Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

I got an email a month after i ordered saying we just received payment. It will take so many days to make the wallet. I emailed bak and told them you were sent payment a month ago they said its their system it was made but went bak to the production due to a mistake. When i did get the wallet the quality of the print was horrible you could barely see the picture and it wasnt centered. Cant take a picture it was for my sons bday which was late over a month. So they screwedbit up the 1st time it went bak they then sent it not centered and poor quality. Unless rectified i will not buy from here again. My son is away at work when he comes bak i will take a pic.
I received my name bracelett at the beginning of november but the chain broke after 2 days of wearing it. I contacted custumer service and they sent me a replacement but the same thing happend after 2 hours of wearing it. The quality is terrible.

I ordered a gift on the 15th of May to be delivered to my husband in Belgium on the 6th of June. And up until now I got nothing! I've been trying to get in touch with them since then, their website customer service team relpied once, a man called Stefan, just saying I will take care of that then nothing happened. I ordered a name necklace and my expected delivery date was July 16th the latest. I understand that due to covid, delays may happen. However when I first contacted them about it, they were quick to reply and give me 50% off my next purchase. I was satisfied with their response so I didn't mind waiting a few more days. Then, a week later still nothing in the mail. I contacted them again asking if I could get a refund or get a new necklace sent if my package wasn't delivered by the end of the week. At that point, they stopped answering. I sent them another email and still no answer. It's been 3 days since I last contacted them. This is very frustrating. Please dont waste your time or money on them. Especially if youre from Canada and you want your order to come fast because they ship from Israel, not from Canada so you'll wait forever. A family member lost his wife of 44 years. I had a bracelet made with both of their names on it. It was to be delivered in plenty of time to give it to him to wear to his wife's memorial service. My Name Necklace is a fraud and a scam. We have *nothing* to give to him in the memory of his beloved wife. Fortunately my bank will work with me to reverse these charges. I had been looking at the personalized necklace with the birthstone and flower for a while as I thought it very unusual but I couldn't decide in the gold or the silver. Placed an order Nov 19th, it is now Jan 6th and I haven't received my items. According to customer service, first package was lost so they sent a replacement... TO THE WRONG ZIP CODE. They take a week to answer emails and do not take the time to read and understand the problem. Hence, they've shipped the order twice to the billing zip code (where I can't receive packages, just mail) instead of the shipping address I put down when I placed the order and that's included in the order confirmation. I'll have to file a claim with my bank.
Ordered my daughter a necklace for her first Mother's Day and it said"Guaranteed by Mother's Day"
I emailed them (since there is no phone number) and told them to cancel my order and how I'm disappointed in their service... I get an email saying that I "did not" pay for "guaranteed delivery for Mother's Day" and that I need to allow up to 21 business days and that the necklace will arrive by 6/5... way past Mother's Day! Ummm... I told them to cancel my order, when did I tell them I still want the order? I had to email them again and tell them I'm not going to argue with them, I don't want their product and I'm disappointed in their customer service! What a joke!
Let me start off by saying, never ever shop with this company. This company is a scam entirely. 12/26/22 I purchased what was to be a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary; a custom 14K gold necklace with her name. I received the item on 1/9/23 and it looked in great shape. Within 24 hours the item broke and had to be returned; red flag from the start. It took 6 WHOLE WEEKS for this item to be sent back, 'replaced' and to come back to me. Mind you, the customer service team is slow to respond and had to be reached out to 4 whole times to find my order. I received it today, 2/22/23 and the item was sent back to me knotted and the piece was NEVER REPLACED but poorly welded back together. This company is TERRIBLE; the quality of the jewelry is poor, over priced, and cheaply made. MYKA is a scam and should be shut down as a whole.

When I placed my order 4/27/20 I was told in emails the gift would arrive before mothers day May 7th, then it was the 9th. It finally showed up the day after mothers day. I then found the necklace knotted so badly it took my wife and I a whole hour to un knot. I got no response when I reached out about delivery and still haven't. Like many people on here I ordered a necklace with my kids names on in good time for Mother's Day. It did arrive, but several weeks late. When it did arrive, it looks cheap and tacky definitely not worth the £90 I paid for it. What is worse is that the advertise a returns policy - I followed the returns instructions to the letter which involves sending it to an address in Israel using tracked delivery. I am now still waiting over a month later, the tracking service says they have delivered the parcel but mynamenecklace are still saying they haven't received it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

SCAM: KEEP AWAY! They have kept over £60 of my money for doing nothing, I canceled my order within 3 min! The had no reason to charge me a 30% re stocking fee (they had no time to do anything with my order). They replied with 30min to say they received my cancellation. They state in their emails they MIGHT charge you 30% re stocking fee and that all work is on hold until you re confirm cancellation - my name necklace did not do anything with my order, they just kept 30% of my money. If you try to get in touch, they ignore you... They have no UK landline or address for you to get in touch... KEEP AWAY! P.S. Be wary of the so called positive reviews...

Oor quality, cheap and flimsy design and terrible customer service. The customer service team starts every Email with "No worries", however you should worry! Poor response times, poor turaround times. They shipped my item DHL 3 day service, however when you return an item, it shipped USPS and are told to expect a 2 week delivery. So overall 2weeks to Tel Aviv, 1 -2 weeks in country and 2 weeks back to the US--jist terrible! They do not want to know you after the sale--BEWARE!

I chatted online with a rep. From MYKA about a purchase I had just made (within 2 hours of checking out). I needed to cancel and reorder. No problem... They would issue a store credit within 48 hours for me to use. I had no response from customer service and no store credit or refund. After SIX days (no store credit had been issued) and emailing them daily, I received an email response only after opening a dispute with my CC company. The charge was already posted to my CC account. This purchase was a Christmas gift and the order had to be made by Wednesday. They responded on Thursday. Nothing went right. What a mess. NEVER AGAIN! FYI- The only phone number I found for them was on my CC statement and it wasn't a good number.
