I purchased a pair of yoga, harem pants on May 23,2019. After countless emails back and forth (this was in regards to the wrong size sent, their error). I've finally been advised to ship the wrong pair back, apparently, at my expense, proof of the shipment with a tracking number and they will ship new pair. I have no reason this will happen, besides the fact, why should I have to pay for shipping? I have sent them the shipping labels and pic of pants. And was advised by Sarrah P. That once I gave them the proof, they would send a new pair. Isabella, the last person who emailed me told me otherwise.
Wish I came here to read reviews before wasting money on these cheap pants. Saw a lot of Tik Tok reviews making these pants look fabulous but they ARE NOT. The material is rough and cheap. And they are TOO SHORT and bat around my ankles. The pleats are not nice either. And the worse part is that I have requested three times for return instructions and not one response. I paid $60 canadian for these pants and may as well thrown my money away.
I had to file a complaint with pay pal after I couldn't contact this company by phone or email. After pay pal told them I filed s complaint, they sent the pants. They were too short, to wide, and thin and cheaply made, pay pal said to send them back and I would get my refund of 28 dollars and some cents, but it would cost 25 dollars to mail them back. What a rip off! Save yourself the money and stress, someone should investigate this bogus company and shut them down!
I order a pack of three trousers on the website. The trousers that I have received are not the same ones that are on the website. You can clearly see that the materials have nothing to do. I am buying some pyjama trousers and what I received is elastic breakable $#*!. Then you have to send them back (30 shipping fee to china) in order to get your money back... So you are paying basically 30 euro for nothing but the time that you have to take in writing emails and going to the post office.
Waited for our delivery and failed to deliver and failed to respond to numerous emails. Finally I gave up and send a message through PayPal. They sent a message saying they delivered the package. Funny thing is they send it out several days after my complain and stated their web site clearly says 2-4 weeks. This is not true, the web site states fast delivery and no where does it say 2-4 weeks. In fact my original order said it would be delivered by the end of May. Terrible serves and cannot rate the product because I have not received it. Now I'm disputing a refund. I would not order from this company, not that they are late but the fact they wouldn't even respond to serval emails.
I bought a pair and didn't like them; as directed on the website, I emailed for return info. One month and 6 emails/ 2 voicemails and still nothing from them!
On April 25,2019, I ordered and paid for (online) two pairs of Oversized Loose Yoga Harem Pants. The total of my order came to $57.88. Today is May 29,2019, and I have not received my pants. I sent a note to Comfy Pants, and got a reply from The Best Deals Customer Service Department. Their CSR, Isabella, wrote back, saying I would get my order within 3-5 business day. That was on May 19, and I still don't have my order! I tried to see if I could find a physical address for Comfy Pants so I could report them to the Better Business Bureau, but wasn't successful.
I am retired and on a fixed income, so I do not appreciate my money being stolen! Without a physical address, I cannot file a complaint with Small Claims Court against this company(?) to try to get my money back.!
Never again, will I order anything online again!
Terrible. Never buy these. Ordered the palazzo floral pants, they came and the material is like a parachute. So stiff and like plastic. I ordered a medium and received a pair of pants with the waist measuring 36cm. Ridiculous. The company wanted me to pay $20 AUD to Return the pants when they were at fault. They did nothing to help. I'm really disappointed.
This is the worst customer service I've encountered. They billed (stole) my money and I have not received the order or any type of shipping/status confirmation. I have emailed and tried to contact them multiple times and I have not gotten a response. Thank God my order was just one pair of pants, I can't imagine having been billed over $40 in merchandise only to be "ghosted". DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Got jeans with an added $19.99 insurance charge I didn't approve. Jeans are BAD and email and phone number not working - no way to return.
Shorts are pure $#*! quality! They will not reply to my e-mails for acceptance of return! Their phone number in my opinion is FAKE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!
The customer service is NON EXTISTENT! I called for over a week, once a day, and the connection automatically went to a busy signal. I emailed, again daily, and I received an automated response, with no follow-up -- ever. I just wanted to exchange the pants I ordered for a longer/larger size. I could never contact the company. They are mine now, as I cannot return them, as the 30 day return policy has ended. I think that is My Comfy Pants' tactic -- stall until the customer is stuck.
Final word: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!
Item sizing very small. Order larger size in clothing. No returns excepted so keep that in mind. Be ware.
