Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

They sent me totally wrong product with cheaper one but charging more expensive!
Requested to exchange then asked me the proof of the payment and picture of the product that i received. Worst client service ever! Now they won't do 100% refund but 70% even they made a mistake, not on my end! They don't even have phone number, totally scammed! Don't buy anything from these guys! Paulo from their CS doesn't treat you as a customer anymore once they took the money from your wallet! Worst experience of my life! One of the biggest mistake I have ever made in my life was these guys!

I never received my order. I paid rush delivery for Father's Day. NEVER received it & they won't issue me my money back. They keep sending me stupid emails but nothing that pertains to my refund. My attorney is looking into this. I don't know how they're getting away with this.

Ordered the necklace early December. After several attempt did not receive it until early February. Did not know it was coming from China. Had I known I would not have ordered the product to come 2 months late. Product was defective. Sent them an email only to find out that it was changed. Found an email and wrote to them. They said it was probably defective during transit. They wanted me to send more money for freight.

Back and forth went on for another month. Had to get Paypal involved. Was only refunded 1/2 my money.

Do not use this company unless you want to lose your money.

You will not be able to contact this company if there is any issue! They do not have phones, they take days to respond and simply repeat back your question! I believe they say 100 day guarantee and must just put you off for that time. They are a scam! My mother's ring was missing dob and I just wanted them to add it and all they did was blow me off despite my order showing that it should have had it!

I ordered a wallet for my husband for fathers day and after a month and a half finally got it in. I was so excited about opening it... until I seen the finished product. It was suppose to have a picture of my kids on it but the picture was so small and displaced on it that my daughter looks like her teeth are blacked out. Nothing like the advertisement looked. It looked great. I reached out hoping someone from the company could help me but get a automatic response first... send another email and get a response from irene who has no customer service skills whatsoever. She blamed me and said shes sorry for any disappointment I may have caused. You can't be serious that I'm getting blamed because of your horrible product. Such a rude person and I won't order from here again. I hope people see through this so called 5 star rating you have. Learn how to treat people if you want to run a "business"

I ordered a bracelet with 5 hearts with the names of my grandchildren. The bracelet is no good as it will not fasten and I have emailed lots of times but got no response. This company are not genuine. Another waste of money so please do not order

It's been over 3, weeks and I never received my merch. I asked for a refund and they offered a store credit. Why would I trust a company twice? Mya claims the item was shipped but based on USPS the merchandise was never shipped. DONT DO IT.

Placed my order a month ago. Paid 144 dol plus shipping.
Nothing
I emailed a lot of times asking for refund, they offered me 10% off my mext purchase which I will obviously never be making here. Will be disputing with my credit card.

I ordered a personalized necklace from this site and it has been 3 weeks past the estimated delivery date. Customer service sends the exact same message, stating that the order is 'delayed' and provide no other details. I was scammed out of $64. I live in South Africa and want to alert people and especially people living in South Africa who wants to order, do not do it! I am going to report the site to Facebook too as this is where they advertise.

Not only is the customer service horrible but the Company has to be fake. I spent not much but extra money to have a gift here by fathers day. I was advised I would have it by fathers day. OK great. However after several attempts I received the news it was still in production. I ordered this in May. I was out of town came in town waited all day no shipment. Reached out to customer service advised it wasn't coming. I told them I received tracking info. They had nerve to ask for a screenshot. Really you don't know what you send customers. Sent screenshot and advised oh there was a glitch in system and we are sorry. That doesn't help. I can't get a gift this late like this one. It doesn't give me my time and gas wasted to pick it up and definitely doesn't make me feel any better about the horrible service. I will never recommend this company. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered a month ago and still no product. Was an anniversary present for my partner, and the whole thing was ruined. I have sent 6-7 emails enquiring the whereabouts of my package with no response. Just the automated response each time. £70 down the drain, this is a scam!

Ordered my item in plenty of time before Christmas, paid for the express shipping to make sure it would arrive in plenty of time. Thankfully it arrived, but after spending the extra money for expedited shipping it was pointless. All the could off was a $15 store credit. Why would I want to spend more money with this company.

The absolute worst online purchase ever. Ordered an engraved neckalce. The engraving was undetectable. I was told to hold the necklace up in natural light so that I could see the engraving. After dozens of emails in which they tried to sell me something else I insisted on sending it back. Only to to then be told custom orders could not be refunded. Fortunately for me it was just a message gift and my girl just laughed it off after she couldn't see the engraving. Absolute trash!

I placed my order over a $200 paid the guarantee mother's day. Emailed them 3 times no response. Still says "creating items". This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I will NeVeR use this site again. Order was placed may 3 and here it is a week after the guaranteed date and still nothing!

I have been trying to find out about my order from a customer service rep. I have sent 4 emails- all of which I get a generic response, containing information I can already see on my Canada post tracking email. Canada post is still "waiting on item" but company is claiming they sent it Nov 15. I have sent 4 emails now, and have only been generically responded too. I even sent a FaceBook message- no response. I have requested the order be cancelled- no response. They keep telling me not to worry, everything is on track. They keep referring to Canada post tracking BUT Canada post only starts tracking once the parcel is in Canada. Who knows where in the world it is- somewhere between Israel and who knows where (that's right, it's hard to know by the website but their location is in Israel, not Canada as their website would elude to). Also, they sent me an invoice link via email, but that link takes me to an error site! So I don't even have an invoice for this product!

Tip for consumers:
Don't! Find another site where you can actually communicate with a service rep, where you get an invoice, and you're not left feeling scammed.

I ordered a necklace for my wife, the so-called Terry Birthstone heart necklace. I asked for the 4 names of my children to be engraved. The first shipment did not contain the item. I complained and then an item was sent that had the name of just one child. I believe the order entry cut off the 3 other names on the list. I am at my wits end. Sadly, this was supposed to be a gift this Christmas for my wife. This has ruined a well thought out gift. I am so disappointed. Buyers Beware!

I ordered a personalized photo necklace August 8th, 2017 and was getting very worried when I hadn't received it September 24. I was in contact with the company with my concerns and they told me just to wait a bit longer. I received the necklace today on Monday, September 25 and I am more than happy with the product. I realize now why it took so long. It came all the way from Israel. I will definitely deal with this company again.

Please save your money and time and do not order from this website. They never respond to my emails and there is no contact number, only way to contact them is through email which they never respond too. Ordered my necklace about a month ago and still have not received my item. Emailed them multiple times but no response, they simply do not care and just trying to steal your money. Do not even visit the website, don't waste your time.

I purchased 2 items in Aprile 2021 received 15% discount on next order.
I purchased 2 more items in May 2021 but had no way to obtain my discount. Called the phone number published on the website. Fake number. Tried to chat via website, the answer was "will check and call you back" never heard anything.
I will not recommend this company also because the items are is extremely overpriced.

Tip for consumers:
The website is very well organized, pictures look nice, but customer service doesn’t exist and don’t count on any promotion or discount.
Bottomline, I don’t recommend this company.

I could not find this product with the jewellers. I realied heavily on the quality described and photos and comments of others. This company ticked all the boxes, Mum will be very amazed when she opens this gift. The necklace with all her daughter's names on it, altogether, close at heart, a keepsake. Thank you.

Myka jewelry is a scam, Inferior products with an impressive website to lure you in. My purchase was cheap and defective. Trying to contact them is near impossible and the phone numbers you find are connected to a William Henry jewelry company who deny any involvement with Myka. Do not be fooled by this company!
