I placed an order for flowers to be delivered on February 14, approximately four days in advance. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered on the scheduled date. I reached out to the customer service team through the website for an update, but I did not receive any response. Furthermore, I attempted to communicate with them via WhatsApp, but again received no reply or status update. The lack of communication and poor customer service has led me to question the reliability of this service, and I may reconsider placing future orders.

They reached out the day of the delivery and said they will substitute roses with tulips.
The person doesn't like tulips, but I said okay.

It's twice smaller, missing most of the advertised flowers, cheap from the yard greenery, crumbled paper. That's what I paid $80 for. And yes, the card, I also paid for- forget it- they just printed the message ( in TWO languages mixed in), and glued to the candy box.
Amd customer service - the worst- they argue that this is okay and saying, quote "The color, variety, type of flowers and greenery can change".
So don't be surprised when you order a nicely FALSELY ADVERTISED bouquet and receive something else.
This company doesn't stand behind customers.

I was supposed to receive a lovely bouquet from my long distance beloved, nothing was delivered for the Valentine's day.
I was promised will get it today, yet nothing.
Nobody respends via live chat, nobody responds via whatsapp.
Will ask my love to claim a refund and to report them.
False advertisement! They claim that price that you pay doesn't reflect the actual price! Do not order anything from this company! Not only they won't match the content what you order they will change the count too when they exchange to the lower grade flowers! They won't give you fresh flowers either! This company is a JOKE!

Flowers did not arrive - Zero communication to get a heads up / arrange a backup.
Online customer support was poor - Commitment of escalation but never happened. Followed up with online support - Again told that a QA Manager would review and reach out.
Ruined what I had planned for my Sister's 60th birthday celebration night.
Answer: Not sure but what they sent was certainly not worth $239
