickets. Now you get that like once every three months. I have piles and piles of codes now not being used because I don't want to waste them on a contest I won't win. So disappointed.

The old program was amazing! The new one is nonexistent. All they really needed to do was add the option that codes could be scanned with a phone in addition to manually entering them. Instead, they got ride of EVERY good reward they offered. Now, you can only enter contests? No thank you! I spent a lot of money on coke. Thirty-five years worth, to be exact. This is what they do for their loyal customers? I'm happy to say I quit drinking coke after this happened. I haven't had one since. I used to drink 5 a day too. I feel so much better. I guess I should be grateful.

So I've saved all the codes since the last program ended. I was on today entering codes waiting for some sort of ''you've reached your limit for today'' entering just sweepstakes (that's pretty much all it is), when I just stopped and googled ''coke rewards suck''. Now here I am to pile on how I'm done with Coke and their stupid rewards that don't reward anymore. Loyalty for Coke ends when I ''submit my review''. Summer refreshment will no longer be with Coke products. RC cola, Pepsi, Canada Dry, whichever is on sale will be the go-to now.

Come on coke, why would you revamp the rewards program and give away nothing. What is the point? I drink diet coke because I LOVE diet coke, certainly not for the rewards but they have been alot of fun over the years to save and enter to receive alittle something. I recently entered 3 different color codes to receive a 20 oz coke. Yep,. I got it but I could only use it at 2 different stores that was not even near my home. Really, am I supposed to drive and hour to get a free beverage? Coke, you know you can do better with these rewards. PLEASE bring the old coke rewards back.
