The experience was no fuss, I received what I expected and it was delivered within a week. Thankyou - so very happy with the service ad product..

Bought a Miu Miu dress on My Theresa and had a horrible experience from start to finish. The product page on their website listed fabric composition for three separate linings. The dress arrived and was completely unlined! They make returns a laughably difficult experience. There are two documents that just describe the process you must undertake to return something. You have to fill out forms in TRIPLICATE! Then, you're instructed to enclose documents in an envelope on the OUTSIDE of your package (which isn't very secure) and you're supposed to have the DHL person sign a copy. My DHL person refused outright to sign the document. Of course, they won't refund customs duties--which is common--but it seems that since they completely misrepresented their product, I should not be charged $125. So disingenuous. Horrible--never again.

In short, return is a disaster. Needless to say refund.
They changed the policy to charge in foreign currency instead of EUR for shipments overseas. However, the exchange rate is 15% higher from the rack rate. Ridiculous! I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Stay away - this site is scamming you. If you order by credit card they will follow up with an email requesting that you send them a photo copy of your credit card and either your passport or drivers license. Run as fast as you can.

I really dont understand where negative reviews are comming from, I am very satisfied with the service. I bought Dolce Gabanna boots, they arrived within 2 days to Norway, beautifully wrapped, perfect condition, exactly like on the picture.

I have bought a pair of shoes and refunded it after.
Then found out the credit card charged 1% fee on the transaction, in which normally charge to the vendor instead of customer.
Meaning that I was charged 1% payout and 1% on the refunded amount, totaling 2% of the item.
Very disappointed as other websites like net-a-porter would never charge customers on that for the same credit card.
Will never buy stuff from this website again!

The worst online shopping experience. They delivered my package to someone at my building and claimed that it is DHL fault. Bunch of thieves and cowards. Worst customer experience ever! Careless and rude.

I was very nervous about ordering from MyTheresa as the internet had some horrid stories, as well as, some pleasant ones. I rolled the dice and ordered a C. Louboutin crossbody that was sold out on their direct website. I watched as my order was processed, packed, and shipped from Germany to the US. I placed my order on 4/15/21 and I received it 4/19/21. I could NOT be happier with my purchase. The item brand new, in original packaging, boxed with care and luxury. Maybe I was one of the lucky ones - but I will SURELY be buying from them again!

Company actually seems ok, but very badly managed!
Don't listen about the benefits -they dont stick to them. Shame as it seemed to offer so much more but with a narciscistic manager who 'needs' to tell you about his 'life' more than help the staff you know it's a NO-GO!

I was nervous after reading the reviews but I was not disappointed. I have placed 2 orders with MyTheresa and I haven't had any issues. Items have been packed nicely and I like that they have an eco friendly shipping option. DHL always leaves the package right outside and rings the doorbell. I purchased a Thom Browne sweater and Lanvin jeans, as well as a Valentino rockstud bag. I love their selection and I will continue to shop with MyTheresa.

This was my first and last purchase from this company! My girlfriend wanted a pair of shoes, others in Europe listed for $100 less but i was worried i would not get them on time for Christmas so i order from Mytheresa because they advertised a 2 days shipping. It took 3 weeks to get them! They withdrew the money from my account within minutes but no shoes. I try to call, wait time of 40/50 minutes. They responded to my emails 1 time saying it would take 3 days to pack it. Bunch of lies. Don't buy from this middleman, it's kind of a ponzi scheme..

I purchased a Lanvin bag but it came with many big scratches all over, when I contacted customer service they said the bag is supposed to have a vintage look. When I think vintage means distressed leather, not scratches. Also there was no "vintage look" in the descriptions. The bag was returned, but they would only refund the original bag cost, not the shipping. With a hefty 69 Euro international shipping charge, you should make sure the item you want is really worth it.

Hello! I am a customer of Mytheresa since 2016 and I think I'm pretty satisfied with their services.

Their items posted on the site looks exactly the same as the real product, colors are precise; and one thing i like the most is there is always a photo with the model carrying the product. This way you can determine the sizes of the item more accurately and visualized how will the item looks like when it is on a human body.

