I strongly recommend people to consult mycomplaintonline.com for issues regarding online purchase and their complaints. They follow up regularly with the vendor as well as customer and ensure that the issue gets resolved.

I am reviewing them only after i got my refund back from Flipkart.

As I want to convey to you my problem so that you can provide me support to solve ASAP. On 17 March 2020. I have purchased redmi note 9 pros from Amazon order number - **************368. But even after two to three days it was COVID 9 and after that, the whole country was on call for lockdown for 2 consecutive months and the shopping site is delivering only essential items it was on cards and everyone has to understand these situations by hook or crook. After months we get to notify you that all essential and non-essential items are delivering now from the 1st of June I got orders from other sites like Flipkart. In the meantime I called Amazon for my order they assured me your order is on the way hopefully you will get it asap. But from Monday till now I didn't get any update from Amazon about my order Redmi Note 9 pro and I called the customer service today and by asking for my order they told me either wait or apply for refund. But my only concern is I don't want refund I need the product which I have waited for almost three months now, if I need refund I could have done it almost two months ago why I have waited is only I could have received my product nothing else. Now I request your good self to look into this matter and solve my problem ASAP by delivering the product I have order...

This was my complaint, Which is now resolved. I live in j&k.

On 12/9/22 I ordered touraline acupressure-self heating-shaping knee sleeves from Spinpaper, an online company in China. 12/16/2022 I was emailed that my oder had shipped from overseas by 1/3/23 I contated the customer service department at Spinpaper asking where my order was they responded that I should contact the USPS which I did. The USPS stated the tracking number that I Spinpaper provided was shipped back. I reached back out the customer service and was told that my package was sent to a container to be destroyed. They offered me a 10% refund on a $60.00 order. I disputed that amount asking for a full refund or product to be reshipped to me. The rep from Spinpaper offered me a 15% fund and I was told that I was at fault for giving them an incorrect address. I always use autofill for all my orders and have my packages sent to my parent's business, so I don't have packaged delivered and set on my front doorstep. I have proof on my oder that the address is legit and I never had any issues until now. The reason that I chose this company was that they offered the best deal for a PAIR as other companies were selling the product individually.
