I am not the type to leave reviews but having gone the reviews here I feel bad for Mytheresa. I have ordered about 5 times from them and had my orders delivered within a week. The last minute order I had during Christmas was delivered within 4 days. My return was processed as soon as it arrived their facility and that was within a week. As long as items are genuine and I keep getting good service I am stuck with them.
Be aware, that in fact, most of the reviews are fake. They pay people to place reviews. Fake reviews. I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they scammed me.

Be aware. You can get an invitation to become a reviewer. It'll cost you a lot of money in the end. The persons inviting you are the real scammers. Earning from you and letting you hang for a lot of money when you need their help.
Mytheresa sent me a completely different item from a different brand. They messed with my $3000, my whole savings. Even after I followed all their instructions, they still didn't take the item (THE WRONG ITEM) back. They played with my hard-earned money. Now I'm not only stuck with the wrong item, but I also have a $3000 hole in my bank account. They sent me a $1000 item that I didn't even need or want. It's a total scam, scam, scam! I would never recommend ordering from this website.

Never got the items nor signed for them. 6 weeks later, hundreds of phone calls, and frustration, they finally emailed me back telling me it was delivered. Clearly it was not. Will be pushing for a chargeback through my cc issuer. Buyer beware - sounds like there's a few of these.
I ordered from Mytheresa for the first time however, I received a package without the item inside (they stuffed the box with all papers). After contacting the customer service and lengthy communication, Mytheresa denied the responsibility and provided only fault and untruthful excuses. The money was taken upon placing order, but I received nothing. No refund and no help. Have reported to police about this fraudulent transaction. Big scam!Please be careful.

Ordered The Row Margaux bag 15. They took a while to deliver which I was ok with. When the item arrived, it was packed in a terrible state. A lot of scratch marks on the bag (they claim it was not previously returned by anyone and brand new), no stuffing in the bag and no protective covering. The Row should frankly not be selling its items to MyTheresa. I returned the bag 2 weeks ago and it has still not arrived at their facility. The staff claim all paperwork had been sent to DHL but DHL can't seem to clear the goods at destination. They were unhelpful. I would recommend ordering from other sites which pack goods better and have a smooth return / refund process.

The shop consistently lies to its clients, doesn't stick to given promises. Was my first time experience with this platform and it was a total waste of time, money and effort.
I made 2 orders within 2 days. First one - a dress for my daughter. Delivery from Italy to Greece said 5-7 working days. Makes sense. How long can it take? I had a few more days for it to arrive on time. The dress was supposed to be for her birthday party. However in reality it became 2 full weeks! Which means no dress for the party.
I placed another order dress for myself 36 hours later. This time I chose express delivery, promised timeline 1-3 working days. 2,5 days later the dress wasn't even sent and it's already weekend so no one would send it till Monday now despite customer support ensured me they prioritized my order for logistics department! Yeah right. I had to cancel the order now on day 3 cause it's already clear it wouldn't arrive on time as well.
I will never purchase anything from them again and don't recommend anyone do it unless you have a month to wait. Ridiculous, unacceptable service and no respect for customers.

For a number of months this site was advertising 2 x cup & saucer sets - I bought this as a gift, only to discover it was 1 x cup & saucer. I've since discovered I was not the only person mislead by their advertising. Screenshots clearly show what they were advertising, but once they sucker you in & get your money - it's too late.
Customer service is none existent I ordered a bag for my daughters birthday that was supposed to come in the yellow box with ribbon instead it's come rolled up in tissue paper I've had better packaged fish and chips. I rang customer service who said there nothing they can do and they can't send the packaging I ordered so basically it's tough.

Gucci boots from them and after a year of never wearing them I noticed that the size stamp on the inside is incorrect than the size purchased and the box. I paid for an item Dior Sunglasses(an amount of 345 £) and it was not delivered according to my instructions. The website clearly stated that it will be delivered within 1 working day which never happened. The deliveries were made when I was abroad because DHL disregarded my choice of delivery time slots. I was forced to change my delivery preferences because the missed deliveries I asked for it to be left with my door man or one of my neighbors. The item was later marked as delivered but is was neither seen nor received by my neighbors or my concierge. Both mytheresa and DHL refuse to take responsibility for the missing item despite not being able to provide a photographic evidence of its delivery or location. They just keep repeating that it was delivered according to instructions. Which one? They don't know exactly!

The website clearly states orders will be shipped out within one business day at the latest after payment is received. It is day four and no one can give me an answer as to why my order hasn't been shipped. I'm going out of town next week for my birthday and their inability to honor their shipping promises means my order wouldn't arrive in time before I leave. And every customer service representative that I spoke with verified that the warehouse is not backed up, there are not too many orders, and they have no idea why it hasn't been shipped out. This company reeks of scam. Do yourself a favor and read the other bad reviews that are out there- there's plenty of them! This was my first experience with them and it was a horrible one. They have lost a customer for life.
US purchases was charged more than 30% customs duty and taxes. This info is not clear and buried in pages of shipping information, which only states "please contact customer service for details about custom duties taxes." This is a fraudulent practice to overcharge customers. Do not waste your time and money.

I found a very visible loose stitch from the handle of the Balenciaga bag I purchased from mytheresa on my first use so I contacted their customer service to ask about their exchange policy and this is what they replied:
Thank you for your message. We always make it a point to inspect each item very carefully before sending it to our valued customers and we "apologize that your bag has a loose stitch now..."
Please send us pictures of the "damages" so that we can find a solution as quickly as possible.
Well I don't expect a must success rate in exchanging the new bag because I do take into consideration of the company's exchange policies but their customer service with assertive tones and presuming the loose stitch I mentioned as a "damage" instead investigating whether it is truly a defect is just unexpected and totally unacceptable coming from a top luxury retailer like mytheresa.
They sold Golden Goose sneakers that were clearly defective They could not find a manufacturer, s fault so have decided to return the faulty sneaker even though I never wore them. I believe Golden Goose was not the blame. Mytheresa is the villain here. Are the shoes checked if previously ordered or do they sell second hand goods for full price.

Ordered a pair of rick owens shoes, too small, and return via Post as they requested. It's been 2 weeks since the item arrived at their warehouse, and still no refund. Multiple emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls have resulted in different messages from the person on the phone. Some say item that arrived at Swiss warehouse has to go to their German warehouse. Others promised refund by certain day, and no payment received. At this time, it appears they are not upfront and honest. Avoid ordering from Mytheresa.

When you order something and they make you pay at least 13 euros for delivery in europe with a delivery time 2-3 working days and you get your parcel in SEVEN days thats not professional. I emailed them and all they had to say was sorry and apparently was due to weather. Well guess what. It only snowed one day in my town in greece but on that day my parcel was still in milan.
I dont think i ll ever buy from them again. You see other websites like Forzieri, Farfetch even Raffaello network, where you pay a lot less for delivery(even nothing at all) and you get your parcel on time. I. e i ordered something from farfetch a few days earlier when the weather was a lot worse and got my items on time.
Just recently purchased a Burberry bikini. Package came fast but I was disappointed that they didn't put the bikini in the original Burberry wet bag.
