They disappointed me for the 3rd time, damn florists like you. First on my girlfriend's birthday, second on New Year's Day, they sent the wrong flower, and third on Valentine's Day, they notified me by e-mail at 19:45 in the evening that my order was canceled. And even though I warned them from the beginning, they still didn't care. I think they did this to me on purpose.
If you are buying flowers for your special day, DO NOT TRUST! MyGlobalFlowers.
Do not sell flowers anymore if possible. If you have any shame, shame on you!
I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my gf in Thailand- they charged 3 x times the normal amount and then delivered just the flowers - no chocolates!
They even took a picture of the flowers ONLY being delivered...
When I tried to.contact them via their online messaging system, WhatsApp and their 24/7 UK phone number - NONE OF THEM WORKED!
I sent several emails - I got 2 x replies saying my order was delivered and effectively my gf was a liar!
She had the delivery drivers phone number as he had to.call her to find her house - when she called him, HE confirmed that there was NO CHOCOLATES on the order!
They have now stopped replying to my emails!
This company is registered in the EU and as such is bound by the EU regulations regarding consumer rights etc - if anyone else has been CONEED and SCAMMED by this company, I urge you to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT to the EU Commission for Consumer Rights.
I will let the photos speak for themselves. The left is a picture of what I ordered. The right is the tree they delivered. This is the response I got when I wrote to them:
"In the rules of our work, we warn clients that on the website you will see examples of completed bouquets and compositions, and that is why they may differ. Every florist makes bouquets by hand and they cannot be identical. The florist delivered the tree as you ordered. The size of the Christmas tree is indicated on the website (20x30 cm), which corresponds to what was delivered."
In compensation, they offered me a 10% refund.
Support just blocks and ignores you, the order is titled "delivered", however it never was. Money no one has returned yet
Son un engaño, un fraude en toda su expresión. No entregan el pedido luego de cobrarlo, no responden llamadas, emails, mensajes ni whatsap. No realizan los reembolsos del dinero y para completar, realizan cargos duplicados y recurrentes al medio de pago usado, no son confiables y te roban tu dinero sin ningún escrúpulo. Ladrones!
Tuve experiencia fatal, no contestaron al WhatsApp, o si contestaron, pasaron de darme solución, no contestaron al Mail, no cogían el teléfono, en fin un servicio poco aconsejable para el usuario que se gasta casi 200€ en un ramo de flores! Muy mal servicio de atención al cliente
EL PEOR SERVICO DE VENTA DE FLORES QUE JAMAS HE USADO!
El Viernes 7 de Febrero encargué un ramo de flores por valor de 124€, este debía ser entregado el Lunes 10.
El Domingo día 9 ttenía un mail de la página pidiendo que accediera a mi mail, ya que es el de la cuenta paypal y verificase la compra, eso hice.
El Lunes día 10 escribí al chat de la página, y me dijeron que el ramo sería enviado a lo largo del día.
El Martes tenía un nuevo mensaje diciendo que lo lamentaban, pero que el pedido no se había enviado, les respondí con una queja y les dije que tenía que ser entregado a lo largo del día.
Hoy Miércoles tengo un nuevo mail, donde declinan hacer el pedido y reembolsan el dinero.

1 week ago I ordered 51 red roses from this site. Roses that had nothing to do with my order came roses roses. 25 pink roses. I contacted support and was told that the workplace had sent red roses and the courier had delivered them. This is complete rubbish. And they gave me the wrong flowers. They acted like it was my fault. And the last thing they wrote was a stupid message like we can refund 10% of the money. I suggest you do not make the mistake I made and order not here. When you want to make your girlfriend happy, everything can be more ruined because of these
I would like to write this review on the specific flower delivery company as it is by far the worst company I have ever used to order flowers. In short, I placed an order through their website as they are promising same day delivery. Next day, already one day after they contact me asking for address. Next day they contact me again requesting me to pay extra 12$ due to wrong address. As the address I share was correct, I shared a screenshot from my communication with their team. Flowers were delivered on third day, the customer service was unacceptable, I didn't even receive a short apology in email for the delay and inconvenience caused, and the flowers that arrived were old. If you have a special occasion I would recommend using a different company in order not to ruin your special moment.

