Ordered stock items that required no production. Didn't ship out until a full week later. It's now been 10 days and still haven't received product. Tried their live chat online - they are just a slow. Never again.
These morons are the worst in customer service I have ever dealt with. Save your time and money and go through someone else. Every order I've had through has been a mistake and I will NEVER do business with them again
Our company ordered parking permits for over 150 vehicles. Upon receiving the order, the permits that were supposed to be non-transferable between vehicles come right off the windshields. They also look VERY CHEAP! Once we contacted customer service, they requested we take a video of ourselves showing the stickers coming off the windshields. We complied, and they responded by saying that the windows needed to be clean and dry-WE DID THAT! They also stated that the stickers needed to cure for 24-48 hours... Yes let me tell everyone who receives a permit to not wash their car, for two days, and avoid rain for two nights. Oh, but they did offer me a 15% coupon for a different order should I wish to place one. This is laughable. No on the coupon, no on placing another order.
Worst customer service ever. Shorted me one out of 25 items in a set that I ordered. Never responded when I asked for the missing one, so I had to order another full set. When I sent back the original set, I was promised a full refund and only got a partial one. So ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.
My Parking Permit is a user friendly site for cities and businesses in need of parking permits. They have customized options for designing the cards/permits and the functionality of the site is great. They also offer free samples and free shipping.
After placing an order with them. Two days later i had over 2000 dollars in fraud airline charges on the credit card i used. Originating from that location crooked employees beware
