Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Please stay away from this company. I would have given a zero star, if possible. I received an order confirmation, confirming that the shipping fee for my order is 4.95 GBP, and of course it was paid in full via PayPal. A week later, I received an email requesting me to pay an additional 15.00 GBP for express shipping "as the shipping method is not available for the country I selected". Also the only way to pay the additional shipping fee is via credit card - there is no option to use PayPal.
If I had known that the total cost of shipping would be 19.95 GBP, I would never had ordered the product to begin with, as this is an unreasonable amount of postage.
So of course, I demanded a full refund.
The seller has responded but repeats the same answer each time - the shipping method selected - which they CONFIRMED - is not available. They claim they can ONLY ship via Express shipping. Finally they claimed they are having issues with shipping due to covid-19. So their story is constantly changing.
The seller did not identify THEIR mistake on the order confirmation therefore the seller has no right to demand that I as the customer should be responsible for the cost of rectifying their mistake. Stay away from this company, it's a SCAM!
It was a gift for Mothers Day here in the USA, today is the 13th and I did not receive yet, they based in Israel (Haifa) and FedEx says the package did not leave the factory but they say otherwise, very unhelpful and no phone # to call, I would advice not to deal them them, I paid for the guaranteed shipping to arrive on time for my mothers day but still waiting

I ordered a bracelet from them in March and have been going back and forth for months telling them that all the letters run together and I want to return it. They keep asking for pictures and I have sent them every position of the bracelet - right side up, upside down, front and back. They constantly ask for more pictures. Now, they tell me it has been too long since I purchased it to do anything about it. I have been asking to return it ever since I received it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Their customer service is HORRIBLE!

Unfortunately I decided to buy something from these people before Christmas. I am usually fairly careful when buying on the Internet, but prior to Christmas when time was short and I needed to organise something quickly I hadn't done any research!
Their website promised gifts delivered for Christmas so I took a chance, as soon as the order was placed I was informed that the item would not be available for 16 days. I sent a message to the company immediately, they could only be contacted by email, to cancel the order, the order was not acknowledged. When I had no response I sent another message asking for confirmation that the order was cancelled. I eventually received a generic message saying that they were busy but would try to respond to my email soon. I sent a response asking for confirmation that my order had been cancelled. I received a message a day and a half later making me an offer - a discount if I didn't cancel the order, or an alternative product - if I still wanted to cancel the order a 30% re stocking charge MAY be applicable. Again I responded saying that the restocking charge did not apply because I had attempted to cancel the order with immediate effect (as is my right) before the item could possibly have gone into production, I wanted to cancel my order and required a FULL refund. It too k a few days for them to respond and say that they were charging me the 30% fee. Things have gone down hill from there - their customer services are non existent, absolutely appalling, a real example of con merchants who use the Internet as a shield to facilitate a very dubious business
If I could give this company zero star I will do it. I got fron them two bracelets for mothers day, one for me and one for my daughter. I also got a necklace for me. Less than 15 days wearing the necklace and the bracelet both turn out black, like very black, not a chance that i could wear them. I was very upset even the cheapest jewlery have a better life time. Every day I put them back in the box I asked for a refund I send the pictures of both item. If that was not enough trouble, the customer representative is worst. They do not have a phone, everything is by email, i have send them more than 10 emails still waiting for the refund for the bracelet, each customer represetantive left the problem and I have to start with the history over and over again, i have lsot my money, my time. I certainly regret the time taht i trust them

My boyfriend bought me a necklace from them over a month ago the beginning of may like maybe the 2nd for my bday on the 14th i figured I wouldnt have it on my bday which i was fine with but damn! I ordered a necklace and a ring. I finished my order at 7:53 pm, when it was almost 10pm I sent them an email asking to add my son's DOB on the ring. After that I kept looking at the website for about 10 days to see if my order was shipped. It was saying that should expect on the 19th of this month. Because on the 19th I didn't receive I sent them an email. But I got a reply that was saying my order was on it's was. So I sent another, hot same response. On the 3rd email that I sent someone replied saying that my ordered was delayed due the changes I made!(?) but the changes I made was a couple hours after I placed the order! Not a day or 2! Are you kidding me? Then I finally got my order and guess what? The engraving was WRONG! The person that replied to me on Facebook tried to blame on me! But I have all the emails that proof I didn't send anything wrong! NEVER AGAIN ILL BUY STUFF FROM THIS STORE! I'd give 0 stars btw if that was possible.

I looked at the reviews after I had ordered off this website and was scared that I had ordered off a scam, but that wasn't the case. I received my order 5 days before it was due, which was the 20th December. I'll admit, I did try to contact them to see if I could cancel it, because I was terrified I had put 75 down the drain so I may have been a bit relieved if I got a response back, but I never did. I payed through Paypal and was about to open a dispute because the reviews had made me paranoid but it arrived before it's due date and is in perfect condition. I absolutely love my purchase for my mother. I have the 3D bar necklace with all my siblings names engraved on it and it's beautiful. It comes in a little gift box and is well presented. Perfect Christmas present. People have bad experiences with companies all the time and jump straight to calling it a scam, when the problem is probably not on their end the majority of time.
