Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
I ordered something for my wife's first Mother's Day and I just ended up looking like complete $#*! and a liar I keep sending them emails and all I get is that your orders estimated delivery is for the 5th of may mind you it's the $#*!ing 21st... Ordered name necklace in June…sent wrong item AND faulty forced to send back ALL the way to Israel despite being advised they gave office in Aus before order. It is now August I do not have my item I do not have a refund they refuse to get back to me I am out $400. They respond to reviews only never ever gets back to you via email properly. Don't waste your time. I ordered a Mother's Day necklace for my wife. Then canceled my order after she read the reviews on this website. When I went to cancel, they had told me it was too late the item had already shipped. Which meant I was on the hook for the 30% re-stocking fee which actually may as well have been half the price of the necklace.
I am a US Marine, deployed overseas, and I wanted to do something nice for my wife as she has been battling with homeschooling 2 children during the COVID shutdown and an absent husband.
Instead, I took a $50 dollar hit on a crappy gift from shady company.
It also took multiple emails to get my money returned. It required my wife emailing me a picture or our return mailing receipt to get them to respond.
Rest assured, I will be reporting this business to the Department of Defense.

My husband bought me a bracelet for Christmas personalised with our daughters name in rose gold £50. It broke after 1st day thdybwanted 2 send a ' party to fix ourselves withnoliers, when we refused the reissued item it came weeks later and bracelet was even worsebthznk 1st it look tarnished, worn and cheap. Currently fighting for a refund. A lucky dip bracelet would have been better.
These people should be wildly ashamed. Their ad popped up on Facebook yesterday & I took a look. I was shocked to see that they have totally ripped off the designs of www.poshtottydesigns.com from whom I started buying personalised jewellery about 15 years ago. Virtually every piece of jewellery I see on the "My Name Necklace" site is a knock-off of a piece from Posh Totty. Very low-life business ethics, in my opinion. My advice? Go with the originals... avoid the copycats.
Absolutely awful - I would avoid! Purchased in good faith only to be let down by a product that can barely fit a baby let alone an adult. They keep hiding behind the fact the product has been sent for production (I guess meaning it had been personalised but clearly by the photo it hasn't. They are absolutely terrible with their customer service and email responses.
If you want to avoid the hassle I am going through: AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter "guaranteed" to arrive Dec 21st (days before we traveled for Christmas). I paid $9.99 for express service. When it did not arrive I received automated responses assuring me it was on the way.
It did not arrive until Dec 26th - by then we were long gone. When I complained 2-3 x they offered to refund the express shipping but that was it. Not even an apology. The "satisfaction guaranteed" was a failed promise. My granddaughter was disappointed not to have a present from us for Christmas and we felt bad too. When I returned home I had to repack and pay to ship the gift to her.
The quality only OK for the price - which to add insult to injury went on sale right after I ordered it. (They could at least have offered the sale price.)
Wish I had read the reviews and purchased elsewhere.
I would not order from Myname Necklace again, the qaulity is very poor and I would be embarrassed to give my purchases as a gift, they are much, much smaller than the pictures show, flimsy chains and very light weight & cheap looking which they were not & they took forever to get here. What a disappointment. If you're reading this take my advice & go to a jeweler's where you can touch, feel & see the product. You might pay a little more but the quality will be 10 fold and you won't have to wait for well over a month to receive it. LG
I purchased a bracelet in November to be for a Christmas present. The bracelet came and because they didn't have the size I requested they decided they would just give me the smaller size which would not fit the person I was buying for. They did not tell me they were sending the smaller one until I opened and saw how small it was. I emailed them straight away and they said I was only entitled to store credit. After contacting the ACCC I was informed that I am definitely entitled to a full refund. 2 months later and I am still waiting a refund. The emails I have been receiving are misleading and very unprofessional. Poor service and no care for their customers

I purchased a necklace with a charm engraved with my kids and grandbabies name. I notice the chain was tarneshing so I tried cleaning it nothing. I than contacted MYKA they acknowledge my email and offered to replace my purchase or provide 30% off my next purchase. I declined both, and requested a full refund they denied my request. So I ask for a replacement. Now waiting to hear back. I will never use them again and don't recommend them.

