On the 16th of June, one of their policy holders and I had a collision. I filed a claim and receiced Claim #******* on June 17th. Joann Fernandes was, supposedly, assigned to be the claims adjuster.
It is now August 23rd, and after nearly 10 efforts via phone calls, emails and texts NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. My Allstate office has also tried to make contact with this shoddy business.
The lady, Shirley Stallworth, RAN after the collision and I had to chase her down. She had no license nor a registration, as the poluce repirt will attest. She fails to answer my calls.
I tired of this company's failure to contact me, and sucked the minor damage up.
It seems that, in these Nu-Nited states, we endure a generation of lawless bandits who lie, cheat and try to sue for free money at the expense of hardworking, law abiding citizens.
TO WHAT END?!
Tip for consumers:
This seems to be a "GHOST COMPANY" in that no one is ever avaible to directly communicate with a caller. There's no response to neither texts no emails, and no return calls are received. POOREST OF ALL BUSINESS EVER I HAVE DEALT WITH, and they should be outlawed in this country!!!
