Ordered 2 pillows. Received promptly but didn't like them. Original shipping charges + return shipping not refunded! No product but out $32.
It is a big scam, the stuff inside this pillow is literally cut up foam! Does not help with any of the neck pain etc - would not recommended at all!
I have far more expensive pillows, but My Pillow is softer, AND firmer than any other. I don't need to re-fluff it like the others.
