Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
First got sent poor quality chain that broke instantly then asked to send back with no proof requested. No refund given and they said they wouldn't without proof. After 2 months of communication they finally offered a replacement. I had to beg for a better quality chain. They offered a better quality chain by sending me poor photos of a silver equivalent, on agreeing this they then sent the same original chain ordered and denied it being that. After 72 emails and 6 months still no resolution. I ordered a fingerprint heart necklace for my wife and when I contacted the company to find out how I get the fingerprint to them I was told that the fingerprint on the necklace is generic and not actually personalised. I requested to cancel my order based on this as my wife wanted a necklace with my sons fingerprint on it. I had to jump through hoops to contact them through their ticketing system with no way to actually call support. When they eventually agreed to refund me, I found that they'd only refunded 70% of what I paid, apparently due to a 30% restocking fee, even though this item was cancelled within hours of ordering. This is an absolute scam. There's no way that the item would need to be restocked. I actually received the confirmation of my request to cancel the order before I received my order confirmation. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to run the risk of being defrauded!

If you want to spend $100 on something that does not look like the marketing images on the website and instead get something that looks like dime store quality then order from this company. I wasn't expecting fancy but neither was I expecting something this pathetic. You are better off taking two kids to the local fair and buying them tickets for unlimited rides and possibly win something of higher quality at a game booth and still come out about $30 ahead. I got ripped off, plain and simple.
I have not bought anything from this company but somehow yesterday they took £214 from my account, I phoned Barclays & they said it's a re occurring standing order which I have never set one up for this company & there's no previous out going from my bank to them! I've emailed them but no reply & there's no phone number. Very p***ed off! How on earth have they done this? I've not heard of them until today!
My wife bought me a bracelet from this site for Christmas 2019. About six months later the entire bracelet is discolored. Emailed customer service and was told warranty expired. An $80 bracelet should last more than six months. All we were offered was a discount on another item. They can keep it. I do not recommend the site as they do not stand by their products.

I ordered a gold Sophia necklace and received Sophie instead! Emailed them with the photo of what I've received and they asked me if I'm happy with free reorder, I answered yes and after a week they haven't got back to me. It was for my friend's BD, I don't trust them anymore to order jewelry.
I ordered a necklace with 3 names and birthstones for mother's day May, 2016. It is now the end of October and still no necklace! I wrote asking and was informed there was a delay because of heavy orders. They said I would receive an email when my package was to be shipped. I never heard another word from them.

Never trust a business that cannot be contacted by phone and says they will take 2-3 days to respond to your emails... if you get a response at all. I ordered around 12/6 and delivery by Christmas was "guaranteed". The delivery left Israel on the 21st and DHL tracking has it being delivered on the 26th. The company has taken no responsibility aside from lying to me that it will be delivered on time. Furthermore, I received no email confirmation of my order when it was made and it took multiple emails to even find out my order number or tracking purposes. This lack of customer service is a clear indicator that this business cares for no one.
Received the product on May 16 wore it twice and the names are fading and tarnishing already. Contacted customer service but no answer. Please do not order their knockoff products. Fake Advertising. Paid $60.00 when product was on sale.

I believe I'm about to join the long line of people here who will soon be reporting this company to both the authorities and my bank as fraudulent scam artists. I have an item which is supposed to be arriving on Tuesday, which was ordered within the company's Christmas delivery timeframe, and which was supposed to be a really special gift for my husband from his sons... but which has apparently been circling around a depot in West Footscray for nine days, been scanned into said depot on three separate occasions and which hasn't moved in two days now. The company refuse to respond to communications and i now don't believe this important item will arrive before Christmas, or ever. I will be telling everyone I know both in person and on all of my social media channels, not to deal with this company, ever!

They lie about their 100 day return policy and 30% restocking fee. They don't have a phone number and will try to convince you through email with all these options instead of returning it. When you say for the 100th time you only want to return it, they ghost you and never reply again. Scam scam scam.

Thought I was shopping on a irish website but when my items arrived they came from Israel. I was promised delivery on 24 of December didn't receive them till nearly mid January. My wife relay likes her necklace but the bracelet wouldn't fit a new born baby. Overall I was disappointed but the necklace looks and seams good. Time will tell what the quality is like
I ordered my order over a month ago now. The expected delivery date was 11/16/18. It has still not arrived and there is no new date of arrival. I ordered well in advance so that I could give my order as a christmas gift. I have emailed several times asking the date of delivery and if it would be in before christmas with no real response. Other then ask a family member if they recieved if for you. Like why would that be the answer to the problem. I am expecting a full refund if the product does not arrive by christmas. This company is disgusting do not order from here! :)
UPDATE- I was finally able to get a response from someone and it was mentioned that a new order would be placed to replace the one that was lost. That was 2.5 weeks ago and I have yet to receive an email with a new order number and order confirmation! I am going to dispute this charge because this has been going on for just about 3 months!
I checked status of my order several times and it says shipped but no tracking information is available. When you email for help you get an automated message offering a "gift" as a courtesy. How about the gift of a response from someone! Order was supposed to be delivered 6/18 but I still have no idea when my gift will arrive or if it will arrive at all. So frustrated!

When I received my necklace with my kids' names on it for mother's day I thought it was pretty. I wore it 4 times and the clasp had come undone and I lost all 5 charms but the chain was stuck to my long hair. The chain is supposed to be sterling silver. Well it looks like it's only coated. The chain looks black! Cheap quality! Waste of $135. My husband still doesnt know about it

Received the bracelet I ordered as a gift on time, however it was missing the clasp ring. I rushed to have the ring attached and was out another $21.65 for this cheaply made bracelet. I asked to be reimbursed the amount I was out to fix it, but they said they could only reimburse $9.49. There is no phone number to call customer service, you can only correspond via email. The entire experience was a pain. Never again.
Company is flawed, in both its website design, and in its manufacturing process. Website form had a product-specific and pricing requirement for TWO inscription names. Only one name was defined (or at least, saved in the form). Yet, payment was processed, as was manufacturing. Custom inscription effort for one name should have stopped since there was not a 2nd name defined. Attempts to correct and negotiate with the company have proved fruitless; they offered me 50% off a new item. Now spending countless hours blasting the company on any/all review websites I can find.
I was going to order a father's day gift for my husband, after reading these reviews and after the response from the business, the customer service sucks the products suck. There is no way they will have the chance to mess up my order and then only offer store credit. I do not have to spend my money with this company especially after they messed up something personalized. And there is no phone number. So your scamming people out of their money and still cannot afford to pay phone agents. Sounds like a terrible business.

I recently ordered a 'Family Tree Birthstone Necklace with Rose Gold Plating' and received item really quick. My wife and kids love this Necklace so much. We will definitely be using the service again so easy and hassle free with quick postage that came earlier than advised.
Ordered a name necklace in plenty of time for Mother's Day. Was expressly told that it would arrive well in time if I ordered that day. Tracking is rubbish, it just says the item left Isreal four days ago... so God knows where it is now as tracking no longer works. Keep contacting them to be told they'll try and track the item.
Would never use them again, it had better be good when it turns up!
