Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

Hi, I have been buying online for many many years, I think this is the first time I am writing a bad review. I ordered a present for my wife on my son's first birthday, so after placing order I found out my estimated delivery is bit late so I got in touch with customer support and ask them for help. They said I can upgrade my delivery by paying £14.95. I email them at least three time to just confirm that I will receive order on time but no response whats so ever. I ended up paying £14.95 to up grade my delivery then I got email straight away saying
"Your order has already left our facilities and is currently en route and will be delivered via DHL."
I was happy and asked them for tracking number after sending few emails no response, then I got email after few days saying
"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I've checked with the suppliers and there is a minor delay in the production of your jewelry due to quality issues. All of our creation undergoes several stages of quality checks. It is our aim and our goal to provide only the highest quality jewelries and accessories to our customers.
I have informed the suppliers to make sure that your order gets shipped as soon as possible."
Then start offering me compensation 10% refund, 50% on next order etc. I emailed them saying why you lied to me that my order left your facilities and is with DHL etc. But so far no response its been more then 5 days.
So they messed up my wife's present big time I ended up buying some thing else, the worst thing is my wife selected this present from their website herself and obviously she is not going to get it, which I have not told her.
The customer service is appalling, feel like they dont even exist or they dont care about their customers at all. If there was option to give negative rating I would have done it as they dont even deserve 1 star.
They just make false promises, my advise would be stay away from them only thing you will get in return is disappointment, you will never get your order on time specially if you are ordering it for some special occasion.
AFter spending all this money I am still not sure if I ever going to get my order.

And Is the date that they couldn't have response informatión what happened with muy order AND they say that probably muy package was stolen or lost. If i want to cancel AND ask for a refound have to wait 7-21 days More. I have published muy bad experienced on their FB page, but noticed that they filter AND published only Good comments. FAKE FAKE #mynamenecklace

I purchased 2 necklaces may 8. I have contacted them 8 times with only automated responses. 1. I cannot click on the actual reciept on my PayPal account 2. Got a confirmation number on may 25th saying I would get products on may 26th tracking number provided shipping with fed ex. 2 days ago look again and it says product has not even left the warehouse they are still packaging. They then responded with a tracking number now with Canada post assuring me it left the warehous. Once I checked that it says I re purchased the item on June 3 and the item still needs to be received it is in Israel. I'm thinking this is all a scam and at this point I am completely frustrated and just want my money back, the automated emails are giving me no information. All they say is "your package is on route" meanwhile Canada post still says waiting on item for the past week. Been intouch with PayPal this is definitely a scam. Don't even want it if it does turn up. And my name necklace please do not respond to my review with "please send your order # blah blah blah" I'm a single mother and this is disgusting what you do to people. Best believe I will get my money.
Update: got my refund, paypal went in my favor. And the whole time I was tracking my order wasn't even my necklace haha it was the free earrings they offered me for not receiving it in time. Go figure. Then you want to email me and tell me I got my refund please consider taking down my review ha what a joke. Clearly people need to know you are SCAMMERS! I will not be taking this down!

I've been appalled by the customer service of this company, I don't think I've ever been treated by a company this way - I feel as though they truly tried to swindle me out of cash. I can't believe they wouldn't refund the express shipping costs when they didn't ship in the time I paid extra money for. Out of everything, I could not believe my eyes that I have WRITTEN EMAIL EVIDENCE of them promising to pay the shipping cost back in full and 70% of the necklace price if I returned it and then once I had sent the necklace back they refused to do this. Seriously what kind of company are you running?! On top of this there's no number to contact them on and every time I email the customer service email I get a different response from a different person. I don't even believe half the names are real. I will be advising everyone I know to never order anything from MyNameNecklace.
Discussions have been going on since APRIL, I sent the necklace back in JUNE and STILL NO REFUND!
A scam and a sham, they should be ashamed of themselves. Don't trust the positive reviews on TrustPilot - written in the same way/manner all the customer service emails are written. Would be less than shocked if they write these all themselves.

Do not order from here! I ordered three items and paid a decent amount of money for items promised and guaranteed by December 24th before Christmas. These items didn't even ship until January 10th or 11th. I no longer wanted the items as I had to buy replacement Christmas gifts and tried to cancel my order and they refused.
I finally received the items on January 14th well after the "guaranteed" December 24th delivery that was promised when I purchased the items... i'm trying to return the items now as I didn't want them after the 26th of December... but they want me to pay to ship it back and they charge 30% restalking fee with only 70% refund even though this was all their fault and error. This has been nothing but stress, anger, and disappointment. Not to mention one item was not wrapped properly and came all scratched up!
Find somewhere else to order from this place is a joke and a headache. Did not do the right thing at all. They should have just canceled my order as requested, issued a full refund, and never shipped them to me a month late.
