I am not the type to leave reviews but having gone the reviews here I feel bad for Mytheresa. I have ordered about 5 times from them and had my orders delivered within a week. The last minute order I had during Christmas was delivered within 4 days. My return was processed as soon as it arrived their facility and that was within a week. As long as items are genuine and I keep getting good service I am stuck with them.
Be aware, that in fact, most of the reviews are fake. They pay people to place reviews. Fake reviews. I was one of them. For a very short time. Until they scammed me.
After wearing my Miu Miu glitter sandals ONCE on my wedding day, patches of glitter came off the sandal strap and heel on both sandals. MyTheresa and Miu Miu have refused to offer any repair, compensation or exchange. They insinuated that I did not wear the sandals with care and also questioned whether I had worn them on more than once occasion. Awful customer service for such an expensive and supposedly 'high quality' product.
I had purchased a sweatshirt in an xs... the original purchase was a little to small... i sent back the original purchase, then used the store credit to purchase the small... they ended up sending the xs (wrong size) back to me... when i contacted customer service, they gave me an attitude and hung up on me when i was trying to explain the situation. I'm an avid online shopper... this has been the worst customer service! Especially when it's their mistake.

Don't do business with this company. They will bate and switch your products. I ordered a pair of Valentino shoes from them and they sent the correct box with the correct picture on the box and the wrong shoes. It was hell dealing with their so called customer service. The clerks answering the phones could not make any decisions. They would always refer you to sending a email. Christina was the worse. Don't get her she has a written response and repeats the same thing over. The response time for emails were poor. I asked to speak to a manager and she would only communicate by email. Manager Customer Service gave no service. She was not helpful at all. Her email was not service friendly. No creative ways of resolving the situation. They just wanted to stick to the script. Don't waste your time with them. Keep your money.

I was very nervous about ordering after reading some reviews but I'd already placed my order for a MCQ top, it came from Germany to the UK 2 days after ordering, very fast shipping which you could track and the item came perfect, gorgeously wrapped up with a thank you card and a package of your order summary including a return form. The t shirt is lovely and exactly what I ordered. I would reccomend this site to anyone in the U. K. as my order and a friends order came perfect. People who say the items are fake isn't true as the Theresa store is in Germany! My item is gorgeous and I hope everyone else's is. Would definitely reccomend
I bought a sweater from MyTheresa recently and decided to return it. The delivery to the US was fast. I returned to MyTheresa and the whole process of the return and the credit took approximately ten days. I was very pleased with this company and will buy from them again. Now I await my bill from DHL but I knew when I returned it that it would be my responsibility as I have made purchases overseas before. Very pleased with this company.
I made a purchase and was charged 780 Cad. I returned it cuz DHL wanted to charge me 260 Cad for duty and they gave me 734 Cad. Their reasoning: my bank charging for currency conversion which they didnt. My Theresa is not doing anything about it. Worst purchase experience ever. Will stick with farfetch.
Its second time when Im ordering from here and I will keep ordering, I love this site. Both times they didnt disappoint me. I have ordered shoes and pants, they look like in the picture and the quality is very good. I really recommend this shop.
I can't believe I ordered from this company never again. I purchased shoes worth $2100 and was forced to release my signature due to COVID. Item was suppose to be left in front of my door and guess what it was left in the mailing room and items was stollen. I'm so upset!
I was extremely hesitant to purchase anything from this page after all the bad reviews. Nonetheless, after reading some positive reviews from buyers in the US, I decided to give the website a try because a) the purse I was looking for was not available at the stores in the city I was in and b) the price was cheaper than the in store options. Honestly, I was so relieved with the service. Not only did I receive my order (D&G purse) in pristine condition but the package arrived EXACTLY on time (UPS shipping option). I placed the order on a Sunday and received the item by 10:30 a.m. that Tuesday (not even two whole days). I would definitely recommend this website.
I purchased a designer bag from this site & somehow ended up paying nearly $300 extra! There was no explanation about the xtra charge & I called the company 3x & 3 different people gave me 3 different answers! One said duty tax, one shipping & another ridiculous charge that was NOT listed as I hit the Buy button. SAs in luxury stores will tell u that u should always just go directly to the luxury website & pay NO extra to make a purchase. U can also go to NeimanMarcus, Saks or Bergdorf & pay NO shipping or other made-up charges. Look but don't buy from this place, unless u feel like getting ripped off!

I bought a Gucci dress on My Theresa a few weeks ago and I unfortunately lost one of the buttons on the sleeves, which makes the dress importable.
The problem is that there is no after-sales service! When you lose a button, which makes the dress unusable here, it does not give you a new one, they just tell you they can not do anything! So I asked Mytheresa to send me a new one to replace him and My Theresa just told me that they could not do anything for me! Since I did not buy directly from Gucci, he did not get anything either!
So I stay with an importable dress of 1500!
I can only advise everyone to buy directly from brands because there you will be entitled to impeccable after-sales service and you will not pay!

