Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

Ordered 2 necklaces for my wife for Xmas, from the kids.

First piece, a pendant necklace, I was a little disappointed because the engraving is so small it's barely readable, and certainly nothing like the quality shown on their website.

Second piece they had decided to only engrave one of the names that I had requested. Offered to send me a replacement if I paid £18 for delivery...

When I complained about this and asked for a refund, it was apparently escalated to a senior moron. Apparently they checked and both names were engraved! Oh right, ok I must be blind then... how exactly do you explain a photo which clearly shows just the one name on there?

Demanded a full refund, as this rubbish belongs in the bin, and now the shysters won't even respond,,.

The warning signs are there, no contact numbers, no address, and a group outfit operating out of Israel...

Save yourself some money and just chuck a £20 note in the bin... Cheaper, and probably more satisfying than the junk from MyNameNecklace

I ordered a bracelet. When it came, it was laughably underwhelming (I'm fairly easy to please & very low-maintenance). It honestly looked like souvenir you'd buy at a state fair or festival. It felt like something my first grader would make in art class. It was also too small. I promptly contacted them for a refund, knowing it was a 30% restocking fee. Upon contact, there was no mention of that option. They gave me 3 other ridiculous options to choose from instead. I chose an exchange & figured I'd just swap the lame bracelet for a necklace. I paid shipping to return the bracelet first. Once they received it, they shipped out my necklace. It was also very underwhelming upon receipt. Looked and functioned nothing like the picture. Most of the time you can't even see the engraved names on the necklace rings because they constantly spin, move, and hide behind each other. It is not designed well at all. I'm out of about $100,8 weeks of time, and 14 emails back and forth with their customer service/returns dept. I will never order from them again.

I placed a very expensive order on April 21st. With the guarantee that it would be here for May 8th, in time for Mother's Day.
When I contacted them originally it was because the postal company was still "Waiting for item"
They kept giving me automatic responses back, and taking hours-days to respond.
Now they offered me to reorder the exact same products, or get a refund. Obviously I chose refund because at this point I'm so frustrated with this company. They have completely ghosted me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GO MIA! You will NEVER receive your package.
Me and hundreds of others are so angry because this is all happening to us.

Bought my wife a necklace for Mother's Day. The heart completely discolored and within 4 months the gems fell out. Same quality as crappy discount stores with just a higher price.

Going on 4 weeks of waiting on my order to come in, tracking information is trash, they keep using excuses. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! These reviews are fake and the company is a joke! They keep telling me its on its way its on its way but cant tell me WHERE it even is! JOKE! Never again!

Aside from the poor quality, they charge a 1% fee that they don't tell you about. You find out on credit card bill. Dishonest as well as crappy merchandise.

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The WORST online purchase experience I've ever had. I paid for Express delivery to Aust with DHL and made it clear on my order it was for a gift for someone departing AU March 27th. My order arrived - faulty. The lettering was not as I ordered it and a name was spelled wrong - useless when the whole point of the gift was to have our names on it! They take DAYS to reply to messages - probably because they are based in Israel (a fact not mentioned anywhere on their site!). Te quality of their Customer Service information is poor at best. I was offered a replacement item, and I clarified that I needed it before March 27th and expected Express delivery as I had paid for. It is now April 4th AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY ITEM. Their Customer Service advised me to check Aust Post tracking but there is no record at Aust Post. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE DODGY OPERATORS!

If you buy from this company after reading all of these reviews, then shame on you. You are a sucker. I ordered a 350.00 necklace on 11/28 with a promise that it would be here by December 6. When it didn't show up I started a very lengthy email exchange which mirrors all of the other reviews posted here. I was promised that the necklace had been made and was waiting to be shipped. The next email said it was now delayed in production. The next email said there was an address issue that had to be corrected before it could be made. When I demanded a refund they said there would be a 30% restocking fee since it was personalized, even though it hadn't been made yet. I have 20 emails from them coming up with every excuse under the sun and none of them are consistent with what the previous emails to me said or promised. They are truly a disreputable company who needs to be shut down. Fortunately, American Express sees it the same way and has refunded my money as a result of a dispute challenge with them but other buyers need to beware. You will be taken for a ride. Look elsewhere.

I bought 1 bracelet for my husband birthday before April. It did not fit to him and they still haven't refunded me the money, no one cares. No one answers after paying $140. They stole my money.

I'm not in the habit of posting negative items on companies, unless it is truly unacceptable. MyNameNecklace let me down for Christmas. I placed an order on November 29,2017 for a great looking necklace, with a guarantee of delivery for Christmas. It didn't happen. When I emailed them the week before Christmas, I received a canned response that stated two things. The first was, "All orders that are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas will arrive by December 24th." The second was, "We want to help out. You can Click & Print below a MyNameNecklace jewelry certificate to present on Christmas to your loved one in the extreme case of a late delivery. Click & Print our "Gift Is On the Way " certificate.
Or perhaps you prefer our "Purchased On Time! " certificate? Other customers found that this certificate saved their day! We hope it will help you too."

