While I love the designs, I'm not too pleased with the fact that I have to send an email to get the file compatible with the software that I am using. However, that will not deter me from future purchases. As stated in an email that I received, there will be a resolution to that issue. I look forward to having some custom designs in the near future. Thank you for your prompt response to my email on Friday.

I have been using her designs for a while now. I have also had some custom designs made and have been very happy with those as well! Will continue to purchase designs in the future!

The files themselves are great; however for someone who is new to this it would have been helpful to know that the cut size and the stones required are not one and the same.
