Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
I ordered first necklet for my daughter. Wendy... the necklet arrived. And I was soo happy... my daughter also. Overjoyed... my second necklet I purchased for my daughter Fiona... once again... I ordered a personalized engraving bracelet for my boyfriend and YOU CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS. YOU! On my Confirmation Address I have the one I originally put down and on my shipping confirmation email YOU CHANGED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, so my bracelet was returned and I sent an email asking if you could fix the address so you could send it back since it's for a Christmas present. It is not CHEAP, I paid more than $100. If I'm not going to get my purchase then give me my money back. Very bad.

Worst company I have ever dealt with, I ordered a necklace in November 2018 assured that it will be delivered by 24th December. Its now the 4th of January and still nothing. I have requested a tracking order number multiple times and still they have not produced anything. Apparently the way I ordered the necklace it does not come with a tracking order number, how in the world of 2019 does parcels that are being shipped not come with a tracking order number?
Very poor business and a complete scam, my banks fraudulant department will surtenly be contacted and informed of this comany.
I would give two stars, because SOMEONE did help me out, but gave me the wrong item twice and then after someone offered to help me the very last time and in return I would've sent my incorrect items back and received a new item I heard no more from MNN whatsoever. I even sent a new email 2 weeks later and still no response!
Their quality has gone down and clearly so has their customer service.

Ordered a necklace for my partner and never received it, when i emailed them I got an automated reply "It seems your order is late". No response from further email asking for a proper tracking number, 4 weeks later still ignoring my emails. Like many others I've experienced non existent customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Ordered for granddaughters 16th, came 5 days early with full presentation set and bag. My granddaughter is over the moon and so am i. Highly recommended.

I placed an order and paid an extra $25 for "Expedited service". The expedited service never arrived on time (was one week late) and never received an email advising me that it would be late. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER FOR THIS COMPANY, you can only contact them through email. When I finally got the item, the bracelet was broken straight out of the box?! The irony was that is was delayed due to their "strict quality assurance standards", simply laughable. I have asked every day now fro two weeks for a refund of the bracelet and the expedited shipping cost I paid for. They are not doing it and basically just ignore your request and offer you all kinds of other possiblitlites of discounts on your next purchase etc... YOU ARE WARNED... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thanks to you and your worthless necklace my kids didn't have a present for their mother. You lied about the ship date even after I paid extra! You suck.
Lots of products to choose from but there is a down fall to it as some names can only be 9 or 10 characters so if you are limited to certain products based on that.
I ordered 2 items - 1 the leather bracelet with silver name tags on it - we were happy with this purchase and have no complaints. So you can only imagine how I felt when the second item, a birthday present, arrived and engraved so small that you actually need a magnifying glass to read the engraving. I am not kidding if you didn't know any better you would never think they had been engraved the picture is with the best zoom I can get on my phone. I am now without a present and no reply from the company at all.
It will soon be time to ensure that I visit every single forum that this company is on and advertising through and writing a similar review to advise consumers to be careful, they aren't cheap! In the end the product isn't as expected, their prices do not support the quality, and quality control why in the world would you send out an engraved item that you cannot even see the engraving on? I worked as a typesetter many years ago and know this is very poor workmanship. Be a stand up company and respond accordingly.

I'm extremely disappointed with Myka's support team. I purchased an item and needed to make a change. As such, I used their website to request a cancellation less than 1 hour after I purchased the product. They responded to me 3 days later saying that they cannot cancel it as it's already being made. To be clear, their website says that you can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order and that cancellations are "processed on the day we receive your cancellation request". On top of that, their website said that they will respond within 24 hours, and the entire situation happened during working days (including placing the order). Based on this experience, the fact that the support person was so unhelpful, and submitting forms is their only contact method, I no longer trust this brand. What was supposed to be a Christening present for family and a huge and exciting experience, has turned into just another company with good marketing but useless support and shady tactics that only look after their own bottom line.

Ordered 3 weeks before Mother's Day with the guaranteed before mothers day written everywhere. With no mention of shipping international from Israel, I figured this was a no-brainer having ordered 3 weeks before MD Weekend.
