Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

Well I finally received my necklace after waiting close to 2 months. They obviously only put the good reviews up on their site. My husband ordered me the 3 ring name necklace I wanted in rose gold. I received the product today and it seems to be of good quality. I will repost if it begins to tarnish or anything along those lines. I thought the rings would be sautered so you could always see all the names but that's not true, and for the price we paid, it flips back and fourth so I have to continuously turn it around. I do like the idea of it and if it stays in good condition then I would say I'm 75% happy with the product. I am not happy about the shipping. It says 7-14 business days and it takes a month or more.

Got the present from my husband on Mother's Day and I feel so sorry for him from buying this kind-of-called "gold diamond pendant"
Charging over $500 and super cheap finish, i can see the glue around some stone you called "diamond"

I Ordered two items from them with "Guaranteed Christmas delivery" when it didn't arrive on the 24th they actually messaged me to say it would arrive on the 25th of Dec. They are absolutely full of false promise and BS. I opened a PayPal dispute to a refund as they kept giving me crappy compensation offers which would involve me spending more on there site or they offered free gold earrings if I waited six months for them (enough time for my PayPal claim to time out) they are a joke and they don't tell you we're your buying from, even when constantly asked. They are a joke. Ordered from them at your peril

I bought 2 name necklaces: one in 18k Gold-Plated Silver (a gift) and the other in Sterling Silver (for myself). I have no idea how the gold one held up because I never asked my friend (i'm embarassed!), but mine got dark after 2 months of mild use. I never spray perfume around my neck area b/c I know it's bad for jewelry, but the necklace is now dark and unusable. Wasted $60!

Lovely gifts for friends and family. Only negative was I was disappointed with the packaging and presentation. The current packaging makes the necklace seem cheap when they are not. A nice boxed presentation would be lovely.

I bought my mom a necklace for Mother's Day and paid extra for rushed shipping to make sure it would be here on time. The necklace did arrive in time, however, it was so cheaply made and there was actual dirt inside the locket. They advertise as 18k gold, but my necklace was tarnished. Gold doesnt tarnish. Now they refuse to accommodate me in a refund or return and I am now out $70. This Company is a SCAM! I wish I read the reviews before I purchased. I am so upset.

Guaranteed Delivery by Christmas is a false promise!
I ordered my wife's Christmas present from here on 12-10-18 and it was guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I emailed them on 12-16-18 to make sure it would arrive by Christmas, and was informed that it would for sure arrive on time. On 12-24-18 I called DHL and they informed me that my purchase would arrive on 12-26-18. So I can tell you do not order from these folks if you need something by a certain date. I contacted them and told them I wasn't pleased with their service and would like a full refund. They offered me a 10% refund, a pair of earrings that would be shipped in November, or 50% off of my next purchase. Needless to say I told them to keep their measly 10% refund and I would be sure to inform everyone of the service I had received. I have plenty of proof of the guarantee they promised and all of the emails.

I will admit to being slightly dubious of a jewellery product that advertised on Facebook. However with Mother's day fast aproaching I decided to give it a try. I couldn't be happier with my experience shipping was efficent & my wife instantly fell in love with the piece, the quality being of a higher standard than I had expected for the price. I paid the money and did not receive it.
It was a birthday present and the date is over.
Also the quality of your customer service is very bad. You took the money then after follow up some time you told order is lost some time told order will delay.this is 100% fake company.and I know you can't deliver my order because you did it intentionally,after payment you stop responding, so I want my money back.

I made a purchase through this company on April 21,2020. A necklace for Mother's Day which was guaranteed to arrive before then. It is JUNE 1st, 2020 and My mom still has not received the item. There is no number to call and when I send an email looking for info on my purchase all I get is an automated generic email response.

The tracking info I was given says it's in Israel and CANADA post still has not received it. I ask them for more tracking info but still no response. This company says it's Canadian but clearly it is not.

Do Not Make a purchase from this company unless you want too loose over $100 dollar and never see an item in return or have any way to get your money back.

Very Dissapointed!

The customer service "SUCKS". I wanted to cancel my order. I messaged them too many times, via Facebook/Messenger, Email and even telephone but no response. I used the Email provided on the transaction detail page on PayPal and 20 minutes later I got a response. Try using Email address *******@tenengroup.com.

This site is rubbish. My boyfriend purchased a necklace and paid a little more for 18K gold. The necklace tarnished within weeks in the package. I don't wear the necklace often and keep it in the original packaging. I took it out to wear 2 weeks after I received it and it's tarnished! How when I have owned this less than a month and have only worn it once. I am highly disappointed by the false advertising and cheap product. I have never allowed the necklace to come in contact with water (pool/shower) or direct sunlight (gifted in Winter). Beware this site sells junk I will never patronize this site again!

Dont waste your money. I ordered June 3rd a bracelet and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The status keeps changing from shipped to packaging to shipped again! And the worst is the tracking number keeps changing. Now they gave me a tracking number that doesn't exist! I demand to get my money back! Bunch of liars. It's a scam!

Besides the discolouration on the bracelet, I would highly recommend this guys. I bought a bracelet for my husband as our wedding anniversary gift and he really loves it and I also bought a necklace for my daughter with her name on it and she loved it.

I ordered a necklace as a gift. I accidentally wrote the wrong town, but did use the correct zip. The company changed the zip to match the town, and the necklace was not deliverable. They do not have a phone number and take days to contact you back. The customer service is horrendous.

I ordered a name necklace for Mother's Day gift in April and received confirmation shipped and expect delivery May 8th 20 with tracking number and today May 15th no received. Sent email and got a reply sorry and stating a free gift for delay and choose the item. Looking the reviews it's scam. I asked them to refund my money if not shipped. No response. Keep you posted

Do not order from these crooks. Guaranteed delivery before Christmas! Be patient your order will arrive before Christmas. Expedited deliver!
Promises promises promises!
January 2nd and still no item delivered.
My kids ordered something to give to their mother for Christmas. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas, ordered on Dec 10 with Expedited delivery paid. We still haven't received it and they still won't return the money or let me post my review on their site.
Now they say be patient until Jan 7th. Not Happy!

Ordered for Christmas and saw that it would not arrive by them. They told me to pay $19 extra for expedited shipping so it would arrive on Christmas. It's the 26th and still nothing. Their emails sound like they were written by a robot.

I placed 3 orders on December 3rd. The website states it only takes 12 days to personalize the jewelry and ship it. Today is December 20th and the orders are even shipped. They don't have a customer service number to help you figure out where the items are. These were Christmas gifts.

Ordered a name necklace on the 4th April to give it plenty of time to arrive for mothers day. Delivery on the order confirmation was 2nd of May and im still waiting 14th May. Ive contacted them and they said once its been shipped its out of their control when its delivered.

I got expedited shipping for a 10 May guarantee, the shipping site said 15 May and the company would not acknowledge it and kept assuring it would make it... it didn't make it... very awful service and experience... do not waste your time or money!

This company sent my order to the wrong address, I emailed them and they said they would respond within 48 hours and NEVER DID. Do not order from this website because you will be dissapointed. I'm so upset!
