I am not the type to leave reviews but having gone the reviews here I feel bad for Mytheresa. I have ordered about 5 times from them and had my orders delivered within a week. The last minute order I had during Christmas was delivered within 4 days. My return was processed as soon as it arrived their facility and that was within a week. As long as items are genuine and I keep getting good service I am stuck with them.
Be aware, that in fact, most of the reviews are fake. They pay people to place reviews. Fake reviews. I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they scammed me.
What a waste of a week MyTheresa - thank you for not putting any information on your website about what the shipping from each company means. You should put it in writing that if you're not home, you can't have the package left for you - also that you can't change the address either. Even though the local provider UPS said that it would be possible to change the address and have it redelivered, all that I had to do was contact MyTheresa. MyTheresa were absolutely no help. What an absolute joke - so much for paying extra to have it express delivered as well. Customer Service are rude and just useless.
Ordered valentino trainers they came within 2days to the UK. Delivery is super fast i was very impressed.
I needed a size down so i sent them back for exchange and the new pair came within 2 days super happy.

If I could give this company minus 100 Stars, I would. I have never been taken for more of a ride than I have been with these people. I called before ever placing an order and asked what the return policy was and inquired about the sizing on a pair of boots. I was assured that the boots could be returned if they did not fit. I ordered as directed by the employee. I received the boots and called within days to alert them that the size that was sent, did not fit me. I have been told numerous times that the package would be picked up for the return to be processed and my refund issued. I have called at least every other day and have been lied to consistently by each employee. They do not seem to have any supervisors to talk to and now I guess I am stuck with a very expensive pair of boots that do not fit me. I feel completely taken advantage of and would not recommend anyone order from this AWFUL company EVER again!
BEWARE- this is the worst online shopping experience ever! If you live in the USA and need to return something you do not receive a full refund! They withhold 12% of the purchase and give it to you as a "voucher". This info is not on the returns page but is buried in the "terms and conditions" page. I called customer service to complain about the situation and to ask why I had not received my voucher. She said it had been sent but would resend it. Still nothing. I asked for a supervisor but she said none available. There are so many good online luxury retailers esp Net-a-porter. Don't bother with this nightmare of a company. Shameful.
I shop off this website frequently and always receive my items quickly. The packaging is phenomenal. Great service. However, international shoppers beware. Im Canadian therefore duties/tax are not included in the price. Duties are handled by DHL. You will be charged $10 plus whatever the tax % is where you live. Overall very fair. Because I read the policy that duties/tax are not handled by mytheresa, I knew that I had to be 100% certain of my purchases. If you return your purchase you lose the money you paid in duties/tax. If you know your size and are certain of your purchase youll be fine! Ive actually found items to be cheaper through mytheresa than at the boutiques, even after foreign currency exchange and duties.
Have shopped for 5 times and decided to quit for their unprofessional practice for pandemic return shipping issue. Get ready to be the buffer for them and the shipping carriers: they would have millions of reasons to make you pay for unwanted items. Mytheresa, you can take my money.

Bought a miu miu bag on sale a couple of weeks ago and i must say 10/10! I am from the uk so there were no hidden charges etc. My item is beautiful and better than expected. Would buy again from here as i had no issues whatsoever and prices were brilliant. I would say to any negative reviews, always do your research so you don't get surprises and ask questions before you buy!
This was my first order because the sale price of the pants was so good and they are sold out elsewhere.
The shipping was very fast; packaging was very professional. I received a tracking number immediately. I also like that the import taxes are added in so nothing to pay later.
I would definitely order again.

Ordered some Gucci trainers. Myteresa said they were delivered and signed for but not by me as I was away in the date they say they delivered. I've sent my boarding pass which show the exact dates of my break away. They stolen my money and I'm a world where there are so many reputable High end shopping sites is never use again. Net-a-Porter, Farfetch, Selfridges to name but a few. They all have same items. Be ware. They've taken £530 and basically stolen it despite my proof the delivery man didn't deliver
I tried to order some St Laurent boots from MyTheresa.com. I put in my credit card number and submitted it. I promptly received an email saying the item was out of stock, (although that is not what the webpage said...). Today I got a call from my the fraud department at my bank saying they charged my card anyway. I should have checked this website before I tried to buy something!

