Beautiful necklace, high-quality silver and beautifully crafted name. But the courier service was worst, I have to go to depot to collect it. Especially if you are staying in city/apartment, the courier delivery driver will look for safe place to leave your parcel outside, do not even call/ contact you, then if they cant find any place to leave outside then the product is taken back to depot. I waited for product, the courier service never called me but the tracking reads "could not deliver as there is no safe to leave". For kind info; apartment in city will have locker if you see there or if yo cant find it, it won't cost anything to give a three-seconds call so we can go outside to collect it. I called the courier service numerous times to arrange the collection.
I purchased a rose gold necklace with 5 names. Standard shipping looked close to Mother's Day so I decided to purchase the expedited shipping and additional gift wrap. Well, it did not make it before Mother's Day and the package came after Mother's Day with damage. MYKA is willing to return my money as long as I return the necklace and delete reviews. I've decided not to send it back because the experience was so bad. The company never returned my money for expedited shipping. I will never purchase anything from this company and you should beware as well.
Do not order from these crooks. They lie and will not return your money. My kids ordered something to give to their mother for Christmas. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas, ordered on Dec 12. We still haven't received it and they still won't return the money. Today they told me they wouldn't return my money until I returned the necklace. Except they still haven't sent the necklace. They also said they removed the delivery guarantee on December 13, they day after It was ordered and since the payment wasn't processed until the 13th they are not obligated to refund the money?
This is first time I came to this website to purchase something. And customer service is very bad, firstly you charged me double money than market price for the product and didnt deliver the item on time and my wife didnt like the item even I cannt return the item.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter Xmas present and when it came I was disgusted with it. It's a three heart necklace where you can have 3 names engraved on it. The engraving is that small you can not read it with out a magnifying glass. The quality of the necklace and pendant is shocking and I really don't know how they get away with this. This necklace was no cheap. It's also near impossible to return this and they deduct 30% off the price. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS SIT
I ordered a name pendant two weeks ago and advised within a week of receiving it that I wanted to exchange as they advertise you can request a refund or exchange within 100 days of receipt. I sent an email to customer service requesting to exchange the item because it looks fake and I keep going back and forth several times with email requests to send images of the item which I did. Then I was asked if I can provide order numbers and images of items I purchased in the past. Not sure why they would ask for information on any item I'm not returning or exchanging. I feel they do not want to exchange the item and false advertised their return/exchange policy to consumers. I also received the same item for a Christmas gift and I really don't want to get stuck with two identical items I don't like. If one can be refunded/exchanged I would be satisfied. The person who responded to a review posted on Trustpilot (Kathleen Louise) from Mynamenecklace (if she actually exists) never contacted me to resolve anything after I provided all my contact information as requested and nothing changed. Very very bad customer service and a complaint has been filed with the BBB. This company deserves zero stars for being crooks and misleading customers. Never again.
Quality is beyond horrible, cheap, thin, ugly, disgusting quality. They say satisfaction guaranteed... that is a joke too. I finally disputed int on my credit card. The return process is a joke too, they make it nearly impossible. JUST DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY
Reordered an item on December 5th 2017 due to my first purchase breaking (The first time I ordered I had no issues, the shipment came in the day it should've, and it was an overall positive experience, which led me to reorder to replace the item). They offered me a 50% discount to replace the necklace. Was guaranteed shipping before Christmas, but did not show up. Finally received item on January 16,2018, but It is not the same item. Necklace inscription is MUCH thicker than the original.
No one has replied to my emails. I have sent about 11 emails, yet no response. The only time I actually got a response was when I wanted to repurchase the item. Clearly will only reply if it will bring in any sales, but to give a refund or to sort out an issue is impossible to get a hold of them. Nonetheless, they falsely reassured that someone will reply to the email within 48 hours as well as falsely guaranteed shipping.
I am truly unhappy with the service, or the lack of I should say. Very frustrating and extremely negative experience. I have never run into such horrible service.
The worst quality and customer care. I ordered a necklace and of course it snapped in half within a month. I decided not to be annoying because we're in the midst of a pandemic and decided to just order it again. Within a day of arriving the necklace chain completely broke. Instead of customer service replacing both necklaces or even one, they insisted I send the necklaces back for repair. I live in miami in the epicenter of Covid, while dealing with a sick family member. I explained to customer service why I can't risk my family members life to go to the post office and sent photos of the damaged items, to which they basically told me to take a hike. I am appalled of their lack of ownership of their cheap products and for their sheer ignorance to endanger my life to fix a problem they created with their faulty products. I will be reporting them to the BBB

