These masks have glowing reviews, i purchased 3,3 packs. Good price. I received them in a timely manner and was excited to try. After washing them in w/d like all my other clothing they shrunk a bit. But still fit well. Unfortunately my make up still rubs off on them and the ear pieces dig in as they are elastic ties.
I received my order fairly promptly, and the items (cotton face masks) were ok. But I only received two of the three items I ordered. I have contacted customer service three times, and still zero response. Like, not even an acknowledgement that they received my message. They are very good at bombarding me with daily marketing messages, though. So, if that's what you're looking for-- this is your place!
I ordered 5 pillowcases from Kitsch and they are great. Nice on the touch for my face. It is easy to wash it. I will be getting more of their products.
The silky satin pillowcases from Kitsch blend perfectly with my linens. They are very comfy to sleep in. Love the quality and customer service. Going to buy more!

Don't waste your money! I bought the cotton face masks thinking it was such a nice steal, 3 masks for $12 but I never received my order. I thought I could trust this brand since I've bought from them before through Ulta, but obviously I was wrong. I recommend everyone to do their research before deciding to buy from this site. I messed up and did the research after ordering and it resulted in me wasting my money. When I went on their instagram I was surprised to find out I was not the only one having issues with receiving my order, this was surprising due to this site only having good reviews. In addition, the customer service is horrible. They are impossible to get in contact with, I tried contacting them via phone, email and insta DM about my order issue and I received no reply. If I ever decide to buy from Kitsch again which not very likely after this experience, I will only be buying it in stores. The way Kitsch organizes their shipment is a mess and if I were you I would save myself the headache.

Masks fit great and are super cute, and their customer service is fantastic. I had to email about my order Ana they responded in less than 10 min and was super helpful. I'll be a repeat customer.

I contacted customer service for two simple requests, 1) to exchange two products 2) to honor the original discount if unable to exchange. I received an immediate automated reply with their return policy and no reference to my questions, then a follow up email from a person saying keep the items, send pics and they are checking on the requested replacement items because one I requested was $2 more. I followed up 5 days later and received the automated return policy twice more. On email #7 I requested a human response of which I received a reply that they do not accept exchanges. I had to send email #9 to ask about a promo code also requested and ignored it two previous emails and they asked me for my original promo code! I didn't know it, they offered a generic code 7% less that didn't work. After 13 emails to get a simple reply to two questions which did not resolve my request I decided it wasn't worth the time to pursue. Clearly they don't value customer experience and haven't spent any resources in understanding what that is. They may have ok products but if you think you'll need any kind of assistance stay clear, it's very poor.

The company looks legit but fails to inform their customers on the shipping time. Customer service is a joke because they fail to do anything and keeps asking their customers to wait.
I normally do not write bad reviews. However be warn that your packages will take forever and on top of that the PRODUCTS are FROM CHINA. The products are not homemade or I am believe that I am supporting a womens business. SORRYNOTSORRY, I am taking my money to ETSY.COM where they have real women who actual provide excellent service with NO excuses!
Tip for consumers:
Recommend NOT buying from them because they are just a reseller and products are from CHINA. If you want homemade and supporting local business, go to ETSY.

VERY PLEASED AND HAPPY! I have been using the satin pillowcase for 2 weeks now. Feels great on my skin, my hair isn't out of control when I wake up. I don't have the hair loss on my pillowcase in the morning as I have in the past. And I don't get those wrinkles on my face when I wake up too! AMAZING! TOTALLY WOULD RECOMMEND!
