I am not the type to leave reviews but having gone the reviews here I feel bad for Mytheresa. I have ordered about 5 times from them and had my orders delivered within a week. The last minute order I had during Christmas was delivered within 4 days. My return was processed as soon as it arrived their facility and that was within a week. As long as items are genuine and I keep getting good service I am stuck with them.
Be aware, that in fact, most of the reviews are fake. They pay people to place reviews. Fake reviews. I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they scammed me.
I'm surprised to see how many bad reviews MyTheresa has. I've only been ordering from this site last year or so but everything came in a timely matter. All items were box to perfection. On my last order, the discount somehow didn't apply after I checked out. When I called in, the customer representative put me on hold for a bit but gladly credited my account. If you know your sizes, I would highly recommend this site! They carry a wide range of high end designers and usually have a lot of sizes available. I will definitely shop here again!

I ordered two pair of shoes and I received at least 2 updates a day, shoes came right on time down to the minute. One pair didn't fit and I followed the easy return instructions. So far so good, I'm very impressed. I hope to get my money back, per bad reviews. I tried the right foot shoe for less than 10 seconds on a carpet, didn't even take the left shoe out. I Hope it passes their strict inspection!

It was my first purchase. I saw the reviews after I made my purchase and became very skeptical about it. But fortunately, My Gucci shoes arrived in time, well packaged and with perfect fitting. Customer service was very helpful throughout the process as my shipment was delayed by just a day. Overall a great experience. Will be buying again.

This store has the most exciting, diversified, and beautiful clothing from head to foot, than any site I've used in the past 10 yrs. Excellent quality and customer service. Easy returns and shipping, with on time delivery and plenty of email notices. If anyone had a bad experience I'd guess they had "no" experience with online shopping. The hunt is over. My Theresa is all I need for everything.
I bought my wife a red bottom purse for her birthday & after she got it she didn't like, I don't know about any one else's experiences with customer service but mine was great, they completely refunded my entire purchase price within a couple days of getting their purse back & didn't even charge me return shipping, they were great all the way around & I would definitely order from them again

I made my first purchase from Mytheresa and it arrived so quickly. I purchased a Salvatore Ferragamo clutch on 12/30/21, received it on 1/3/22. Item came in well packed, including original box, dust bag, ect.
1. Promises of 2-4 day delivery is a lie.
2. No updates and an email after days saying there will be another delay
3. No email reply to my enquires - Don't expect a human reply to your email. My order was automatically cancelled just before Christmas.
4. Called the hotline and they said it will take 2.5 weeks to arrive.
5. If there is a issue with delivering then be transparent. Not promising what can't be delivered, especially during the holidays
I bought a bag for a gift from these people. The bag when gifted had an obvious manufacturing fault but as it was brought prior to Xmas it had fallen foul of there returns policy.
They will not discuss this issue, once they have your money that's the end of customer services
The worst internet shopping experience I have ever had, bar none. They screwed up the delivery address, forced me to run interference with the shipper to resolve their mistake which is impossible due to their own policy. TWO WEEKS of wasted time and still it is not resolved! Avoid like the plague.
I ordered a headband of Valentino in RED color in Mytheresa and received BLACK headband. When I wrote my complain I got such reply from customer care: "We always make it a point to inspect each item very carefully before sending it to our valued customers". What does it mean that I'm not valued customer? I asked to delete my account and they said no problem. Absolutely unacceptable service. I didn't get right level apologize and they are don't care about they customers. This company should change staff in customer care.
I recently ordered an awesome pair of pumps from mytheresa.com but they were too big! I called Customer Care who were very helpful and understanding. I exchanged them for a smaller size which I got within a few days! I loved the fact that the delivery was so quick (only 2 days) and that I can shop in US dollars. The VAT’s already included so I didn’t have that hassle of customs charges when my package arrived. Which is great! It’s the first time I ordered from them and I was a little sceptical but everything went smoothly. They have a cool edit of top brands and some exclusive items so I’ll definitely be ordering from them again.
I usually don't write reviews but I'm totally upset how bad they are. Bought a handbag and they contacted me to call my bank to get some authorisation code which is usually provided by the bank automatically so they can process the transaction? Ehm, what? The credit card was processed successfully including extra 3D security, I talk to my bank and they had no idea what I'm talking about and told me that the only thing pending is for Mytheresa to deduct the payment.
I have never had Nordstrom or Amazon contacting me to contact my bank for some security numbers which are usually obtained automatically so they can process my online transaction.
Anyway, they didn't bother telling me, cancelled the transaction altogether and the item has been sold out so I can't even use different credit card. Totally upset!
I would never ever buy from these again, customer service is diabolical I bought a coat was over a£1000 would not exchange and waited months for a winter coat to be sent back in the spring think hard before you buy from this company, in my opinion they are disgusting

Would never use this website again and would strongly recommend anyone to stay away. I placed my order and the money was taken straight from my account to then receive an email asking for me to send a picture of my debit card along with a form of photographic identification. Though this was strange but done so anyway with the last 4 numbers covered, woke the next day to an email saying they cannot put my order through still awaiting my money back. Terrible service stay away!
My experience has been terrible so far. TERRIBLE. They've had me waiting for my shirt a month. Then I received wrong order and I had to wait another month. The most insulting thing is that they made me pay for my custom fees two times! Unacceptable! Worst online shop I had to work with so far. Avoid mytheresa at any cost. Don't buy from them ever.
Absolute disgraceful site. Tried placing 2 ordered... they cancelled them after taking the payment. When I called they said they needed CC authorisation... which they already had... called again 10 times and no answer. Stay well clear of them. Their customer service when u do get hold of them are absolutely appalling and zero help...
I ordered a bag and they didn't send it, they informed me after 1 week. I don't have time to buy another one and wait. I wrote an email and they don't answer because they don't want to. Irresponsible company, I do not recommend anyone, liars. (I had ordered 2 bags for me and my friend, this is probably the reason. Actually, I was left without a bag.)

They sent my package to the wrong address. They are unwilling to do anything about it. They're trying to say I entered this address incorrectly, which I did not. My correct address is the only address in my account. In fact, the address they sent it to was not even a valid one, but DHL left it at a similar address anyway. Mytheresa suggested I go over there, to a strangers house who doesn't live anywhere near me and try to recover the package. On top of that, they are rude and accusatory, not what you would expect from a luxury goods company. Now I am out thousands of dollars. STAY AWAY!

I was not sure whether I should order from Myteresa, as I am in Canada, and the payment was in euros. I didn't really know what fees I would be charged when it would arrive in Canada. I took a risk because I really wanted these boots and spent 459 euro total with free shipping (about $730 Canadian) and only had to pay 110 dollars in duty once the shoes arrived in Canada. I received numerous emails and updates and was able to pay the duty online making the transaction super easy! The shoes came beautifully packaged and tracked. It was a flawless transaction and I saved about 700 dollars if I would have bought them in Canada. I saw the same pair of shoes at Saks for 1500:-). I will definitely use this site again! Also, shipping from Europe took literally 4 days! I am one happy customer.
