My necklace broke several times as it's a very thin cheap material. They replaced the cheap chain only once! When I contacted them about my chain breaking, they didn't care. They sent me a coupon which really was no savings at all. I took the cheap chain to my jeweler and he said this is cheap material. Not worth fixing. He advised me to never buy from Myka again. Don't buy their cheap jewelry.
Ordered a personalized name necklace - said it would arrive dec 5th. On the 26th it said it was in NY and would be sent to UPS - UPS is still waiting for a package? I was so excited and I wish i would've seen these reviews first because this is bs! There is no package to be found - i have emailed 6-7 times and filled out the contact info (the first time they responded was in french and said to reply back if needed - i did - and they never answered) i just want a refund

Update ***** i received the first order out the box already broken and the clasp was tarnished.
Complete rip off they sent an email about a promotion to get before fathers day, after order placed they tried to get me to pay for expedited shipping and then wanted to charge 30% to cancel order. Save the headache, they are obviously an overseas company which is why no phone number listed and you can only contact via email

Placed an order in the morning of Easter Friday. It was for wedding anniversary celebration which is on 11 April. After payment was made, delivery has been confirmed for 20 April. Decided to cancel the order as it doesn't meet the timeframe.
Found out from customer support that I can't get the full refund as 30% restocking fee to be charged and my order is already in built. Really, on Easter Friday and only a few hours after I placed it? That would attract 30% of the price? What a crock of $&$&!
Are they for real? Who does that?
Sounds like a biggest scam to me!

Clearly never going to get my purchased item. It's been a month and nothing. Over $100 down the drain and no gift to give my family member. Thanks for ruining Christmas. I would give it no stars but that's not an option.
I ordered $50 necklace, it arrived and was not cut clean. They agreed and said a new one would be sent out and I would get email within 24 hours. Nothing for 2 weeks. I email... nothing... keep emailing... then just told it's processing, even though I asked if I would receive by certain date as it was to be a gift. I FB message. They say same thing. I ask for refund. They ignore me. I keep messaging, hours later magically they tell me it's already been made. And again just say when it is shipped I will get an email. I say don't send cause it won't be here in time hence why I asked for refund. I can see they read message and yet again I am being ignored. Do not buy from this company! Besides being cut unclean, the metal is all scratched.

Advertises and presents themselves as American company but out of Israel. Cannot meet shipping deadlines as promised, even after paying for rush delivery. Takes over two weeks to arrive and came after holiday, Valentines Day and they promoted for that day. After I asked for refund they ghost you and avoid conversation and play games. Stay far away from this company. They lack honor, integrity, and legit business practices.

I have been trying to find out about my items, that were to be received weeks ago. Canada post is still "waiting on item" but company is claiming they sent it weeks ago. I have sent 5 emails now, and have only been generically responded too. I spent over $100 for my purchase and they will not even reply or give insight. I'm fine with lateness of items but I am not ok with non communication. To be it's a scam. The item is now two weeks late.

I ordered a necklace from them 2 weeks prior to Valentines with a guarantee of a delivery date for February 11. Now I just received an email it's going to be late! The whole purpose of this gift was for it to be given on Valentine's Day! I should just have went to a local store and had one made! Wow! This bracelet is very tiny. MAYBE it'll fit a child. I had seen on Facebook, where people were complaining about the 30% cancellation fee, the fact that they've never received their merchandise, the long wait to get the merchandise and also how tiny it is once they receive it.