I bought a foot necklace for my Mother's Day gift. I have 2 step kids and a daughter. When I recieved it I loved it. Until 6 months passed. Keep in mind I ONLY wore this to special occasions or IF I did wear it to work it wasn't often but I do work in a office so it wasn't like it was getting shifted around etc. After 6 months of having this and wearing it for special occasions - one of the jewels came out. I contacted the company to which they did send me a 2nd necklace free of charge. A few months later the SAME jewel fell out from the 2nd necklace. I contacted them again, they credited me 10% of what I paid and sent me a replacement stone. They would do nothing further. This is the CHEAPEST made jewelry I have bought and their customer service is horrible. DO not buy from this company. I think it is also funny that there is NO WAY to write a review on their website for the item you buy - all of the reviews are 5 stars prob made up by their employees.
The necklace I purchased for my granddaughter was beautiful, the necklace was delivered 2days before the due date, the courier was very professional and due to the fact I wasn't contactable when he called, I later returned their call & was delighted that he returned within 2 hours after our call, awesome service
This was a gift for mother's day. Great quality and a great product. You were able to track your package as well, so you could tell if there were any deals. Would definitely buy from here again.

Placed order on 2nd of December after receiving an email stating guaranteed Christmas delivery, I received dispatch confirmation on 11th Dec, with the expected delivery date of 20th December. This date has passed, I asked which courier company deliver these items and why don't I have a tracker reference number. They come back asking me to check the delivery address. If there was a problem with the address I would have made contact before now. They did not answer my question of who is delivering, this is not a difficult question. She did advise the expected delivery date is 21st Dec 2018@ 02:00am. I have never heard of a company delivering parcels through the night. All I want to know is if I will receive my item for Christmas the question I asked in the first place.
I don't think I will be ordering from this website again... I purchased through a UK website, for their website to say this is in transit showing a PLANE...!
I ordered this bracelet with four hearts -engraved with the name of my cats. It came rather quickly and the packaging was very nice... however the bracelet was way too small. The site does say M/L is for avg woman but my wrist is rather small so i ordered a small - but this would not be good for anyone except a small child... they should say "child" not just "small" - i had to struggle to open get it on my hand... that makes the close which is very sensitive to the spring action almost impossible to maintain and it opens on its own all the time when you least expect it and the charms fall all over and it is hard to find them. Also the clasp itself is very flimsy so if you take off a sweater or top and it catches it also opens on it's own... So after three times i gave up and stopped wearing it. Also the charms are tarnished after about a week of wearing it - the site says the bracelet is sterling silver but i sincerely doubt it - the charms say silver but they dont say sterling so i think those are tin or some cheap material - they were shiny when they arrived and now after a week they are dull like a matte finish and dont match the bracelet tone. Names on them are extremely small. Overall a bad experience... dont buy from these scam artists.

The customer service for this company is awful. I initially made an error in my order and noticed it right away. I tried to reach out to the company multiple times about fixing the order and never received a response. I continued to reach out until I received the necklace with the error. I continued to contact the company about fixing the issue. After two weeks of emailing them AFTER receiving the necklace they respond saying I would need to pay a 30% restock fee since it was already delivered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

DO NOT ORDER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! They will give you the run around when you ask where your order is, and ask for a refund. I have been dealing with them for a month trying to get a refund and they just dance around the issue. They never sent me a confirmation email. They took my money the day I ordered! It was guaranteed to get here in up to 12 days. It's been a month!
My item was sent to the wrong address! The attached photo of the order confirmation shows that address in Pennsylvania. Today I received a phone call from someone who received this package in San Jose, CALIFORNIA, all the way across the country. The other photo shows a picture of the package that they texted me. Upon contacting customer support I received an email reply (also attached) lying and saying that the address put into the system was in San Jose, CA and offering to give me 30% off a replacement IF they receive the original necklace back (which I have no way of getting to them because I live in PENNSYLVANIA not CALIFORNIA). That is insulting. I also requested to speak to someone on the phone multiple times and was ignored. Impossible to have someone to talk to, never received my item, scammed out of $200 including $15 that was paid expressly for shipping. Please note the black boxes are to hide my address.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Shocking customer service, no confirmation email and when I enquire where the Christmas gift I have ordered is they say it will be with me in JANUARY! When I ask to cancel as it was not clear delivery would be after Christmas they tell me I have to pay a 30% cancellation charge!