Mytheresa have the prettiest packaging, all items are handwrapped nicely by their staff. I'm their Asia customer and all my transactions went smoothly, delivery was fast (item delivered within 3 days after the transaction); and arrived prompty. Most importantly the goods are in perfect condition.

I have also tried shopping in other sites such as - FF and NAP but i do experienced some issues with them so Mytheresa is by far my favourite shopping site. Thank you!

I've ordered from this company just once, but the transaction went smoothly and I am pleased with my purchase. My Isabel Marant coat was shipped from Germany to the US. It shipped quickly and arrived promptly, and was beautifully presented in a pretty yellow box nice enough to keep for storing clothing. The DHL courier did something truly stupid when my box was delivered, but that is a problem with DHL, not this company. I will order from them again.

Hi, ordered a Balmain boot on Friday, and on Tuesday they were in Poland. On the question and the mails were answered immediately. Fast delivery and all the mines are packed. I am very happy... Once again, thank you. And I advise everyone.

I ordered in item that has been been shipped and delayed in transit for a month. Customer care - and I am hesitant to use those words - give the same line each call, there is never a manager on duty and impossible to obtain the help from one. They keep no customer call logs and despite being told 4 times that the care agent would handle my case and get back to me, never have they called. They hide behind email with the same lines. I am so incredibly disappointed not so much that I did not receive the merchandise but rather their lack of concern or care for me the customer. This independent is owned by Nemian Marcus Bergdorf Grouo - and not at all on same customer care platform we have come to expect from NM-. Mytheresa fails to deliver - no, pun intended.

This company is a fraud... they stole $192.52 out of my account for a return! I sent them a return, and apparently their shipping account is invalid so FedEx charged me for the shipping. I have a fedex business account, so they took the money out automatically! I am in the US and the return shipped to Belgium. I tried calling them 3 times and they hung up and acted like they couldn't hear me. FRAUD! STAY AWAY from this company! Their returns are advertised as free! Be careful with these so-called good reviews they may be fraudulent as well. Not a returnable company at all!

I have received 2 damaged shoes from my Theresa and since then for almost 4 months I have been following up on the refund. 94 email correspondence and NOTHING YET. Not even acknowledging my emails. They insist on sending the item back on my expense, which is not logical given it's damaged and is not worth the 50 dollars for courier for it to be sent back as it's damaged and cannot be reused or sold! Mytherssa are refusing to handle the courier charges! 3 months and this hasn't been resolved yet!
Seems like I need to get to court on this

Cancelled my order 3 times.- stating after extensive research can not process my order for security reasons. Do they not want sales? It makes no sense. What they need to do is research how provide better customer service. The people on the phone were just as dumb as the website. Highly annoyed! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS WEBSITE. Bought a pair of Chloe shoes 2 weeks ago and the heel fell off after wearing them for the second time. I sent my details and order number etc. for the purchase so they could see the purchase dates etc. - the best they could do was tell me that i send back to them and they will process but will take up to 6 weeks! WTF?##$%^ surely they could replace them and then send shoes to manufacturer. As the previous customer said always buy direct, don't bother with this web site. CRAP! I'm paying for the repair myseld now... ripped off!

This is the first time I tried with this website, and I am extremely pleases with the product and service. They are very speedy, efficient and professional, and and with great costumer service. Every time I tried to contact their customer service, I got response within hours. For those who travel temporality in EU, they provide tax refund form as well, which most on-line shopping sites do not provide. I will definitely recommend this site to anyone! The products are fabulous too.

I ordered a pair of women's balenciaga sneakers from mytheresa... and I will tell you no LIES I got my package in 4 days... 4 days and I live in Chicago Illinois... there was no damage to my shoes they are authentic and beautiful

Sent an item back and it sat in customs for a week. FedEx claimed They couldn't reach Mytheresa'a broker.

Then the item sat in their warehouse for a few days.

I got an email after countless calls that the refund was processed 7/9- it's 7/16 today and I don't see the refund in my bank account!
