Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.

I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.

Pathetic service. I ordered a gift for my sister. Went into her room and sized her current bracelets and everything. When it got here, lo and behold it didn't fit. That was fine. I started up a ticket with them and they took forever to respond. When they did, the email had a rude tone to it and insinuated that since I ordered that size there was nothing wrong. I insisted on returning it anyways since it was terrible and she would never wear it. Turns out their "Free 60 day returns" guarantee is a sham. If something has been personalized, not only do you have to pay for return shipping you have to pay a 30% restocking fee! I wanted to see if maybe I could work with them to get a discount on a new order or something- NOPE! Terrible, rude service. Learned my lesson, never going back.

This thing was so cheaply made when I took it out of the box the metal flaked off, tried to get a refund and they wanted a restocking fee of 75%! Not happening! Please do not order any thing from this company. Also the hey changed their name!

The same exact thing happened to me. I ordered it in April, was guaranteed to have it before Mother's Day and am now being told It'll be ready the week after. I requested a refund and was told I'd only get 70% back because of a restocking fee. Never manufactured, never got it. What restocking? Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Customer service never gets back to you. They write with a solution then when you choose an option they never write back. I would never trust them. Very cheap quality items that rust and they do not stand behind it. Buyer beware and stay away.

I ordered a pendant for a 21st birthday gift. When it arrived I was extremely happy. Personalisation was spot on, the actual pendant and chain seem to be of good quality. Gift bag was great too. Couldn't be happier with this company. Certain reviewers have suggested positive reviews are fake. I can assure them I am 100% a real and happy customer!

Horrible experience. If you need the item to be delivered by a certain date (as you can imagine, with jewelry... that's something a gift giver would want) do NOT order from here. I ordered something more than a month in advance, get an estimated delivery date, come closer to the date I decided to email to check on the status of the item, and the customer service LIES to me and guarantees an arrival by a time -- the item didn't arrive and the shipper informed me not only did they not even SHIP the item until the day after promised delivery, but they decided not to flag it as urgent and pay a tiny surcharge even though the customer support said they would. Dishonest, cheap, and frankly, the necklace did NOT look the price. Absolutely horrible. All the reviews on their website read fake to me too.

I ordered my husband a bracelet for Father's Day last year (2022). It says it was delivered and it was not. I've sent several emails there is no us # to call and no one will respond. Basically they stole $135.00 from me and my husband got no gift for Father's Day. I'm on a fixed income and this is not right I want my money back.

I ordered a gift for my mom for mother's day. In order for it to arrive on time, I paid $25 extra, it took 3 weeks. 2 weeks past mother's day. When I inquired to customer service they said they can't guarantee because it is an overseas shipment. They shipped from the UK to Italy... how does that take 3 weeks & considered overseas? They offered me 10% off for my trouble... are you kidding me? I gave all the shipping info, paid extra and jerked around. I could've gotten anything else and had it in time for Mother's Day. Instead, I had to buy another gift since I had nothing to give.
Customer service isn't helpful & no one cares. They just say it's not their fault.

I got told my product would get delivered before christmas, but I just got an email saying it will be delivered on the 28th. What a shame, don't trust their shipping dates. For some reason they shipped all the way from Israel and I might have to pay import tax, I will be rejecting shipment and requesting a refund.

This was NEVER disclosed before making my purchase.

This company is running an old scam, charge you extra for fast shipping, but they don't deliver the item anywhere close to the time-frame in the fast shipping that you paid for, and then instead of refunding the extra shipping costs that you paid for, they offer you a "discount" if you are dumb enough to buy more items from them. I have reported them to our state attorney general's office and got my bank to reverse the total charge from my credit card.

You wouldn't know it from all the internet ads but MyNameNecklace is a little shop based in Isreal, their customer service is horrible, instead of them even attempting to assist you they encourage you to be dumb enough to give them even more money for a "discount", when they never delivered the item that you already paid for.

I purchased their ring necklace with engraving, purchased 2 weeks ago, paid extra for "express shipping" and never received it.

I had order a special necklace for Mother's Day and ended up waiting 2 months for it to show up. I finally contacted customer service and they claimed it must have been lost in the post office. They offered me a reorder 3 months after my first order with no discount or refund.

Wondering if what they are up to is even legal.
I paid by PayPal so I hope to get a refund but they are a complete disaster of a company.
(Cherry) the auto reply service just bangs out the same excuse over & over again.
Customs & delivery
Wanting me to accept a 10% discount or a pair of dodgy ear rings.
Stay clear of them.

I ordered this necklace in February for my daughters birthday in April. I wanted her children's names engraved one on each ring. It was suppose to be first & middle names. When the necklace arrived I saw the names ran together. I contacted the co. & sent them a picture. They agreed and said they would redo the necklace. I told them to make it easier & so no mistake could be made to only engrave their first names. They redid it exactly like the first necklace. I didn't receive the order until the end of April. Their website says it has 100 day return policy with a 30% off restocking fee which I thought was high. They want to only give me 10% back which is a 90% restocking fee.

Tip for consumers:
There is no phone number to call them.. You cannot speak to a person. They keep giving me different people & incident numbers by email. I would not use this company at all.

I never received an order confirmation email but the money was taken from my bank. Necklace did not arrive so contacted via customer service & just kept receiving an automated response which was unhelpful. No one can confirm whether my order was received. £59 down & no necklace! I now have no where to turn as there's no contact number on the website!

I ordered a necklace with 5 charms last year. I asked to purchase a single charm because we had a new family member and I wanted to add him. They refused because my purchase was out of warranty which makes no sense. They then Tried to make me order an entirely new necklace with six charms. There are better people out there to order from. Communication is terrible and I've even had to send things back due to poor workmanship

I ordered a necklace for my mother for christmas. The order came late and it came in a flimsy paper packaging which dented the contents inside (bag to wrap the jewelry box and the personalized card + envelope). The front face of the necklace was all scratched up as if it had been worn daily for a little while, definitely not handled with care. The rest of the necklace had scratches on it but no where near as bad as the front face. They emailed back quickly (as per the holiday season) and said they were willing to help with a reorder but once I replied stating I was not going to be paying any shipping costs to send it back or have a new one sent to me- the conversation ended there.
Overall, not a great company to deal with. Dave yourself the hassle.

My earrings from My Name Necklace were terrible quality! I wore them only twice before the stem broke off one of the earrings and all that remained was the earring back! I've tried repeatedly to get the company to reimburse me for the terribly disappointing merchandise.

I was so excited and I wish i would've seen these reviews first because this is bs! Very easy to order online. I bought 2 silver necklaces and I got a discount on my second item (always a good thing!) and when the necklaces arrived they were even nicer real life, the photos online didn't do them justice. I purchased the smaller fonts, as that's my preference. Definitely recommend

I ordered a necklace for my wife on December 18, with $9.95 express shipping (3-7 days). It is now January 13, and I still have not received my package. On top of that, the tracking number that was provided to me gives me a "tracking number cannot be found" when I try to track the package on the DHL website.

When I contacted customer service, I was told it may take 6-8 weeks... WEEKS, because I live outside of The US (I live in Canada). What was the point of offering an express shipping option?

I wish I could give a review about the actual product, however, I may never receive it at this point. If you are thinking about ordering from this company, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

I was bought a Bracelet for Fathers day at a cost of £60 or so. Having received it I do not think it is worth that money. The clasp that locks it is very flimsy and I doubt it will last too long. The design is good but quality is poor. I did write to them but they did not bother replying to my feedback email. They are clearly not bothered by customer feedback.
The product is not worth the money.
