Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Christmas order placed 1st December for delivery 18th December. Never arrived. They were still guaranting delivery two days before Christmas. They then sent me a fedex tracking number for delivery date 3rd Janauary. Contacted Fedex They haven't received package yet. I also received option for 10% discount for worst service ever. Haven't received that either. Service desk don't have a clue. Messaging service is automated. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
I bought a name necklace (14k supposedly) for my daughter for Christmas. Gave it to her on Christmas and the next day it was turning colors. Not real and very disappointed.

If I could give them a rating of "0" I would. All, please steer clear of this company. They are not reputable, reliable, nor scrupulous. I ordered a bracelet from them for my wife for our anniversary on December 7. It still has not arrived, and they refuse to refund the money I spent on the item. USPS, the chosen method of shipping has still not received the item, which was to be delivered to them on the 15th and delivered to me on the 18th. I have made multiple attempts to have them contact me by phone but they only offer a generic email ignoring my requests for a refund. Each email is simply an attempt to placate the customer's dissatisfaction. Even after they admitted the order was lost or not processed (USPS tracking shows the item in pre-shipping - it never arrived to them) and repeated attempts to have my money refunded, they defer to soft email responses without ever acknowledging the refund requests. After researching the company, I found that they have multiple open complaints with the Better Business Bureau, of which they are in bold lettering not an accredited business. Multiple review sites offer multiple unflattering posts and ratings which are grossly negative on customer service. Believe them. Shop at your own risk.

Ordered a customized necklace for mothers day as a gift from my kids for their mom on April 26. I added for expedited shipping. And had a guaranteed delivery date of May 2 to May 3. They did not start making the item Until 4 days later on April 30, even though I had already been charged. May 2, passed, May 3, Passed and May 4 passed. On May 5, I get an email stating my order has shipped and is expected to arrive May 9, a week after it is supposed to arrive. I contacted customer service about the issue and all they said was sorry it was delayed. Sorry doesn't cover the fact that mothers day is now ruined for my wife. The kids gift wont be there in time, and they are heartbroken and upset. And allt he company has to say is they will refund me the expedited shipping. The part that maddens me even more is their absolute lack of professionalism, empathy and customer service. When I placed my order even if I chose normal shipping it was stated it would arrive by May 6 to May 7, also in time for mothers day. The reason I chose expedited shipping to get it by May 2 or May 3, was so that I could be even more ensured it would arrive on time. This company is horrible and I hardly believe they have so many great reviews, when they dropped the ball big time. A good company would refund me the full purchase price for their screw up.
Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company, they can't deliver on their promises and then they make excuses and show absolutely no remorse for ruining a special day for someone because they couldn't be bothered to expedite the order or deliver as promised.

I ordered a piece of jewellery for my wife in October. The estimated date of arrival was the 12th of November. When it didn't arrive I contacted them via their website. They apologised and offered to send a pair of stud gold earrings worth $50. They said the would sent out right away and look into the whereabouts of my order. After a week of me emailing them they said they could not locate the product and asked if I wanted a new one made. I said I did. After a week I asked if they could give me an update to which they said O have not ordered a new replacement. At this point I told them I would report them. The next person that emailed apologised and said the new order would be put in right away and would contact me in 24 to 48 hours. Last week I inquired about the free earrings and it seems they cannot locate these ether. When I asked for a phone number they said they are fully online and have no number. What should I do here. It is now two months late and I am know wiser to know when I might get my product or if will ever show.

I ordered a Mother's Day present for my daughter-in-law and when I tracked it it said delivery 5/18 which would be more than a month from when I ordered it when I asked when I am going to receive it they told me it was out of stock
Why didn't they tell me that before since website said it had been created and when I tried to reorder item it did not say it was out of stock

I ordered a necklace back in April... never received after a month so I emailed them and after two days, got a response saying it shipped and they offered me a "gift" as a sorry. The gift arrived a month later but the original order after two more months has still not arrived. I have now been told by Canada Post that the CBSA has refused entry into Canada and the item was returned. I have emailed them for a full refund and have not heard back. Guess I should have know better.

What a nightmare. The first necklace I purchased, the way they hung the loops, it hung upside down. (It was supposed to be for a birthday gift). I decided to try and reorder a name bracelet. On the website, it specifically stated that the name part of the bracelet was not included in the length so I ordered accordingly. When it arrived (finally), it might fit a five year old. They argued with me until I showed them proof on the website, then they said they would remake it in the correct size but they wouldn't start on it until they received the last bracelet back. I was furious and told them that since they are sending me a mailing label, they will be able to see when it is shipped. They asked me to let them know when I was shipping it, which I did. A month and a half later, the supposed correct size arrived. I have to say it is terrible quality, like something you would find at Claire's. It did have her name on it but they used such large connectors on each end that the bracelet did not lie flat. I ended up sending it to my friend with an apology note and telling her "here is your crappy gift, better luck next year". I know she doesn't care about it, it's the thought that counts...but how embarrassing and disappointing to have to give that to a dear friend as a gift.

They said they had issued a refund (minus a huge restocking fee) but never did. After months of chasing them I had to get Visa to reverse the transaction.

A refund usually takes between 5 to 21 business days to appear in your account. This is depending on how your credit card provider works. In my experience, if it's one of the major ones and not debit, it can be within 5 business days. There are some who will see it reflected in their account only on the next billing statement.