What a terrible experience, first time in my life I dealt with a delivery company so unreliable as them! For our friend's wedding celebration in Lake Como, we ordered a beautiful bouquet ( as per photos on their website), confirming in advance with their representative in chat that it will be delivered during next day, on the given day, closer to the evening, I messaged them again and the answer was - it will be delivered until 9 Pm & at 19:40! I received an email saying "due to technical reasons" we were not able to deliver it! I have no words, they promised to deliver & they didn't! Kept it to last minute while we could have found another company & we ended up not being able to make a surprise to our friends, Do Not Recommend, Never use this company again!

Ordered flowers for my wife on Wednesday morning for same day delivery whilst she was at work. Had an order status update on the website saying "order sent to partner" (presumably the florist)
It was getting late in the day and the order status remained unchanged, so I contacted the company via their live chat and email as nobody ever answers the phone any time you call them! It was then they informed me there had been a "technical difficulty" and the flowers wouldn't be delivered until Thursday. I don't really understand what's technical about sticking 12 roses together and delivering them on time from a local florist, especially as I placed my order at 8:30 in the morning. They then guaranteed that they would send them the following day. I politely requested that the delivery be made before 5 pm the following day to ensure that my wife would be at work to receive them. Not an unreasonable request you would think being as that the order had already been delayed by a day and their obligation to me as the client had been unfulfilled. But no My Global Flowers clearly don't give a rats $#*! and once again, I was left disappointed as the flowers were delivered at 8 pm which was three hours after my wife had finished work. Awful, awful awful company. I regret the day I ever set eyes up upon their website. AVOID!
I sent an email to their support and received a response from 'Russian Bouquet' (in the Russian language). As a Ukrainian, it's crucial for me to avoid any possibility of supporting the terrorist state. It seems like it's a Russian company, so I'd rather stay away.
P.S. Now I understand why the rating is so low.

I had high expectations for the quality and presentation of the flowers, especially considering the upgrade I opted for. However, upon receiving the bouquet, I was utterly dismayed by its subpar quality and composition. The bouquet delivered bore little resemblance to the exquisite arrangement showcased on your website. Not only were there significantly fewer flowers than promised, but the overall style and composition were far from satisfactory. Furthermore, the included gift card and vase were of equally poor quality. The resolution offered by your company—a mere $25 compensation—does not come close to rectifying the situation. This was not merely a matter of monetary loss but a significant letdown on what should have been a memorable occasion.
Very disappointed with this service. I would never recommend them or use them again for international delivery. The flowers were nice enough, nothing special, but the the company is slow to respond and told me they would let me know when my daughter's birthday flowers were delivered. They never did. I had to text my daughter to find out. There are many international flower delivery services, this is one I would recommend staying away from. Gould have done my homework. Their reviews are terrible.
I ordered flowers and champagne online for my daughter's birthday. They never arrived although my credit card was charged. In a text conversation with the business, I was asked why I paid if I didn't receive the products. Is this a stupid question or what? Do not recommend. The flowers never got delivered. Delivery says 10 am - 5 pm. At 5 pm one phone call that delivery will happen in 40 min. 40 min passed no call nothing. The delivery person said they called why then there's no call? I had to call myself 3 hours later just to find out that the person can't find my apartment. Is it my job to go look for delivery person? Does the delivery person not own GPS? So because they can't use GPS it's my fault? Not to mention that the person I called was rude and loud. This kind of service is not acceptable for this price. At 9 pm I had work so I couldn't pick up my flower anymore or maybe the delivery person thinks that I stay home all day and do nothing? Should I wait till midnight to get flower delivered? I highly don't recommend it. Lost money, lost time, asked for return money and no return available.
I did not get the flowers delivered to the correct address, even though I show the address I picked was correct. And was refused a refund. I was told i could re order and pay full price for new flowers and delivery. Or go pick them up ( in another country) my self. Not satisfied with this company or their lack of customer service, guarantee, and professionalism. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Ordered flowers for my grandchilds birth as we are far away. No delivery, no contact, no answer to my emails. Phone doesn't answer, neither does the live chat. Was charged $5 extra from the total con my card when I paid. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Very disappointed, ordered my sisters 30 th birthday bouquet from there. And to be fair I paid 155 Australian dollars for old flowers
And some of the flowers were falling apart when my sister put them into water
