Women's Comfy Pants

This seller is a complete sham. My first order was delivered without problems. I then put in another pair of orders expecting it to go smoothly. It didn't. As the weeks and months passed I received nothing. I sent them an email, wanting an explanation, and received a standardised reply that the items would be shipped soon. Again nothing happened. I then opened a Paypal case against them. This dragged on for a couple of months, until I received an email today that Paypal had decided against me. Paypal had taken the claim that the items had been shipped, at face value. I never received anything of what I ordered. Looks like their whole business model is built upon building trust with the first order, then just taking your money without sending you anything, when you try to order again. In the meantime, they keep sending emails trying to get you to order more! Why this seller is allowed to continue operating, is beyond me.

The pants I got are at least 3 shades lighter than the color I was expecting and the quality is cheap. The shorts I ordered are a shiney material and I was expecting a cotton blend, Do not spend your money here. You will not get what you think.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE "SUPPORT TEAM" and it has been almost 2 months!

Comfy Pants sent me the wrong item in the wrong size and the wrong style. My payment has cleared my credit card as well. So, it appears to me that "Comfy Pants" doesn't care about customer satisfaction in any way.

I certainly don't feel this is an unreasonable request for Comfy Pants to credit my credit card for the $48.94 I paid for a product AND a return label so I can return this product back to Comfy Pants, A product that is not even close to what I ordered and needless to say I can't use.

At the very least I have learned a valuable lesson that I should check out how many complaints consumers have posted about the bad service they have also received from Comfy Pants.

Refund my money and send me a return shipping label so I can return your product.

This product comes from China and the sizing is really small. I ordered a size larger than I usually buy in pants and could not even get it over my hips. Also, they run shorter than expected. Definitely not designed for the American body. Also, returns are not easy and you have to pay for the return. Buyer beware. This is the second time I have bought anything that ended up coming from China. I will never make that mistake again.

My order was too short in length. I attempted to contact for return and no answers. No answer to emails and phone number is disconnected. This fake company is stealing from people should be arrested and sent to jail. I want to give Zero stars but it won't allow me to do so. Don't buy anything from this company. It says east returns. Scam. No one will respond to you ever.

I would give this company and product no stars if I could. Finally after waiting a month and received my two pants that was ordered. They have poor customer service. I emailed the company regarding my order. They do not email you back. I did this twice trying to locate my purchase. There is no sign in on the actual website for an account. No other way of getting in touch with the company. Once I FINALLY received the two pants I was mortified! The material is so thin it isn't funny. You can see through them. The thin material is not so either. These are far from "comfy pants"! And the purchase that was made I am like anyone, wants what I paid for. Soft, non-see through material. And delivered in a more mannered timeframe..

I ordered a small. I was sent a clear bag with the pants inside. The clear bag had a S sticker on the outside.The pants however were a size medium? Did they run out of smalls?
I've emailed them and still have not received a response after two full business days.
I call their number - its only busy!

Dang! I wish I would've seen these reviews before I placed my order. I never received an email confirmation or tracking number. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, so I emailed them and got an automated message AS IF they were looking into it. Haven't heard back. Tried calling the number on their website and the number on my CC transaction - both phone numbers were out of order. As someone else said, I'VE BEEN GHOSTED! Now I have to see if my CC company will accept my dispute and give me credit. Lesson learned. I hate when threat actors do this with all of our hard earned money. I'm sure they thought I'm a full on idiot. I hope others see these reviews before trying to place an order.

So I ordered two pairs of the bootleg yoga pants in 2X & 3X... but the actual sizes were tiny! I emailed them I wanted to return them, and they sent a long boiler-plate email that covered all the reasons why you'd want to return them: defective, wrong size, etc. They say you needed to send PHOTOS of the TAGS on the pants showing the sizes. One pair had the tag removed. I sent the pics abd never heard back from them. I paid using PayPal so I opened a dispute. I also sent more photos comparing my own 2x & 3x yoga pants with them, and it took PayPal THREE MONTHS to FINALLY DECIDE THE DISPUTE! Thankfully, they ruled in my favor and I got a full refund. I emailed My Comfy Pants saying if they want me to ship them back, to send a paid label or I'm donating them to Goodwill. Horrible company! I wish I'd known about this website before buying from them.

I have not even received my product and I am already extremely disappointed. I made two orders, and immediately tried to contact customer service after my first to ask a question about the order. Although I received an email saying I would receive a response in 1-2 business days I am at almost 3 weeks and no response. I also tried calling a couple of times and it rings and goes to a voicemail that sounds just like a normal cell phone voicemail. No response on the voicemail message. I will looking into how to report them, especially since if I am dissatisfied with the product (if I ever receive it) I already know I will not be able to contact them for support.

I ordered two pairs of these pants. Sizing was off for both pants, the clasps were broken in both, and the quality was TERRIBLE! Tried to contact customer service to return them and can't get a response to any of my emails. Buyers beware!
