Do not waste your money on a My Pillow. The pillow is lumpy. If you put it in the dryer as the company suggests it only gets worse. It offers no neck support. The commercials are way overhyped and seem to actually be scam because I'm extremely disappointed in the My Pillow product.
Their products are decent but the customer service sucks. Their 3rd party billing company Splitit is a scam company that will bill you twice and then lie about it. I purchased a 63 dollar item and it ended up costing me 89 bucks. Avoid them both
I have neck problems. Bought a bone pillow before I thought I should my pillow get a try. It's lumpy and it really doesn't stay in place. I didn't ask for money back. They are in guest room. But I am back to my bone pillow which costs less
I just purchased 2 Twin XL mattress toppers. I own a Pest Control Business since 1997 in TN. I place Multable orders from multable vendors. My Pillow website is very hard to navigate. So, within a 2 hr window I placed a 2nd order because I never recieved a conformation email nor was my credit card charged.
Today I had **4** Toppers arrive. Checked my credit card & sure enough, I had 2 identical $464 charges. Called my pillow. Long story short. Sure, they'll refund my money for the duplicate order, minus
$20 × 2 = $40 for their shipping labels. So much for 100% Money Back Guarantee!
Purchased two pillows a few years ago and found them to be OK... nothing special, nothing great... contrary to what was sold us. The sales practices and the product itself don't measure up and with all the ongoing complaints about BOGO offers, over priced mattress covers and the latest... a Covid-19 miracles cure, it's no wonder the guy is crazy and should be shut down. Never buy a product from this lunatic and you'll be glad you had nothing to do with My Pillow. Wish I could say the same.
I spent so much money on these pillows. I developed severe allergy from the foam they use. The customer service wanted me to pay shipping fees to return them. Horrible quality & money driven company. I would never recommend them. I threw the pillows in the trash & lost my money.
The pillows were hard, the worst pillows I have ever had. I woke up with a headache after trying to sleep on this very uncomfortable pillow.
I tried to give them to my husband and he tried to sleep on them, half way through the night he threw them on the floor. Not sure why the guy make it a point to wear his cross outside his shirt collar, doesn't make him honest
I bought this pillow for my husband for Christmas. He wasn't nearly as excited to have it as I was to give it to him. In fact he left me sleep on it the first night. What a let down. He tried it the following not and we both feel we like the pillows at Kmart better! (Joe Boxer brand). My advice is to NOT waste your money. It's a pillow and there is nothing magical or special about it. The only high I got from it was the high price.
I hate to beat a dead horse but, this $#*! Mike Lindell is still allowed to spew out his lies on the Tucker Carlson show. I've been forced to watch a different network just because this show continues to air his crap. If anyone at Fox News actually used the product they take blood money from, they would have to agree this company is a sham. This jackass border on false advertisement with his geeza sheets. He doesn't actually say it but, he implies that all his products are made in his "home " state of Minnesota. These ads show sheets that " flow" over your bed. The reality is these sheets are made in India and probably never see Minnesota. They are the most wrinkled sheets I've ever seen. The "actors " used in these commercials should be condemned from making any other lies. I could go on and on but, goal in life to see this lying hypocrite go bankrupt. Someday I would like to watch Tucker Carlson again.
Ordered my pillow Dec 10 2021 as of today Jan 4 still no pillow. I did get a tracking number which said it will be here Dec 20. When I went back to check tracking it was blank? Called customer service but because of Covid they cant answer phones? Didn't know know Covid went through phone lines. Left message which will take 72 hours to answer? Got a call that they would check with delivery company. Got an email said it would be here Jan 3rd or 4th? You would have thought an American company could get a pillow delivered from the to Las Vegas much fast then almost a month. You can order stuff from over seas and get it faster what a SHAME.
Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
