These masks have glowing reviews, i purchased 3,3 packs. Good price. I received them in a timely manner and was excited to try. After washing them in w/d like all my other clothing they shrunk a bit. But still fit well. Unfortunately my make up still rubs off on them and the ear pieces dig in as they are elastic ties.
I received my order fairly promptly, and the items (cotton face masks) were ok. But I only received two of the three items I ordered. I have contacted customer service three times, and still zero response. Like, not even an acknowledgement that they received my message. They are very good at bombarding me with daily marketing messages, though. So, if that's what you're looking for-- this is your place!
I ordered face masks and paid for the mandatory 3-5 day shipping. Over the course of 3 weeks, i sent the company 3 messages via their "contact us" form on their website, to which they never responded. I finally messaged them on facebook telling them I either needed cancel the order or change the address, and suddenly the package shipped. I told them again that I needed to cancel the order because I am deploying and will no longer be home to receive this package and they clearly did not read my response because they sent me another message about how I should check my tracking number in a few days and be patient with my order... I am a female member of our military and bought these masks for my deployment, as I am required to wear a specific color in uniform. I fight everyday for gender equality and for female empowerment. This women owned business has extremely disappointed me.
I bought shampoo and conditioning bars for myself earlier and then bought some satin pillowcases, the heatless rollers, and other hair things for my daughter for Christmas. Everything came so fast and she is delighted with the products! We are very happy with Kitsch and will order again.
Kitsch, provides the best in service and products are always 5 star. As a small woman owned business i will continue to support businesses who are geared to great products and good prices and excellent customer service.
The pillowcase is very attractive and well made. I love it.

I LOVE it! After just one use my hair is SO SOFT! Didn't expect to see a difference so quickly, especially since I haven't used sulfates in more than a year. Highly recommend! I used the rice water protein shampoo, coconut conditioner and the like exfoliating body bar.

I have thick curly hair and a soft towel is super important for my curls. This one is the perfect thickness and very soft. It soaks up the access water in my hair without damaging my curls or taking out any product I put in (I put my hair products in when my hair is very wet). I am definitely going to get more of these towels. They are also very comfy to have on your head and you can do things you need to do while wearing it. You don't have to worry about it falling off.

PLEASE hire SOMEONE for customer service! I actually love the hair shampoo and conditioner but upon reordering I received two body washes instead of conditioner: I've sent three emails and called and left a voicemail. These items are not of equal retail value and I want what I ordered! This company has some good quality items but god forbid you actually need some help with your order! Good luck. Won't order again I'll look for another company.

These curlers had a flaw in the snap on each one. If you sleep in them, as advertised, your hair wraps around each snap and has to be CUT or PULLED OUT! When I contacted Kitsch, I was sent the link for the returns. Tried 3 different FedEx locations to drop off return and the QR code did not work. Again I contacted customer support and was sent the link for returns, which obviously doesn't work. Bad customer service! Terrible product!

Too many other options out there with good customer support to have to deal with this. I won’t be ordering again. You are taking your chances with this company. I’m sorry to say.

Not my first purchase and I was a happy customer until I got a badly flawed item. My disappointment is really the lack of customer service especially when I’m supporting a woman owned small business and paying extra to help them grow. I feel they were given ample opportunity to, at the very least offer me free shipping on my next order, make me a happy customer but all I got was another email with the return link - that didn’t work!
The quality and size of these spiral hair ties are comparable and even better than the typical ouchless ponytail holders. The coils continued to shrink back to it's original size and I didn't have to use hot water or air. My hair didn't get tangled and pulled out like traditional hair bands. I am very glad to support a woman owned, US based company!

After many emails and messages, it was my review here and on another site that finally brokered a response from Kitsch. They apologized sincerely, and I agreed to give them another chance because they offered to resend my order via FedEx. Fingers crossed it finally arrives in time for Christmas.

I ordered some masks from Kitsch at the beginning of December 2020. Unfortunately, the package was lost in the mail (like most things at this point in time). I contacted both the USPS and Kitsch and the women at Kitsch were very prompt and kind in their responses. They graciously sent me a new package, which I received a few days ago. The masks are very comfortable and really cute. I was impressed by the professionalism of their customer service when I contacted them about my missing package. I would highly recommend this company and their products.

I have thick, bleached balayage hair. Since my hair is very prone to breakage, I cannot use normal black cloth hair ties. These coils are amazing! They stay all day, they don't pull or break my hair, and the colors are beautiful. Plus, their customer service is unlike any other! I contacted Kitsch after Amazon sent me the wrong colors to see if I could equal exchange for the colors I ordered. Cassandra got back to me within an hour, told me to keep the coils Amazon sent and she personally sent me the right colors for free! I will be ordering so many more of these wonderful coils in the future.

I love every single thing about this shower cap it is one of the most comfortable shark cops I've ever used. I have curly hair and only like to wash it every 3 to 4 days and the shark up makes it hassle free to put my hair up when I shower in between washes.

I love these masks! They're super comfortable especially the band that goes around the ears. The masks are super soft also. I have ordered multiple sets for my kiddos for back to school and was extremely pleased at how well they fit my 6 and 8 yr old.

I ordered masks for the first time. It took forever to get them but COVID-19 so that wasnt even the issue. After 8 weeks I got an email "confirming my delivery" but no package. Checked with neighbors, my carrier to look in other peoples mailboxes. Nada. So I emailed them stating no I did not get my package. Their response was a standardized tracking number. 4 emails later after that, no response. I called my credit card company and stating the issue and they retracked the charge. Do we as consumers not have any solution to mail order? I never have issues with Amazon! I am only going through Amazon in the future. Forget about these small independent companies! Why should we give them a chance when they cant even provide basic customer service like... the product!

Have shoulder length, fine hair. When I relax at home I like to put my hair up and when I'm out and about I sometimes like to wear a messy bun. Until I found these, my cute buns were more work than leaving it down and my at home updo was severe and not attractive. It's really very helpful. I am happy for this service. Thanks for the service.
I placed an order on May 26th. It is June 21st and I've received no order updates. I've emailed 2x and have heard nothing back. Yes. They have cute things but based on my experience, you will never receive them. Don't waste your money.

I purchased this through FB, and honestly wasn't sure I'd even get the item. I've been burned several times before buying things on FB. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my items, beautifully packaged, and much better quality than I ever expected! I will definitely buy from this company again! And the scrunchie works great!

I ordered the floral masks on August 20th, finally received them on August 27th. But, I was send someone else's order and they're the wrong masks. Immediately called the customer service number and was waiting for someone to answer for 30 minutes. Hung up and finally sent an email. Sorry Mary Beth in MS, your leopard print masks are in MN.
