Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
My mam was over whelmed with her necklace and just loves it... so I'm happy I decided to get it from my necklace and it has such meaning
I would definitely recommend their bracelet as a 18th or 21st birthday present. My son really loved it

Crap quailty items that are over inflated prices.
Let me start... I ordered a Silver Braclet for my Dad for fathers day. This came promptly and ontime. The bracelet beads were as described and also the the leather. My issue was the silver latch and the silver ends holding it all together. This was very Grubby and marked. Maybe some brasso and some time would have brought it up?
Either way i wasn't happy. I contacted there support and got a very sorry appology. You can choose from 50% off coupon on my next order, 10%refund or exchange any other jewelry for free. The fact they page for this is worrying. https://www.mynamenecklace.co.uk/Article.aspx?p=9106
I was advised that there was nothing was wrong with my order but they would offer either of the above. I didnt want to buy any more over priced items and no intrest in this stuff for me or anyone else. I kindly asked they review the photo i sent and maybe 50% refund to my original payment method or 100% refund and they pay for postage back.
I kept getting theres a 30% restocking fee and i have to pay the postage. The fact its there fault for sending me the poor qauilty item in the first place they want to take a restocking fee!
Wouldn't budge on the above so i contacted Paypal and raised a dispute. Requested the same 100% refund and return or 50% refund to take to a jeweler to get cleaned up. No reply to the case. Paypal stepped in and refunded me 50%.
I got a message 2 days ago from someone at MyNameNecklace asking why i raised a dispute. Showing no care to read the dispute or past emails.

Appalling customer service.
Ordered a bracelet for Father's Day, June 13, it was too small.
It's now August 28, no replacement bracelet.
I've reached out and emailed consistently and today I find they are RESIZING the bracelet, even though I received an email within days of requesting a replacement that they were in fact, "currently handcrafting your jewelery." I was actually impressed at how fast my replacement was being made and sent, but it was false hope.
I emailed customer service on June 16, Aug 19, Aug 26 and then again over the past 24 hours.
Yep, I waited patiently for my husband's replacement Father's Day gift for 4 weeks, before I followed-up, giving them plenty of time, only for it to never turn up.
Not once have I had them reach out to me and check the issue was resolved.
This week I sent two emails to customer service before they finally replied, apparently a replacement hasn't even been sent!
In addition, the original item arrived in a damaged, crinkled gift bag that was unusable, which was most disappointing.
The gift was from my 7-year-old and her sister, you can imagine how upset they are that daddy still can't wear their gift!
I had purchased from this company before, I got my daughter a necklace for her 16th birthday and the process was smooth, easy and the necklace beautiful.
This experience? Horrific.
And no, covid has nothing to do with the delay, it's their return policies and handling.
Don't buy anything that might need returning due to size, as you'll be waiting more than 71 days for no one to return your emails, and no one to send a replacement gift for your loved one.
Disgusted. Disgusted. Disgusted. Such a shame as my first buying experience was great, but this one?

I recieved exactly what i was loking for. Delivery was fast & efficient. Packaging was a bit underwhelming.
I ordered a necklace for my wife from our sons on the 6th December 18, which stated that it would be Gaurenteed delivery by 24th December 18, on the 22nd December i received an email stating that the order would not be delivered on time.
This meant that I needed to by another present for my wife so cancelled the item, but was told that it had be posted so i could not do it until the item was delivered yet the tracking did not say it had left until the 27th December 18.
Now the item has arrived and i am trying to get a return address and no one on customer care will give me one, on top of this i am going to be charged 30% restocking charge yet I would not have purchased the item if it was not GAURENTEED DELIVERY BY 24TH DECEMBER 18.
On top of this i have now had over 12 emails with 2 saying I can get a full refund and 6 saying no i can't I will be consulting
