This is the 1st time I try My-Pillow in my life. Definitely recomened!
We purchased a foam Full-size from My-Pillow (Mike Lindell). The shipping cost for mattress is $20.00 that uses "FedEX". During this season I got 50% off price. The purchase allow me multiple options inlcluding pay through Amazon service but I rather slected the direct shiping from Mike Lindell site. After purchased, The shiping take on 3 days (including 2 weekend days Sat. And Sun). It is stunning me since I never got this quick from Amazon. Also The package is very tight, nice and safe when opening.
Only one note: The WEB site seems still in classcial way. I mean it not sending me the confirmation email as Amazon. The shipping time is so amazingly fast, the matress reach us earlier than expectation 3-4 days)
My 1st sleep was so tight that my wife cannot wake me up early as ussual (Lol). My neck hurting causes by the old matress was gone! I am not sure how it workds but I believe the mattress 's quality take responsible for this exceptional good sleeps.
You will not disappoint from this (for my case is the form multilayer matress). Good Job from Mike Lindel
The lumpiest pillow I've ever used. Very uncomfortable. VERY LUMPY! I do NOT recommend this pillow. Worst pillow ever.

Although I have never met Mike Lindell but I admire his passion for his business and feel badly that his politics led his company to be shunned by the major retailers.
I wanted to support his business and ordered a pair of slippers on December 12 and finally received an e-mail confirming shipment on December 22nd.
10 days to ship a pair of slippers that according to the commercials "Lots of stock in all sizes, colors … blah, blah blah
It is now January first and I still haven't received my slippers!
There is a 'Track You Order' tab on my confirmation of shipment … BUT THERE IS NO INFORMATION THERE OTHERE THAN THE ORIGINAL ORDER, NO TRACKING NUMBER … NOTHING TO SEE WHERE YOUR PACKAGE IS!
I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN … I DON'T CARE HOW GOOD THE ADVERTISING IS OR THE PRODUCTS ARE TOUTED TO BE.
AND GO AHEAD AND CALL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE … THEY DON'T KNOW RHE MEANING OF THOSE WORDS 'CUSTOMER SERVICE'

Answer: Instructions are on the tag. Wash in automatic washer with half the usual detergent. Dry on high heat. They come out nice and fluffy.
Answer: I called immed after I opened the slippers & tried them on, they were too big. The cust service rep sent a label to my email to return, I got the label before we got off the phone & told her my size & recvd my slippers exchange within 5 days.
Answer: My pillows have never turned yellow, I have zipper pillow covers on all pillows under the pillow cases. I've had mine for 5.5 yrs & never yellow. I wash & dry them. No issues.
Answer: You can go online, or call to place an order, there are two lines one is for new orders and the other says customer service, if you call customer service a robot ask if your over 50 cause they want to send out some sort of monitoring device with your order, i hung up and called the ordering line much easier. Hope this helps i bought two queen size for 74.84 with discount, regularly 139.96 so its a good time to buy now while this is going on, and I believe Mike Lindell is extending his sale till 03/2021