I bought a pair of £1400 ysl boots. I only tried on one boot- didn't like the fit or shape of the toe. I returned the boots the next day. They responded that I had worn the boots and sent pictures of scuffed up boots. My only explanation is that they scuffed them after I returned them. They claimed to have a 4 eye inspection process before sending them out. I had 3 people in the house when I tried the boot- I had 6 eyes (besides me) who can confirm that they were unworn. But they refused to listen and refused to return the money. In fact, I'm still waiting for the boots they have scuffed up to be sent back. I'm out 1400 with nothing to show for it, waiting for boots that they most likely trashed to be sent back to me. I recently told this story to a friend who said the same thing happened to her with expensive shoes she ordered from MyTheresa. This must be how they trick people. Very upsetting and dishonest. Avoid if you might need to return.

I bought a bag in mid December but i still have not received it now. They use UPS for delivery, however the tracking number shows a wrong address and the parcel was signed by a random guy. I claimed this back to mytheresa and have been waiting for ages for an answer. The latest update is that they asked me to contact UPS myself and they are out of it now. I am their customer and i spent 600euro for the the bag. It's really frustrating and unacceptable. Do Not buy from them!
I ordered several dresses for an event from this site the same day I ordered from 3 other websites. All of the other dresses were shipped and received with at least five days to spare before the event. However, it's been over a week and the shipments have been delayed twice. Now they're telling me I will not receive my order until 4 days after the event, which is two weeks from the date I ordered them. They have no expedited shipping that I can pay for, so I will have to send them back as soon as I get them. Make sure you order at least 2-2.5 weeks in advance of the date you need them. Not sure about the quality or if I even receive them at all.
I placed my order with express shipping (which is more expensive than the normal one of course) yesterday and they haven't shipped the item yet saying that they are overworked due to the sales. Well, madam, that is NOT my business, i paid for the express shipping and I expect it to be on time, because I need the item on time. I don't really like how they are handling the situation.
Worst customer service ever! I ordered a pair of shoes and a wallet for 1120 euros and the parcel arrived with a bunch of white paper in the parcel instead of my items! The parcel has been opened obviously, they ran an "investigation" during the past 2 weeks but Mytheresa and DHL do not want to take any responsibility in this case! I have been stolen 1120 euros! Based on the promotion flyer saying "For a short time only: Free Shipping on All Orders", I placed an order but charged with a shipping fee. The customer service explained that the free shipping is for order over HK$ 4,000. Terrible customer service and dishonest business attitude. Never order from this website again.
I read the reviews after I purchased and I was worried… but my Sorel boots were shipped quickly and arrived from Germany to Australia within 5 days! I got them $150 cheaper than I could find anywhere, and wasn't charged any extra customs fees. I'll definitely be buying from them again!

They have a terrible, uncaring customer service. I bought a $1000 Balenciaga skirt and had it shipped to the US. When I returned to Australia after my short 5 day biz trip they told me I could not return the skirt as it was shipped to US and I am now in Oz. I have sent several emails, made several calls and they have told me they can help IF i pay the taxes... but this was after several attempts to get a resolution. I am now waiting for them to help me. I am stuck with an expensive item that does not fit. I foolishly assumed they would have an easy return policy given they are an online brand? I WAS WRONG and they DONT care about their customers

This is a hit and miss business. Ordered first time no problem. Recently ordered and started to get the run around on shipping date. Numerous "sorry for the delay," ship date given is usually the day of the response. I asked to cancel the order and now there's no response. Made complaint with PayPal and no response to them. I suspect they will hold the funds for the maximum time or completely scam me for my money. This company is a complete SCAM.
I live in the US and received my order in 3 business days. The item was BEAUTIFULLY wrapped! I purchased shoes that were sold out across the country... never having had the opportunity to try them on in my size, I was worried about the fit. The package came with a return label and folder with detailed instructions on how to return. Luckily what I ordered fit me perfectly but now that I know how seamless it is to order from this website I will definitely purchase again with them in the future! LOVE!
Found a pair of YSL boots on site we couldn't locate here in the US. Managed to get them on sale, and arrived in 3 days - perfect condition. Felt like I should leave a note about our positive experience after reading all the bad reviews left here about the site.

I was bought a roger vivier pump from here. The ship time so fast. When I receive my package I really surprised and excited they package very well and shoes exactly like the pictures.
