Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

Purchased a "3d printed moon lamp" for my wife for mothers day. (https://photomoonlamp.com/products/personalized-creative-3d-print-photo-moon-lamp-engraved-lamp-gift-for-her-touch-two-colors) I paid more for expedited shipping than I did for the lamp. Its been 4 weeks since I paid and I still haven't received anything. I've attempted to contact the company multiple times but the website won't work correctly on my phone or computer. Apparently the moon lamp website is part of myluckynecklace because that's where it redirects when you try to contact customer service. There is not a phone number or email to call. I've wasted so much time and money. I want my money back. I recommend everyone to stay away from this company.

I bought a $128 necklace 4. 27. 2020 for Mother's Day. Guaranteed delivery before Mother's Day (Today 5. 10. 2020.)

They took payment. There is no tracking number, no confirmation. Customer service said they will help as soon as possible and needed to verify my address which I did yesterday.

Super stoked my wife didn't get the gift she wanted for and on Mother's Day. The disappointment in her eyes reflects on me.

Now, I have to fight to get my money. As if things aren't stressful enough during Covif-19.

They charged a fortune, lost my order, charged a fortune for fast delivery. Item was smaller and cheaper-looking than the advert. Promised a refund but failed to follow through on this offer. Stay well clear.

I had an ad pop up in facebook advertising mothers day necklaces. I went through to their website which appeared to be an Australian company from a. com.au domain. My total order price was $85. After checking my bank statement i was charge $105 USD ($140 AUD). Never received a confirmation order. I immediately contact the company via email (the only way to contact them). They offer a 10% refund and twice said they had resent the order confirmation but i never received it. 100% i entered my email address correct and there was no typo. This company is in Israel and will take your money and ignore you.

With the names of her 3 children on the bracelet
As charms. The names are so little,
I can barely read them.

I'm embarrassed to give her this gift. I paid $75 for it!

My children ordered a necklace 3 wks before mothers day with the guarantee of delivery before said date. Money swiftly taken out of account and still no gift (maybe I asked for delivery in 2020!). Customer service is a joke! Thanks for ruining it for my children

I found it easy to look through the options on the website, choose something I liked, and pay for it. It was a gift for my sister and her husband - personalised yin yang key rings - and they liked it. I got my sister to send a pic and it's quite cute. The company sent me update emails so I knew the status of my order, and then it arrived even earlier than the estimated delivery date, so I'm a satisfied customer.

Engraved the WRONG anniversary date on a Valentine's Day gift for my partner. They have no phone number to contact and finally responded to a Facebook message. MOST SHADY SERVICE EVER! They said they will send me a replacement when I ship them back my bracelet first. How is that going to work? You already have my money and I'm giving you your stuff back. Absolutely not. I'm currently disputing the charge. Not worth buying through this company.

You can see it was not my fault they did NOT follow my personalized instructions and added the wrong year on to the bracelet. UNBELIEVABLE. WORST. COMPANY. EVER.

P.S for any of you who have recieved the wrong item or something with the wrong inscription from this terrible service. You can report them through the Better Business Bureau. I will be filing a report on them. I suggest you do as well if you want your money back.

DO NOT BUY FROM they will NOT fix their own mistake and you’ll waste money.

I believe they made my purchase incorrectly. Never could get them to show what I ordered. I guess I should have taken a screenshot. Anyway, they eventually gave me a small discount. Certainly not enough to cover my frustration with them!

I am *******% convinced that every single positive review for this absolutely horrible company is a fake. I had not received a locket i had bought and the only thing that came was a ring with the gems that had fallen off and only offered me a 10% refund? A 10% refund for a locket i never received and a ring that is literally none wearable. I'm still messaging customer rep about this and no one is helping. HORRIBLE COMPANY! A whole scam! Absolute worst customer service - i had asked to speak to a supervisor MULTIPLE times as the customer rep is no help and she had ignored my request every time. Never again will i ever purchase from this excuse of a business.

