The Improv On-Line Defensive Driving Course is full of useful and relevant information regarding your driving habits and tendencies - and what they should be. There is data and statistics to support their assertions as to how you should drive and what you can do to temper your attitude and monitor your mental approach to driving. However, they don't tell you until you finish all the Chapters that, regardless of how you do on the Quizzes at the end of the Chapter Reviews, you must remain active (not just logged in) on the site, for a total of 7 hours before you are permitted to take the final exam and earn your Certificate of Completion. It would be good to know that before one begins the Course - in order to manage one's time and expectations.