We ordered and received on time a beautiful solid gold custom named necklace for my little girl just in time for her birthday! The necklace made in her name and stylish heart below (not monogrammed) arrived Friday May 7, ordered late evening Friday April 30. MyNameNecklace tracking showed creation, packing and shipping and FedEx tracking shows going from Israel to Cologne Germany and apparently by 777 direct to FedEx central hub in Memphis, TN all on Thursday and then to Newark, NJ and delivered to my mailbox on Friday -- Perfect! -- From late night order on Friday to our home around noon the next Friday -- Amazing job by all involved -- Thank You! We'll be ordering again and with discount from their follow-up emails. We received a 10% discount on this order.

I highly suggest not ordering anything from this company. They are very slow in responding to requests and then when they do finally respond they lie and say your order is already being produced. When I asked for a partial refund due to a mistake on their part they gave me a refund in Ana mount that I did not agree to. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT order from this company. Report then to the BBB. They have several pending complaints. Add to them and we'll hopefully put them in their place.

I have to be honest if I had read some of the bad reviews I would not have ordered, but my bracelet arrived today and it is lovely I am really happy with it. It is proper engraving and well done, the bracelet is hallmarked 925 and and exactly as shown in the pictures, I chose the the free delivery and it arrived within the given time of of two weeks including production time. So from my experience I would recommend them and would buy again..

Ignore all the reviews you see on the website, they are automatically generated based on your location. I bought a gold necklace with my name on it, it broke within a few weeks so I sent it back to be repaired as it was under warranty. I never heard anything back when the item was received so I had to contact them to confirm and they had no idea if my necklace had been received or not. They literally just said they don't know and I had to ask them to double check. It took 3 months from the time i sent the necklace for repair. When i receive the necklace they had uysed 2 different chains on either side - different karats i would say and it was a twisty and i ordered a plain necklace! I told them i just want my money back at this stage cause lead times are so long and they said i will have to incur a 30% restocking fee... OUTRAGEOUS

I wouldn't have to say anything if I could upload the picture of what I received vs the image of what was advertised. (Also no hallmarks so not convinced sterling silver)
Advertised = lovely round edges shiny silver 3 named linked disks bold stand out engraving really pretty.
Reality = 3 sharp edged disks that look like steel washers with blotches of dark pewter discolouration on all disks. Writing small and thin against steel colour is difficult to see.
Clearly I was an idiot buying from them TRUSTPILOT is clearly not an independent review site, should have done more research.
I returned some earrings that were extremely poorly made. I complained and I wasn't allowed to return them for a full refund. I was offered credit- the value of the earrings plus $20 if I return the earrings. I agreed. I sent them back over a week ago, and they claim they haven't received them. The weird thing is they told me to send them back air mail, even though the address is in New York and I'm in California. If you look up the address they want you to return things at, it's a small apartment. Very fishy. They also don't provide a phone number for you to call them at. Only email. Don't buy from here.

I can't believe how ridiculously unreasonable this company is! I placed an order for father's day one month prior, it said the item will arrive within 14-16 days but it's been 1 1/2 months now and it still hasn't arrived yet. It completely ruined the surprise I planned for my partner, and I got fed up with all the wishy washy respond I got from them, so I requested refund. Even though they did not deliver the item on time and spoiled what I had planned, and after nearly 50 days of waiting, it still hasn't arrived, the company simply REFUSED to process refund. Do yourself a favor, NEVER order anything from them!

Placed an order a while back in dec its now dec 24 and no package. I was guarenteed christmas delivery (since i paid the fee for expedited shipping) which said 10-12 days shipping time INCLUDING production time. 10 days after my order has placed it hasnt even gone through manufacturing yet, according to the tracking. I emailed them asking if they shipping from Canada because i was worried it wasnt gonna be on time if it was outside of the country, they didnt answer where it shipped from but they did assure me that they were extremely positive that it would arrive on time. Like I expected once it shipped, it was coming from Israel and the estimated arrival date is jan 27. PS. They also make it seem like they are all made in canada, they sneakly hide it.
