Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Really would not recommend this company. My boyfriend ordered a necklace from here for me for me birthday at the end of April and then paid extra money for what they called "expedited delivery" - a speedier delivery / customisation process. This was at the beginning of April, it's now the end of May and still no necklace; according to the company, it's not even in the UK & despite the web address being. co.uk, they are in fact based in Israel according to their emails. Speaking of their emails, every single communication he has had with them, both via email and Facebook messages, it has taken the company over a week to reply. Before today, they stated that they were very sorry and if the item was not with us by the 29th, to let them know... as previously mentioned, they have stated that the necklace isn't even in the UK yet (apparently the tracking numbers only work once the item is in the country). Waste of a lot of money and time! Please don't order with this company!
Basically promised delivery before Xmas. Arrived 27th Dec. Necklace not worth the £59 i paid for it. Very thin Cheap and no Hallmark to confirm if this is silver... I would be embarrassed to give this to my wife. I think this is just a company taking advantage of the xmas season..
I ordered a rose gold necklace with both my boys names on it. I really liked it but after having it just a month, The clasp broke and the wire was poking through. I emailed them and sent them a picture. They requested another picture. I did it again, they weren't happy with that picture again. After four emails with pictures they tell me that they cannot fix my necklace but they're willing to give me 50% off the purchase of another.Do not understand how it's not under warranty with having it just a month.
Customer service is horrible. The website supposedly offers $20 referrals when you refer new customers. That's a BOLD FACE lie. Two people I referred made purchases last week, I was sent two $20 reward codes separately. When I attempted to make a purchase and redeem the code it states that I am unable to use the code with the purchase. I emailed them and they initially told me that the code was invalid I was unsatisfied with their response considering these were emails sent directly from the company. They responded back telling me that the codes expired 12/31/18 and once again try to give me a 10% off code as if that would fix the problem. It's like don't comprehend the fact that they just emailed me those reward codes last week (2019) meaning that they were already expired and no good prior to me receiving them. Not only will I never recommend them I will never purchase anything else from them.
Such a beautiful necklace, baught for me from my grandchildren.It has my children and grandchildrens names on it. I wear it with great pride, its just so beautiful. This is the second necklace that I've baught from these amazing people. I will most definitely be buying more. I recommend this company to everyone. There customer service is absolutely brilliant.

My order went to the wrong address, (my fault), and was refused. Since then, between My Name Necklace and the courier there has been no help at all, and as far as I can tell, no attempt to trace it. I am now told it has been "destroyed". They have the nerve to offer to remake it at "only" 50%. Never touch them again
My boyfriend bought me the Linda Circle Pendant Necklace in Gold. He added the "mom" charm but it was never delivered. He reached out to the company and they asked if he would still like it delivered. My boyfriend stated they thought he wouldn't want the charm anymore because it didn't arrive with the necklace. He asked them to send his full order since he paid for it and they said they would. Well, it was delivered but in SILVER.
For the price you pay, you'd expect good quality of jewelry and great customer service. There is a lack in attention to detail. I'd recommend people try other companies.

Today I received an email from MyNameNecklace stating that my order would not arrive until the 5/15/2017. I ordered this necklace in April for my wife for Mother's Day because they guaranteed it would arrive before Mother's Day. I received an email from them on 5/6/2017 stating the item has been shipped. That was four days ago! The tracking number says it hasn't even been dropped off yet! I am sooo disappointed! This was going to be the gift from my boys to their mother and now I will have to make other arrangements. Unbelievable! No excuse!
I ordered 2 necklaces that should have had a discount as stated on their advert. I assumed the discount would come of at time of payment however it gobbled the whole amount. The necklaces arrived late as they hadn't put the correct address on my purchase. The delivery eventually arrived due to the diligence of Royal Mail, who I thank. The necklaces were nice but I was annoyed about the price so I contacted them through Face Book only to be told the code I used was invalid. Why did they have that code on their advert. Never again will I shop with them. Not a good service :( I even sent them a snap shot of the advert. No reply so that is the reason I am writing this!
So i ordered 2 necklaces and gifted one. My necklace broke within a handful of wears. The chain completely snapped.
When i originally emailed them and provided them with pictures they said a new chain would be sent to me... weeks went by and nothing came. So i emailed again and they said there was no tracking number but it was sent... then a little more than a month goes by and I email again. They tell me they never sent it due to their own error and told me they would send me something right away...(on June 3)
ANOTHER MONTH HAS GONE BY... it is now July 5... still nothing.
This is absolutely such a joke and i regret spending hundreds on their product. It makes me so sick how $#*! their customer service is. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I placed an order with this company on 12/14/19 and paid for express shipping guaranteed by 12/23/19. I have yet to receive my order. I followed up with an email and still have yet to hear back from them. There is no number online to reach anyone either.
This item was easy to order. I wasnt informed of a date it would arrive and started to worry if it would come in time for xmas. It came with time to spare which was great but i would liked to have been informed along the way. The product was beautiful when it arrived so was very pleased.

