Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

This company is trying to get me to return necklace so that they can quietly remove my reviews. I am going to hold onto the necklace just so people can see what kind of business this is.

It was my husband's very first Father's Day and I ordered a chain with our daughter's name on it. For Men, Myka recommended the 18 inch chain which they said was the most popular size to order. When we received the chain, it was like a choker size on my husband and looked absolutely ridiculous. With the extra protection plan I purchased I was able to get a reorder once I exchanged the necklace I had. I requested a return label and it took Myka 6 days to send it to me. I have never had to wait 6 days for a return label in my life. Myka mentioned that I would have to wait 10-14 business days to get the reordered correct-sized necklace sent to me once they received my return. I followed the tracking carefully, and saw that my necklace had reached their facility. I emailed Myka to let them know and they said my necklace was not at their facility and that tracking may not be correct sometimes. They sent me a return label for the United States Postal Service. I asked them to confirm that USPS had WRONG tracking information. After two days I received an apology email that they did, in fact, receive the necklace I returned. They sent me my reorder...HOWEVER, the chain was RUSTED and TARNISHED. I was so upset. I no longer wanted to work with Myka due to this whole process I had to deal with. Needless to say, they ruined my husband's first Father's Day. I asked Myka for a refund and they refused to give me one. WHAT COMPANY DOESN'T REFUND FOR A DAMAGED ITEM THEY SENT ME? They only offered store credit which I agreed to, and of course now I have to wait 48 hours for the credit. This company is pretty much a scam. I feel like I was robbed and I highly suggest you DO NOT ORDER FROM MYKA. I will be filing a report on the Better Business Bureau and with the Attorney General, along with leaving one star reviews anywhere I can.

Tip for consumers:
I would not purchase anything from Myka. The quality is very very poor and they do not refund for damaged items they send you.

I suggest you read the BBB complaints as I should have before ordering about quality.
My order was placed April 27/24 and now twice i've been informed there's a delay yet it was promised by May10 for Mother's day. If they are shipping and produced via Israel then good luck as it takes forever.
They should disclose that it's an international and that they are mailing it.
I want a refund.
It s very very bad customer service and they don't want to give people a refund.
Beware
No phone number but loom up Tenengroup in Israel
They sell a lot of junk jewelry

The gift arrived late though I paid for faster shipping. They didn't respond to my emails or request to refund the extra shipping.

I cannot give an opinion on the quality of the item as it was a gift that was shipped directly to the recipient and I have not seen the item.

I purchased a heart chain as a gift. I was charged extra for shipping for faster delivery. The item arrived late. The website says they respond within 24 hours. I emailed them when I realized the item would arrive late. I emailed them a third time to request a refund of the extra shipping. They responded four days later only to say the item was delivered. They never acknowledged my concerns or the refund.

Ordered a ring necklace with intention of adding more rings or engravings in the future, as it is advertised as. They have now said we are unable to and are pushing me to buy a new necklace. They are also overpriced for the quality they are. Recommend going elsewhere.

Purchased a gold name necklace. The chain I received is extra thin and flimsy. Definitely will not survive normal wear and tear before breaking. Also arrived late when it was expected to arrive before Xmas.

Bestel hier niet. Echt super slechte service. Verkopen veel te veel producten voor Moederdag en kunnen dit dan niet VOOR Moederdag leveren. Echt schandalig als je bedenkt dat ik extra heb betaald om dit op tijd te laten leveren. Verkoop dan minder en zorg dat je je belofte dan wel waar kan maken. Nu 2 dagen voor Moederdag kan ik ook nergens anders meer een geschikt persoonlijk moederdagcadeau vinden. Echt super slecht dit.

The main purchases didn't arrive! $140 names necklace gold vermeil! Where's my order? No customer service number to call! Very frustrated and disappointed! They still need 24 hours to reply to your email! Which asked for uploading a picture! And it won't work because any picture is large! How can I get you a picture of the missing item?!

This is an overpriced scam. The chain turned my neck green and the "rose gold" bar turned black. I was offered a refund but would have to pay a 30% "restocking fee." Their grammar and poor spelling in their emails and websites completely show how it's not a legitimate company. Way too expensive for defective jewelry. Also how interesting that you can view these raving reviews on their website but you can't write your own.

