Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Did not waste your money! There products are cheap for the money -s worst part they dont let you return. They try and give you a credit towards something else or 10%. I ask you, if There products are cheap why would you want a credit towards something else?! Plus it comes from China so no one

What a horrible shopping experience! I have emailed three time in an effort to get my order before Mother's Day only to be told they could not honor my request. I offered to pay extra shipping or an expedite fee, yet they can not honor my request. At the same time, I received one email each day since my order was placed promoting delivery on orders before Mother's Day. I tried to cancel the order and they wanted to charge a 30% fee. Beware shoppers, question their ethics as well as their customer service.
Ordered a personalized necklace for my wife. Never received it and they never refunded me! Criminal, illegal! They can go f#*k themselves. Below is a picture of my billed account in the amount of $53.99... for nothing!
I got the rose gold necklace with 4 beads with the names of my children on it. The beads were so small that we had to use a magnifying glass to read what was written on them. The ad was very deceptive and the shipping took forever. Not nearly worth the money and they are almost impossible to reach.
I ordered a mother's necklace for my mom. It was supposed to be delivered no later than 21 days and it took about 8 weeks to get here and arrived after Mother's Day. Then the necklace is wrong. They want to charge me and 30% restocking fee to do they order right. Terrible customer service. You can't talk to anyone and it takes days to get a response and my initial email was never responded to.
Looks and feels cheap. My bracelet fell apart after wearing it for 20 minutes, then I had to spend 30 minutes finding the charms. I've tried to return it (says 100 day return policy) and have heard nothing!

I ordered a name necklace that took 3 weeks to arrive which I was ok with. I just got it today and the clasp is on the wrong side, doesn't open and the other side doesn't have any where to even connect it. I send them an email with photos and they reply back telling me they'll send me a new chain and that I can just get some pliers and put the new chain on myself. Are you kidding me? I'm going to build my own necklace for the $60 and 3 weeks I waited? No thanks. I better get a refund. I don't want this piece of junk! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I placed an order after emailing twice to be sure of the delivery time. I also paid for the expedited shipping. My order is supposed to arrive in 2 days but has not even been finished. I did email them and they replied but said nothing about my order. I emailed a couple of more times and they finally answered back and gave me a tracking number. IT ISN'T EVEN FOR MY ORDER! Absolutely disgusted with the length in which it takes to receive a response, I ordered at the end of April said it was to arrive may 27th well here we are no shipping update, but they already took payment? SCAM! Don't waste your time. Beware and Dont buy from Myka or any jewelry online without posting their location to make it difficult for the buyers to return items! Cheap items turned black or fading even haven't wear yet its not worth between $30 to $50 each item, it is really wasting your money, the discount is misleading to let you buy more which I did. Better to buy in your legit jewelry store at least you can return anytime. Sad thing, fooling people.

Dishonest company. Regardless of the quality of their product, which btw, is nothing special, they deserve one star for their dishonesty in promising delivery by a certain date. Based on other responses, I'm obviously not alone, nor am I mistaken in my impression of their cavalier attitude towards honoring their promises. Their customer service is awful, too. I have purchase 3 items from them. Never again.
They don't deserve a 1 rating but the lowest I can give them. They don't respond right back to their messages and then talking about can't receive a refund or exchange what I asked for. Now I see other reviews exchanging for something else wouldn't solved the problem because quality of jewelry is horrible I've read. Also some reviews say they never received their items and it's been month. Scam company sound like.

Received a broken 10ct gold chain with pendant, followed protocols to send back for repair or replacement at own cost only to be told they never got it & it's not their problem... it was a $350-$400 gift which has never been worn.
Mother's Day necklace came late and was incredibly cheap looking. The names engraved were so small, you couldn't even see them. Embarrassed to gift it to my mom. I requested a refund and they said there's a 30% restocking fee + I need to pay for return shipping. Don't buy from them, it's a waste of money.

I ordered the custom earrings with my name! Easy checkout, quick shipping and I loved them! I loved them so much that I ordered my boss a personalized pair of cuff links. Again, they came quick and my boss loved the! Finally, I ordered a personalized kids necklace and another pair of earrings on December 15,2020 for a total of $119.90. The money was taken out of my account but I have yet received a confirmation email. I have sent 3-4 emails but keep getting a response about the cuff links! Ordered two necklaces - total $77.30 for Christmas gifts for my daughter-in-laws - have sent numerous emails to check on the status of this order and haven't received any response. Now I read all these other people have had the same problem. Sure wished I would have checked this company out better before wasting my money and time! Beware of this business. They're thieves in sheep skin. I realized within the minute I submitted an order that there was a mistake. Mind you there is no phone number you can call and it takes them more than 24 hours to respond to emails. Long story short, they couldn't fulfill the design I wanted without me having to send a link. I decided to cancel my order only for them to tell me I am outside my 2 hour grace period so they can't get me a refund but only a store credit.

I ordered the much publicized Father's Day bracelet. I paid for expedited service on top of the bracelet's cost, and it was an The entire bracelet looks cheap and horrible. The engraving is poorly done and the letter D is out of alignment. For $105, I was expecting a nice gift. I won't even pass this on. It is an embarrassment.

I have ordered one name necklace and emailed them as my purchase was for the classic modele instead of the carrie one.
On their website the classic one is cheaper but been charged wrong amount, sent several emails but been told there was no price difference, they don't even know their price list.
Paid aswell for express delivery, still haven't received anything yet, their customer service is just very bad and would not recommend to anyone to use this company as they are not reliable.