Beautiful piece of jewellery. Can't fault the service my only concern which to be fair was my fault as didn't read length of chain, I went by the picture and it appeared a different length. I'm annoyed as the chain beautiful and unable to find extender to match,

Firstly, the company is based in Israel and they don't know how to do business by the USA standard. My wife got me a bracelet for father's day and made me try the bracelet - the bracelet is defective. Upon requesting a return, first the company harassed us for pictures of the bracelet, then they sent an email saying we will exchange the bracelet. So we submitted the order for a new bracelet. The company a day later responded that the defective bracelet will have to air mailed to Israel - are you kidding me. Why can't BBB look into this. How can this company function like this. Really poor delivery and the quality of the product was really bad. Sucked, terrible experience.

I placed an order on the 24th November having not received it over spoke on there live chat through there website 4 times to told the same crap it has been dispatched it'll be with you soon... it was meant to b delivered the 13th of dec over a week later still not here. This was a gift for my girlfriends xmas. Still no email to update me on anything... SCAM...

I placed an order for an item and paid $190 ($20 postage at that!) THEN read the reviews... my own fault some may say. Within hours I messaged and requested to cancel my order and a full refund. As you can imagine, its HIGHLY UNLIKELY that they had started the process of 'making my jewellery. Anyyyyway, the options I was given, as they apparently had started to make my jewellery already, was a refund minus 30% of what I paid, appalling if you ask me. Or, a store credit, with an additional $20 given to spend in store. Or 10% back from what you originally spent. This may be OK, if the reviews of the product where any good. Not if you want your money back.

Do not buy from this website.
I am so disappointed in my order that I don't have the words to describe it. All I can say is do not do it.
I'm gonna go on Etsy and do my order all over again and get what I pay for. Oh and get this- no customer service contact. The 'customer services' email that they use to contact u about shipping is an email that you can not send messages to.

Don't but anything from here. It is a hoax. You WILL be disappointed.

Give your initials and they get it wrong. First, middle, last and the last should be in the middle, the biggest. They got it wrong. Also, they don't have a customer service phone number to call very frustrating and makes you think they are not Legit. This company Sucks $#*!. Oh email us we'll contact you back not a phone call I'm sure

I ordered an initialed bracelet. The picture on their site showed three initials between a cuff band. The item I received had only two initials between the cuff and one was placed over the cuff. I returned the item for replacement and was told that it could not be made properly (?). My options were to buy something else or forfeit 10% of my purchase price if I wanted a refund. Since they could not deliver what I paid for I should have received a full refund. A three month ordeal. Buyer beware!

I had necklace for my wife's birthday and wrote our names one side, made on 16, 07, 2001 (our wedding) on another and our 3 kids names on the other. She had tears in her eyes, one of the best presents I have given in 25 years

Rubbish service and over charge

Placed order for £54.90

They charged me in US Dollars for $80 which worked out to be £65. My bank returned the charge and then they charged me again for £54 in UK pounds despite cancelling order.

They now ignore my emails and have my money.

Be warned.

I placed a Mother's Day order with ample time to have it custom made and delivered, its been a week and a half and its still being made. It won't make it for Mother's Day. Very very disappointed with how my order has handled. I now wish I had gone with someone else so I would have the gift when I needed it and not days later. 5/8/14

Terrible customer service. They trick people to pay extra for fast shipping. My husband purchased over three weeks in advance thinking that's plenty of time to get by Mother's day but 5 days before Mother's day he contacted the company and it hadn't even been made let alone shipped and they were still advertising that day that purchases made would get it by Mother's Day but apparently only the ones that paid extra. My husband expressed his dissatisfaction and they didn't seem to care at all. I received my bracelet 8 days after Mother's Day. We will never purchase from this company again.
As for the product, The bracelet is beautiful and appears to be genuine leather but it is very difficult to put on. I have never owned a bracelet that I couldn't put on myself until now.

I bought the gold vermeil, and in 6 months it is almost white, the color is completely gone. I would love to buy the solid gold but I am very afraid that the same thing will happen. I add photo of the difference between the one I already used for 6 months and the new one.
