There are no words to speak on the quality of eye shades. It is fabulous the kind of patterns are mesmerizing and eye blinking. No girl can turn out their eyes from shades and could be used as a gifting collection for parties and wedding.
Great product. Easy to use. The roller moves smoothly and even after being in the freezer for hours, it is not so cold that it is uncomfortable to use. This just feels so nice after those no-sleep, restless nights. Works great on a tense neck too. Exceptional quality and easy to wash.

I ordered my wig headband 2 months ago. I recieved several emails of confirmation. I've emailed them 3 times asking, where is my order? I've send order numbers, confirmation numbers and etc. This is so sad that I get no reply. I'm happy for those who like the company, but how can I like something I don't have? I ordered an item for my fiance after seeing this site praised on a video. I waited a full month before looking at the tracking but the item had not even arrived to be shipped. I emailed the team about the item but never received an email back. I learned my lesson to NOT order from this company.

I wrote a bad review of not receiving the product after 4 months and even Paypal tried to get in contact with them. After leaving a bad review, GUESS WHAT? I received the product, well 1/2 of my order, within the next few days. So, I am wondering if I leave another bad review will I receive the other 1/2 of my order? Let's hope so! Grrrr... don't buy from them. Terrible experience!
I ordered a wax warmer and a 100 g bag of wax... with all I still have receipts for I have received the warmer not the bag of wax! I've been back-and-forth with the company mind you it's email only! They still keep trying to tell me they sent it and they did not! I've done everything they asked! On top of all that it took 6mths to even get my order when it says it was coming from NY and I live in N. C. DO NOT ORDER FROM them...
Best brushes ever. In pictures it looks like a plastic handle but in reality, it looks like metal and also has a flexible neck... the best part about these brushes are the bristles are very soft and feels like cotton on the skin. Must have for a makeup lover...
I ordered a set of brushes in November of 2017. I emailed the company repeatedly. I was charged through PayPal for the set and it is now July 22,2018 and I have still not received my set.
I will now file a complaint with PayPal. This company is either the worse run company or a scam.

I wish i could add the chain on emails for the past month! They apologized after I didn't received my item 3 weeks later, waited another week. They apologized now because my order is on back order and offer 15%! Wth a month later and my order is not even on its way. Requested a refund. They don't contact you, you have to contact them.
I ordered about 50 dollars worth of items on april 21st and still haven't even received an email on my whereabouts of the package. I tried calling the customer care line and the number is disconnected. I sent an email on May 11th and finally got an email back on May 20th from them saying my package was unfortunately lost in transit and that if they don't see that the package did not move by the end of that week, they would reship my order.The day after i got the email, I decided I did not want my order, instead I wanted a full refund. So I asked for one on may 21st and still have not heard back from them. If I were you, I'd stay far away from this website and make sure you read reviews from multiple sources before buying from any websites. These people are nothing but scammers.
I ordered 4 items at the beginning of December. On the 6th I got an email that they had shipped with a tracking number. Today is Dec. 22nd. The tracking number still shows that the post office is waiting for the shipment. I have written for a refund.
Horrible, horrible company! I was using them on a regular basis, when I first started getting into cosmetics. But they continuously sent any item they felt like sending. I don't know WHY they give an option of size, or colour, because you're going to receive whatever THEY CHOOSE. I tried to write them about my issues, provided pictures!, and they wrote back saying that they wanted pictures. Huh? I AGAIN sent pictures. They replied that I HAD received SOMETHING, so they weren't going to bother with my issue. That's when they stopped answering my emails. I tried to file a new claim, and they wouldn't acknowledge that either. Also the brushes fall apart after washing, and the makeup smells like wax. If you're looking for a grab bag of cheap stuff, this is your site.
Im not the type of person who put reviews but this one, I feel so disappointed. I ordered a set of brushes a month ago and I received a different one, and the brushes smell like chemical, wouldn't like to use it! I contact them about it and that person told me that those brushes are out if stock and I can just wait for few weeks and they'll send it to me but I received nothing! I asked for a refund but they say they don't do refund!
Ordered an eyeshadow pallette, which didn't arrive. Emailed customer service and they said it was out of stock (it didn't today this on the website) and that they'd have it to me ASAP. When it finally arrived after months, it was the wrong one. The eyeshadow itself was chalky and barely pigmented at all. Customer service said they'd send me the right one, and after over a year they never did after emailing again and again during this period. Never received the right pallette and probably never will.
