Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

I would gladly recommend this pendant, but apart from the chain not being real sterling silver. 8/10

Just watch out for the chains, it's not sterling silver as it went black after a few days.

Their refund policy is ridiculous, after cancelling my second purchase they retained 30% after 10mins of purchase as it wouldn't arrive in time.

ALSO - QUALITY VERY POOR. Much smaller and cheaper than it appears on their site.

I ordered on December 11 and was promised delivery by December 20. It didn't show up on time. I kept emailing them trying to get the necklace. I told them we exchange gifts the morning of the 24th. I had to buy a replacement gift ($50.00 gift card). The necklace arrived late evening on the 24th - hours AFTER our gift exchange and four days late. I tried to negotiate a partial refund, or $25.00 credit to my Visa card to compensate for half of the cost of the replacement gift. They offered a 10% refund, or a $20.00 credit to their store (which is really cheap crap that I don't want more of), or I could return it for a 30% restocking fee. So, they wanted me to pay 30% of the cost of the gift and return it (at my cost, I assume) because they screwed up.

I have a Chase Visa card. When there is a dispute such as this for an item of over $50.00 the credit card company will refund my money and debit the vendor. Most credit card companies do this. If you have been ripped off by these people (and reading the reviews it looks like there are a lot of you who have) contact your credit card company and ask them for a refund was long as you sent at least $50.00.

In addition to them missing the delivery date and treating me badly when I tried to get them to compensate me in some way, their product was of very poor quality. I purchased a necklace that had three places to put the names of my grandchildren (for my daughter). They were so tiny you practically need a magnifying glass to read the names. The chain looks like it came from Walmart.

Trust me when I tell you that no one will be impressed with a gift that you buy from the site if it's anything like the garbage I got.
