I am not the type to leave reviews but having gone the reviews here I feel bad for Mytheresa. I have ordered about 5 times from them and had my orders delivered within a week. The last minute order I had during Christmas was delivered within 4 days. My return was processed as soon as it arrived their facility and that was within a week. As long as items are genuine and I keep getting good service I am stuck with them.
Be aware, that in fact, most of the reviews are fake. They pay people to place reviews. Fake reviews. I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they scammed me.
Terrible costumes service! Never Ever buy from them! I had a problem with a very expensive bag after 6 weeks! They refused help me, I' m still shock! Just ask help credit cards. It s disgusting how they treat costumes! Be very careful!
My daughter wanted a winter jacket and I found the best price on mytheresa.com. I purchased the Sat. After Thanksgiving, and it arrived in my daughter's dorm in Philly on Tu.! It was shipped from Germany via Fedex Express. None of our purchases from the US before/on Thanksgiving have arrived yet.
I wanted to write this review as when I read all the negative review, I was a bit concerned but still decided to give it a try. So I want to share our positive experience.
I was charged a high amount online for shipping than received an additional invoice in the mail from DHL after I received my item requesting more money to cover the shipping costs. I contacted MyTheresa and did not hear back. What's worse - the item I received did not match the measurements found on the size chart listed. It was about 4 sizes too large! Save your money and go to a site with reasonable and clear shipping rates and accurate size charts.
I'm confused because I ordered a killer dress from them before and it came brand new and perfect. This time I purchased a Magda Butrym belt. It arrived completely rusted and it had worn marks all over it on every side of the gold belt buckle. I'm never buying from here again because it sounds like a gamble every time.
MyTheresa did every thing right. MyTheresa even delivered before time and charged me the correct price. Now Gucci... the "Original GG Over-the-knee-boot" are silly! They run a size small; too narrow, and look again silly! They are a waste of $1790. 00! This is not MyTheresa's fault... Customers beware of Gucci purchases.
I ordered and earring for my daughter and it arrived looking very different than the picture, i called and returned immediately just find out a few days later that they wont accept a return due to damages... I did not even open the box, one look, called their office and returned it. This is a bate and switch company. DON'T do it.

I Am not the type to leave reviews but I'm highly disappointed with this website. First they've delayed the shipment then they've even stopped replying to my email to let me know what's going on and when the box will be shipped! Please note that I've paid for the shoes on 7th September and still they haven't left their facility. Very poor customer service.

Just completed my first order and had a great experience! After researching and seeing the negative reviews, I felt the need to share. My package arrived on time to the US two days after ordering. Nothing but good things to say, and won't hesitate to order again in the future!
I searched more on YouTube and their blogs and experiences with mytheresa and took a leap of faith. Their customer service was very nice and prompt. I really had no problems with customs and DHL was able to deliver to my doorstep without any hassle and problems. I ordered a Balenciaga women's track sandal fake fur which costs around 580 euros spent about 191 euros for duties and taxes. I could have ordered from the Balenciaga website but they wouldn't send it to my country (Philippines). It comes with the original box and mytheresa documents that has instructions on how to care for the shoes and how to return everything (taxes are non-refundable). I ordered these on January 27,2022 and got it on February 12,2022.
It is the right size and model. I love it! I will definitely return to get that back I've set my eyes on.

Take this with a grain of salt. When in doubt, use more websites for research before ordering off on websites.