I purchased the shoe from mytheresa for the first time. First of all the product was on a further markdown on Black Friday, and the site was super buggy and it didn't allow me to checkout the product, and after Black Friday deal was done, the site started to work again (and of course the further markdown deal was gone). So I called customer service and they said too bad they cannot provide any deals. So I was very disappointed, however because it was still cheaper than other online shops, I go ahead and purchased it. But guess what, due to the poor paper work, the product got stuck in custom and I received my product super late. And plus when I checked the shoe! It was a worn product. It had scratches on the heel and the slingback had threads coming off. It is my first time purchasing a product on mytheresa and I will never use this shop again.

I recently purchased a miu miu bag and was super excited about my purchase... before it came. The bag was poorly packaged and I noted not only several loose threads in the interior lining, but also scratches on the zippers. How is this a new bag?! I'm disappointed to have paid so much for a bag that seems used and the customer care definitely doesn't provide you with a good explanation. So, I have to pay for the shipping when it's really not my fault that I have to return it ( I actually really like the style of the bag... And I would not return if the condition wasn't like this). Stay away from the site! No matter how appealing the discount or the items, it's not worth the heartbreaking moment when you open your package and it simply disappoints!
Ridiculous poor and dishonest service. I wanted to buy a bag and used Paypal and my payment has canceled. Then I wrote them that if they didn't receive my money transfer I will repeat it. They contacted me telling that my bag came back to sale and I can buy it again. And when I tried again they just SOLD it to someone else even they saw I asked them to keep this bag for me because I was the first who purchased. I will never use mytheresa again! Shame on mytheresa.
So I ordered a pair of boots and a pair of sandals from a YEEZY designer, I received 2 same pair of over-the-knee boot in size 39 in boxes of boots and sandals while Im a FR 35.5-36! I made a complaint to the customer service, I sent them the pictures of the received articles, the boxes with the labels and after that they made an "investigation" and concludes that it was not possible that one sent me his waders without boxes of items ordered. As a result, 1160 disbursed for nothing, for shoes that I can not even wear because not my size, but they do not want to give me refund

I order from them a couple of times without an problem! My items arrived beautifully wrapped in a box in pristine condition. I order from the USA and received my item next day via UPS. I believe it's best to select UPS than DHL. I'm so surprised by the negative feedback left here and I'm a shopping expert and labels kind of girl! Keep up the good work MYTHERESA!
I ordered a pair of Ganni jeans rather hesitantly because it was a size 24 and I am a 23. The website said that the pants ran a size small, so I figured I would give it a go. They came in 3 days in perfect condition and they fit perfectly. Not only were they the only website selling these pants (compared to Farfetch, Ssense, Nordstrom, etc.) that had a fit estimation and measurements, they also had by far the lowest price of all of them and the largest range of sizes. I appreciate the inclusivity and all the effort taken with the accuracy, pricing, and shipping of the item.

Buyers stay away from this site. I ordered a Valentino bag recently in red and they sent me a significantly different color_ fuschia/hot pink. Of course I returned it back however a couple days later I got an email saying "This is not our product and so we sent it back to you." How can it be not theirs when I ordered it from their website. I am very disappointed. Although I read a lot of negative reviews I decided to go ahead and give it a try because they were the only ones carrying that specific handbag I was in love with. Had I known I would get in a trouble like this I would never ever buy it from them. I am very upset at this point so hope that it helps those who are trying to buy smth. From their site.

I read all the negative reviews after I made the purchase, and honestly I was really worried! But it turned out fine.
I order a pair of Lanvin flats (on sale!) on Sun and it arrived on Wed! I was really surprised when I received the parcel. I was worried about the size, packaging and the quality (as some of you mentioned it was worn and old) as I unwrapped the parcel. But everything was just fine. The shoes were brand new and so was the box. It even came with a really nice folder (which holds the three forms to be filled if I were to return the shoes... LOL) luckily i didn't have to return my purchase!
I'd recommend this site if you're purchasing something that you're sure of the size, colors and stuff so to avoid any possible returns.
I have a very bad experience with MyTheresa which caused me to stop using them ( and I use NET- A- Porter instead). I have ordered a pair of shoes tried one shoe on a carpet and because it was to small I sent it back. I used to be first row customer at MyTheresa - I need to say. MyTherese refused to refund the purchase arguing that there was a scratch on the shoe sole (!) and send me as a "evidence" their photo of this "damage". By trying on a shoe for 10seconds on a carpet you cannot damage anything. MyTheresa offered 25% discount on this (to small shoe I never can weare) as a way os solving this problem.
I have some experience in purchasing from mytheresa. Well, the description of the products is poor, the display of the products on the site is less than poor, no pertinent size and fit advice, unfortunately most of the items purchased I had to return! In 14 days precisely!
However, when it comes to refund you will find out 'it will take a while'. In my case it's 10th of December I was notified and still waiting for my refund... I still take a chance with them from time to time when I find a product not available elsewhere.
I made an order on 9th of December a gift for my husband and It's still not shipped! ( today is 20.12) and when I called them, they told me that it will be shipped today but I won't received it by Christmas! The service is absolutely unuseful and they just say "I`m sorry". WTF? It's far away for a luxury goods shop!