I placed an order in plenty of time to receive by Christmas. I received an email stating that duplicate orders had been created and to please confirm that it was intentional. When I responded that it was not intentional, I had no knowledge of the duplicate order, and to please cancel the second order - they said they would be charging me a 30% restocking fee due to it being a personalized order. Not only that, now my original order isn't going to arrive in time for Chrismas! What a horrible experience.

May 5th ordered a necklace. Now its june 10th. No package at all. Said it was delivered june 6th(saturday). Their site claims they dont deliver on weekends or holidays. Tried emailing several times with a final response stating the dont have any of my bf information now. Conveniently after I wanted a refund for not recieving anything and having to wait for so long. This is beyond ridiculous. It was for mothers day. I get the delay from world events right now, but seriously!?

I ordered a necklace for Mother's Day. The website said "guaranteed delivery by Mother's Day". It is the day before Mother's Day and I receive a notification that the order will be 2 - 3 days late. Why is MYKA making promises that they cannot keep? Especially when it comes to such an important day as Mother's Day. And to give notice only the day before is outrageous! Now I have to scramble to find a gift that will not be personalized.

Ordered a necklace that tracking number showed as delivered but was NEVER received. I contacted the company (through email, the ONLY way to contact) several times because the website clearly indicated item was shipped insured. Long story short I went back and forth in email with customer service who would not provide the requested information. I posted an online review and THAT NIGHT received a response from"Darcy" indicating they would just redo the order. On 8/6/17 I received an email advising my item was almost completed and would be shipped soon. The email also told me to remove my online review. It is now the evening of 8/10/17 and I have not received any information that my item has been re-shipped or the information requested regarding insured shipping. Magically I also cannot locate my prior negative review on Trust Pilot. Odd since most of the reviews on Trust Pilot rave about the company but this site most reviews are negative.
I purchased the silver 3 ring name necklace for my mom. Over a hundred dollars and it looked like cheap. Ive seen costume jewelry that looked way better. Looks like a industrial arts class project. Given a dummy tracking number.
>1mth later after numerous requests and usual diversion that it is Covid related and in transit.
Finally told that the item was never in stock. I wonder how long they would have held out or even bother to alert us had we not queried.
Surprisingly the exact item is still advertised currently online for the next conned customer. I wonder how many customers they have conned and will continue to.
Would never touch these guys again and definitely would suggest no one else to.

Horribly made. The link is barely closed on the charm, it will fall off. There are scratches all over the necklace, honestly looks used. And there is already tarnishing on a rose gold necklace. I could have been happy if I paid $10 but $100. Total ripoff! I am not happy at all.

I ordered my item on November 17. They said estimated delivery is 12/02-07. It is now the 6th and I haven't even received a tracking # or any sort of update on the status of my order. I may have to report this to the bank soon if I don't hear back from my email. I leave on vacation soon & won't be able to receive it IFFFF it even comes...

Paid €7 to have my necklace delivered before Christmas, after paying and making the order I received a confirmation email saying it wouldn't come till January 19th and the only way I'd get it in time for Christmas (what I paid for!) was to pay an additional €13. Have over 65 emails back and forth trying to sort this out and they haven't responded in 4 days and I'm in contact everyday. Yet when I took probably 5 hours to reply I was told I could no longer upgrade shipping and there was no guarantee it would come for when I paid for. Still not resolved and waiting on a response! Terrible customer service! Appalling! Disgrace!
Advertise a no quibble refund policy.
Sent them back the necklace, they tried to talk me out of a refund for about a month, then simply stopped responding to emails. They have kept the necklace and my money! Avoid!
I ordered a customized bar necklace for my mother which hasn't been delivered even in 7 weeks and I have been told that the order is lost in shipment. I haven't been given a solution yet: no refund either. I requested a fast shipment and even paid for express delivery, still no update on the status of my order.

This company has no telephone number; they will only respond via email. If they send defective merchandise they are slow in addressing concerns. Gold material is stated but there is a bate and switch send silver products only when ordering white gold. There should be 14k and 18k markings on jewelry and there is not. They want you to send necklace back first on your expense then wait wait wait several weeks for replacement without offering refund. Buyers beware! Still waiting for response to many emails.
