Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Ordered chain last November and still haven't received it. Have been given the run around being told it's ready to dispatch ASAP but it hasn't. In the meantime I continue to receive emails everyday advertising their products. Chain was a Christmas present which has now passed.

Myself and a friend clubbed together to buy our friend something special for her 40th birthday. We spent over £100 on the item plus paid an extra £20 for express delivery. The items were a few days late which meant we missed her actual birthday but not only that the item was so poorly made. Very light weight, badly scratched. It looked like a child costume jewellery. Customer services have still not replied 4 days on.

More than a month now and we are still waiting for delivery of an item that was "guaranteed" to arrive before Christmas.
Every attempt to rectify the situation is met with an increasingly defensive response. While, at first, sympathetic to our concerns, they now are trying to insinuate that everything is our fault.
Almost every new response we receive, in some way contradicts previous claims they have made. I have demanded a refund but their stance is that once it leaves their facility, it's the customer's problem.
I will never make the mistake of trying to do business with this organization again and I would advise anyone not living in the continental U.S. to avoid doing so either.
Absolutely loved my chain, the quality is amazing and such good value for money, the shipping didn't take long either, my overall experience with this company has been great and I would definitely order again from them.

Boyfriend purchased a necklace for me for Valentines Day for over £70... it looks like something out of a Christmas cracker. He is so upset and I'm fuming that he has been cheated. Read other reviews and realised its an online scan company based in Israel. Going to try and get money back through credit card cash back as know company won't refund. Please avoid this company and keep your money.

Item ordered, and guaranteed for delivery by mothers day. Still haven't received the item, I only get automated emails from the customer service team, no direct contact with anyone who could offer any clues to where my purchase is. Don't be fooled by the tracker in their purchase email - this is not linked to a couriers tracker, so you have no clue who its shipped with or where it possibly may be - totally frustrating.
My necklace broke several times as it's a very thin cheap material. They replaced the cheap chain only once! When I contacted them about my chain breaking, they didn't care. They sent me a coupon which really was no savings at all. I took the cheap chain to my jeweler and he said this is cheap material. Not worth fixing. He advised me to never buy from Myka again. Don't buy their cheap jewelry.

Definitely a scam! I purchased a necklace on 3rd May, it still hasn't arrived. When I tried to track it says that it's gone to Belgium and then on to Iceland. I live in Ireland.
When customer service finally got back to me said that the delay was out of their control which is incorrect as they are responsible for shipping the product to the correct destination. When I contacted them again numerous times they said finally answered and said "it seems like it's gotten lost" and that they have been authorised to go ahead with a "free" replacement if I did want the necklace replaced why would I be paying for it again when I never received the original order.

Received order after 10 days - error with inscription - name spelled incorrectly. Plus - the "silver" is cheap and paper thin with no official hallmarks so you have no guarantee of its fineness or purity.

I ordered a present for Fathers Day in August, 3.5 months ago. It never arrived, after chasing for weeks they finally agreed to send another, still hasn't arrived. Now they are telling me it was delivered on 28 October, but have not confirmed who signed for it. My experience tells me they are lying. I am so pissed off at their horrendous customers service. I will be demanding a refund now, because all my $100+ got me was a headache. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I placed an order super early so I could make sure I got it on time. Everything was going just fine until my shipping label was created. My package SAT for an entire WEEK and once I emailed them about it they told me it was out of their hands and nothing could be done. They must have thought I was an idiot because the SAME DAY I contacted them about my tracking not updating it was finally picked up. Package came super late, took a month to show up. Customer service is a joke. Had multiple reps email me in circles with no resolution. They are idiots. The correspondence with them is like talking to a wall. Nothing will happen. I was promised 15% refund for the trouble but of course that didn't happen and they continue to send emails that don't even make any sense or offer any resolution to the problem. Terrible company. Ordered 4 necklaces on December 6 as Christmas gifts. Paid extra for quick delivery. Told they were to be delivered by December 21. Nothing has arrived and won't be here for Christmas. Can't get a hold of anyone in the company. No idea when products will be delivered.

Very poor service, received a delivery date then an email to say it is delayed by 2 days then nothing. I was told to be patient but given no further eta. Have contacted them via their website but they haven't volunteered the information to claim a refund but are quite happy to chat if you are customer as this is the only way I can get a reply from a human. Avoid if you are thinking of ordering.

To go against the tide here. I actually had a pleasant experience. In fairness for 50 euro I'm not expecting diamonds and platinum. Delivery date was 17th, came nearly a full 2 weeks early. My initial design was sent back with an error. I got an email saying they had fixed the error and my item had been shipped. Arrived today as perfect and any emails I sent were responded to quickly. Good experience overall.

I trusted the company to offer a present to my wife, the necklace was lost and they won't even offer a shipping upgrade to send it again, so I have to wait an extra month without any guarantee that this one will get to me!