I purchased two necklaces from this website and while they were nice the lengths are misleading. What I asked for is not a 16 inch necklace. Once You try to speak to someone for help, they're not helpful at all. I wish I never wasted my money here. Then they offer returns but they charge you 15 percent restocking fee. Wow. I'll just let my daughter have both necklaces or get them extended elsewhere.

Purchased a men's leather bracelet from MyNameNecklace and it took forever too receive. When it finally arrived the leather bracelet was too large. I contacted the company multiple times in an attempt to resolve the issue with no success. I provided all of the purchase details and sent photos as they requested. Every time I followed up the replies came from a different customer service rep, so I had to start the entire process over again. This company is a total scam. Better Business Bureau rating of "F" with multiple unresolved complaints. Wish I had done more research before purchasing. Dig a little deeper into their 5-Star Trust Pilot Rating and you'll find virtually all of the negative reviews have been scrubbed.

Item was sent from Israel, not the Uk as they would have you believe. Took a long time to arrive. Colour of stones was inaccurate compared to photos. Rings were much smaller than the pictures show them. And they're not cheap. Engraving was not real engraving, just black text added onto the metal, don't believe it will last long. Communication was terrible. They take ages to respond and when they do, it's usually "sorry we can't find your order in our records". They're refusing to reply once I have asked for a return/refund. Can't recommend them at all. Pink stone turned out clear.

I was excited to see my daughter's necklace after wearing it for couple months it broke. I took the warranty out on it because I knew stuff like this happened. But there is nobody to answer your phone calls only emails they have not addressed the matter. I would never purchase from them again. The service is poor when you can get thru to a live person.

Bought this as Christmas gift 2020 9 months later my daughter had it on and I was embarrassed how bad it looked. Contacted the company said they would send another for the same price I originally payed. Why would I pay again. Loved it when first arrived, now looks like junk.

I accidentally ordered a silver instead of gold add on necklace I emailed them asking to change they replied saying no problem we'll do it for free... then emailed back saying no pay us 40. After that mess they decided not to even send me the 300 part of my order only the 30 cheap add on.

Offered 20 percent off so I could get my Christmas present after Christmas class ya the wife would be ok with getting nothing on Christmas what a joke!

I ordered two necklaces for Christmas back in November. Delivery date was Dec 16. They only sent the cheap 30 dollar add on necklace at the checkout and didn't receive the 300 gold name necklace I'll attach screen shots of customer service

I purchased item that website said would be delivered by 06/18/2021 if I paid additional $14.95. As this was a Father's Day gift, I considered it "insurance" allowing additional days for delay. Item was delivered 4 days after date promised and company refuses to refund the added shipping costs. I can return for 70% refund on product cost without shipping. I am going to dispute entire cost with credit card, and told My Necklace if they want the item back they can send me a prepaid package. Won't shop there again.

I ordered this for my mother for Christmas, hoping it would be something sentimental since it's for Christmas. First I'm notified that my package has been delayed, so I'm like okay whatever. But then I go to track my order and it says that the order does not exist, when I simply copied and pasted the order number into the order tracking. I should've read all of the reviews before purchasing from this place, now I'm down $200.

Update ***** i received the first order out the box already broken and the clasp was tarnished.

Complete rip off they sent an email about a promotion to get before fathers day, after order placed they tried to get me to pay for expedited shipping and then wanted to charge 30% to cancel order. Save the headache, they are obviously an overseas company which is why no phone number listed and you can only contact via email

I received a 3 ring Russian necklace which I think except for it keeps twisting over to hide names. I bought a friend a hearts name necklace. This was the same price as mine but it's such poor quality. My name necklace's exchange policy is awful. I could exchange it if I jumped through multiple hoops and more or less paid for the new item

Just received my order, Russian Ring Necklace, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. The rings look nothing like the ones on the site, washers are thicker.
All the info that comes with it saying you have to take it off to shower, you shouldn't have to do that with Solid Silver.
My daughter has just had her second baby 7 weeks ago and I've been so excited awaiting this to give to her.
Now I'm not sure if I will give it to her, over priced in my opinion