I've been disappointed with online shops so many times and this time getting expensive shoes looked a bit tricky. I wanted them so bad as Saint Laurent didn't have it in stores so I took the risk. My order arrived to Italy within even 15hours. It's really amazing experience. I will definitely order again!
Kept emailing them for a detax Vat form. Delivery delay and after countless emails sent, my package will arrive later than my departure date. Asked them to help me call DHL to expedite the delivery with no repo we! This is so stressful. So looks like I'm not gonna get my parcel in time before flying out of Europe!
And purchase was made 2 weeks ago!
Return is a nightmare. Totally disappointing. So hope and pray your items fit and are of impeccable quality. I bought 2 items from this shop which came with defects. One was a Givenchy bag [scratches and marks as though they've been used] and another a Miu Miu dress [torn zipper]. They made me pay for shipping costs for purchasing the items which were both defective. The 'customer care' argued with me and quoted T's and C's inappropriately. I have never experienced this kind of customer service on any other sites. I so wanted to like this site because they appear to carry some very good selection of designer items unfortunately it turned out to be a nightmare. I'm a fashion stylist so I am definitely warning all my customers.
Wouldn't give me any flexibility on a 30 day return period even though it's a Christmas present for my wife and so will stay in the wrapping for a month. Sent straight back as a result. Very poor service, would not use again.
I can't believe the negative reviews for mytheresa as I have been shopping on this site for years and never had a bad experience. They have a fantastic range of goods and the choice of shoes and boots is amazing - always the first place I look particularly for boots and coats. Shipping time to Australia is exceptional and their thorough packaging ensures things get here safely. Really, really like this site!
Very disappointing. A luxury store without the high end service. If you want prompt service and to be kept informed, shop at netaporter.com. I ordered a pair of Chloe shoes. They asked for copies of my ID and credit card (not a problem, I respect verification procedures). Apparently there was some error with my card (highly unlikely, but anyway...) and they cancelled my order without informing me. I sent 2 emails enquiring about the status after I hadn't received the goods and only today received some feedback.
Terrible customer service. They charge exorbitant prices for shipping to the USA and then if you return the item, they don't refund shipping. Customer service is rude and generally their prices are always higher than other online designer retailers. I won't shop there again!
Came super super fast and so nicely packaged. Was exactly what I wanted and came with a return shipping label and an invoice as well as instructions on how to make a return. Made this review because I'm a little bit confused by all the negative comments.

I am a new customer for this site and have ordered 4 items from them this year -- 3 pairs of Tod's shoes and 1 Fendi bag charm. I am surprised to see how low their overall rating is. I have had nothing but excellent service from the company -- although sometimes I receive the confirmation/shipping emails after DHL sends me an alert (not a big issue). Returns are free from Canada which I am very happy about. I wished I could pay for the DHL duties on their website ahead of time, but it hasn't been an issue for me to pay DHL separately. Love the items availability, but I wish they carried even more stock for certain brands.
I live in US and was buying for the second time from mytheresa. They charged my credit card, but 3 days later I receive an email saying that my order can't be shipped until I provide some bank authorization code. I call customer service and explain to them that i have no idea what they are talking about. ( my bank had no idea as well) MyTheresas's customer service is one of those places where they read things from the screen to you and they are absolutely incapable to understand if the issue is not standard. When I asked for supervisor she hang up on me. When i called back she said there is no supervisor, he doesn't exist and he doesn't have an email( WHAT?) I asked her name so I can file a complaint, she hang up on me again. She also said that this code is needed because I buy for the first time ( lie again). Does it feel like a high-end online retailer to you?
They dont ship the orders! I made order like more than week ago- And still this isnt send. I going on vacation without things i want :/ thanks Mytheresa for ruin my mood. I dont have this kind of problems with any online shop!
Awful service this morning by this website Mytheresa.com. The female advisor called me a liar when I mentioned that I had previously been helped with the collection of my return without a label. When I told her this did happen, and she was wrong the advisor hung up the phone. Say I was being rude...what? For saying you were incorrect. What a pretentious and rude employee! For the record, I did get that help from a previous employee which was good enough for me to remember. All for the right reasons unlike your awful service! AWFUL! AWFUL! AWFUL! When I want to complain after ring once more I was told no one was available, again really poor!

I love shopping from My Theresa! They have a great collection of designer collections not normally found in stores, and great sales as well. Shipping was super fast (3 days), and the packaging was absolutely stunning - the whole unboxing experience felt very luxurious, and everything was perfect!
I had never ordered from mytheresa and I was worried by some of the reviews - I normally purchase from Netaporter - but the shoes on sale at mytheresa (miu miu) were a great price and my size so I gave it a try. I have to say I was not disappointed, I received a confirmation email and dispatch notice (with tracking) item arrived in 3 working days as promised (London). Shoes were packed/boxed beautifully, correct size and invoice/returns info enclosed. Will definitely shop again!