I received no communication until on Christmas Day morning an email came in saying, "Your MyNameNecklace order has been shipped.
Are you excited? You should be!"

In any case, this was the single most disappointing customer service experience I have had in years and recommend you don't order from MyNameNecklace if it's within a month of the time you need it.

This website is the best jewellery website I have ever been on every product I Ordered was exactly the way I wanted it to turn out, It's a shame that they were for my family members birthday's, I really want them for myself, the necklaces are gorgeous and the men's bracelets I want even though I'm a woman and the keyrings turn out so good it's amazing what this website does I love it

Website suck. My necklace broke multiple times and when i emailed customer service i never got a response, even with my warranty! Never buy they crap they need to be erased from existence.

First, I would like to start off by saying when I ordered the Father's day bracelets back in the middle of May. They said I would have them by Father's Day (did not happen). When I noticed that they had not even started on the bracelets in the beginning of June I know there was a problem. I then sent them an additional $20 to have the shipping exepdited and I still did not get the bracelets until the 26th of June. When I did get the bracelets one of them was too small. So, now I have been trying to reach someone to get a return address to send back for a larger size and still no response. I will NEVER order from this company again. THEY SUCK!

Over three weeks since order
Promised arrival in time for Father's Day. Then pulled a scam email if I choose something else I'll get a discount on a FUTURE ORDER since it was not coming in for Father's Day. I choose something that would supposedly come in in time - and now THAT IS ALSO COMING IN LATE! So I spent 170 dollars to have NO GIFT AT ALL for Father's Day. Emailed and can't get any response. TOTAL SCAM and I'll make sure everyone on the internet knows this. Should be a red flag when threres no phone number to contact company.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.
BEWARE!

Wish there were zero stars.

My husband ordered the 4 Russian Rings Necklace in Premium Silver as a Christmas gift for me. Looking at the photo online, the necklace looks like it would be a conversation piece. In real life, the necklace looks like it could have been purchased at Walmart or a gum machine! The rings are so tiny, someone would literally have to be in your face to read the inscription and then it would still be difficult. It took weeks to get a response from customer service and unfortunately, because the cheap rings were personalized, they would not refund the purchase. They definitely do not stand behind that claim of wanting the customer to be 100% satisfied. They offered a credit for another piece of jewelry. There is not another piece of jewelry from Myka that I would want. I only wish my husband had read the reviews first. He definitely would not have wasted $175 for a necklace that I will never wear. I can't even tell you how cheap the necklace looks! The one star on the review is generous. I would have preferred to have given zero stars.

I was so embarrassed when my daughter opened her gift. This necklace looked orange not gold plated and I am sure it is not gold plated. The engraving on the little (miniature beads) was invisible and whatever color was on the circular pendant was already coming off upon receipt and it does not look like underneath is the sterling silver they claim it looks like some cheap meddle. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company they are getting rich off of trusting people like you and I. Everyone that purchases these products need to take it to a jeweler and have them tell you what it really is and then collectively sue this company for falsifying their claims to this so called jewelry. Understand that they will not give you a refund and that they will only try to sell you an upgrade for more money when all of it is the same. They tell you to send a picture so they can see the damage, well, LOL, you can't see anything from such a picture. They know what they are sending out. What a joke! Just say as I had to "goodbye to my money." Why would I want to reorder another one, really.

I have been attempting to get some answers concerning my request from a client care rep. I have sent 4 messages all of which I get a conventional reaction, containing data I would already be able to see on my Canada post following email. Canada post is as yet "looking out for thing" however organization is guaranteeing they sent it Nov 15. I have sent 4 messages now, and have just been conventionally reacted as well. I even sent a FaceBook message-no reaction. I have mentioned the request be dropped no reaction. They continue disclosing to me not to stress, everything is on target. They continue alluding to Canada post following BUT Canada post just beginnings following once the package is in Canada. Who can say for sure where on the planet it is-somewhere close to Israel and who knows where (believe it or not, it's difficult to know by the site yet their area is in Israel, not Canada as their site would evade to). Likewise, they sent me a receipt interface by means of email, yet that connection takes me to a mistake site! So I don't have a receipt for this item!

My sterling silver name necklace tarnished within one week of wearing it. It's almost black. This means it is NOT sterling silver, and that it's silver plated. Huge disappointment

Tip for consumers:
I'm going to try and get a refund. Do not buy. It is not real sterling silver, it is silver plated which caused tarnishing within a week of wearing it
